Steven Carbuy: This place has the most reasonable prices and surprisingly good customer service. I was helped by someone named Iritha, who was able to assist me even with the computer system not working. Try calling Hertz or Dollar or Thrifty, all of whom I have rented with in the last few months. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you do, the agent in who knows what country has no way of helping. They refer you to some other number who also can't help. In this day and age, to talk to someone stateside who can actually help was incredible.

The van wasn't fancy or brand new but it was spacious and drove well for us all weekend. Drop off was an easy process and they helped us get an uber to the airport. I rented this vehicle to pick my family up from the airport and shuttle them around during our time on bereavement. My family was over the moon with the luxury, comfort and style that it provided, they felt like superstars even though we were together for a funeral. They said they felt like they were on a five star vacation. It was easy to drive even though I have bus experience, but it was very easy. This company provided me with a very clean van and great customer Service. It was beyond more than I could imagine. It saved the entire weekend from my family having to Uber Or figure out how to get around. I definitely will return to this company for my next big event.

I searched for rental options in several locations, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, and it was a relief to find that Legends had weathered the challenges and continued to offer the service I required. Their Sprinters were in excellent condition, and the pricing was reasonable.My trip was truly enjoyable, and I attribute much of this to the exceptional customer service and sales efforts of Ron and Geo. Andrew took care of us from the beginning to the end of our trip. We had a team of 12 traveling from Hawaii with kids in tow. We picked up their sprinter van by following their directions after hours and we had to drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas! We had Zero problems. The communication was top notch, I was able to text Andrew anytime we had questions. We even left my son's jacket in the van and he sent it back to us! We travel for competitions all the time and we will definitelty be coming back! Mahalo, Andrew!

I would have appreciated a little more information on where to find the van at the airport. We paid extra to have the van at the airport when we arrived but it took us a while to find it. Also, because of our 2 hour delay on our flight to Munich, Germany, we had to pay an extra 75 Euro for parking so that was disappointing. Although, again, the van was wonderful, communication with the host didn't start out as I thought it should but he got better throughout the trip.
