Cindy is a great listener and any time that I have gone to see her, I have felt immediate results. Here's a tip: if you don't like a service, talk first to the person who provided it. Give them a chance to rectify your issue. Paul Park: told me to go see an ENT so I did. I found the highest rated ENT on Yelp in LA and went to him. He told me that the Meniere's diagnosis is usually wrong due to the disease's many symptoms and relative rareness. After multiple visits with him and an audiologist, he confirmed that I had Meniere's. He told me that there is no cure and that I would need to reduce my sodium intake and then he gave me a prescription for steroids to help prevent any additional hearing damage.At this point all I had was despair. Looking at forums for people with Meniere's Disease was not helpful. The last story I read was about a mother of 2 kids in Hawaii that committed suicide because her Meniere's attacks were so bad. I spent my days stuck in bed due to extreme fatigue and dizziness, or trying to pay attention during meetings at work while the entire room was spinning, or trying to walk out of a conference room while every footstep I took felt like and earthquake. This was now my life.I had to go and talk to our Human Resources rep. to try and explain what was going on and why I had been missing so much work. As soon as I mentioned my affliction, her face lit up like someone had pinched her. She also had Meniere's and had kept her symptoms at bay with acupuncture. I was so happy until I heard her say acupuncture. The last time I had been to acupuncture was when my mom made me go as a kid to help with my allergies. All I remember was the terrible herbs I had to drink.My attacks continued. I kept on missing more days of work. I would have to sneak out into my car to take naps because of the severe fatigue. I ended up getting the information for Laurie from my HR rep. and scheduled my first visit with Laurie.The first visit with Laurie was fantastic. Her warmth was radiant and her healing spirit really emanated from deep within. I described everything going on and how much frustration, despair, and fear I was in. I'm paraphrasing slightly, but essentially she just looked at me and said "Oh Paul, we got this."I started seeing her once a week. The attacks were still there. A few weeks after she had me start taking herbs. The attacks changed and started to be less intense at times and more intense at times. She told that sometimes these must get worse in order to get better and that what I was going through was a healing crisis. I put my trust in her and her experience. The acupuncture and herbs continued. About 6 weeks in now, I started noticing something new. The attacks were less frequent and less intense. 8 weeks in, even less. 10 weeks in, no attacks.There were times during the worst parts of my attacks when I couldn't even open my eyes because they were shifting rapidly in an uncontrollable and violent manner. Where I had to internally talk myself down from full blown hysterical panic because I had completely lost control of my "self" in every sense. I was missing days and days of work. I was scared to drive because of a possible attack. I couldn't sit in a meeting or have a conversation during dinner because of the dizziness and vertigo. That all went away after Laurie helped me.I've not had an attack in multiple years. I only see Laurie now once or twice a month to just check on things and do maintenance. I've gone multiple months without seeing her due to work scheduling and still no attacks.Thank you for giving me my life back, Laurie.

Nico Film: Truly a miracle worker. First he doesnt charge for consult which literally NO ONE does so that was the first sign he isnt trying to take advantage of people/money. He gave me so much info none of my other fertility doctors gave me which was shocking i had to see an acupuncturist to learn so much instead of a fertility specialist. He used to work in ivf/obgyn in China so he is VERY knowledgeable and experienced. I can list the many things he told me that I was surprised no other shared but it would be too long. He said if I come three times a week for 3 months my FSH would be more normal. Im 36 years old, unexplained infertility, 10.4 fsh after 3 months i tested again and im at 8.4 what l shouldve been! Food is Life: Had a major skin flare up on my face which started as psoriasis, then got infected and I was so inflamed that I was unrecognizable. Went to highly recommended Beverly Hills Dermatologists and doctors and no one could tell me WHY this happened. They could only just prescribe meds - Antibiotics which I needed to battle the infection with but then steroids. Steroids are helpful, yes, but I didn’t want to continuously use them. If you’re like me and would like to know “why” you’re sick and what the triggers may be, then go see Dr. Lu. I walked into his office, he asked me what the issue was, I showed him and I believe that he held both of my wrists to feel the pulse and then he said “you’re allergic to mushrooms and spicy foods”. He told me to stop eating any foods with them and I would clear up my face in 6 weeks. He was right!!! I ate these all of my life but as you age and your body changes, all of a sudden, I couldn’t eat them anymore. After the consultation, he did acupuncture on me & prescribed some Chinese herbal tea concoctions which they prepare and have waiting for you at checkout.This is a professional office. I can’t believe how much money and running around I had to do to find western doctors that couldn’t give me answers…then in 2 min, this guy simply tells me it’s mushrooms and spicy peppers. Dr. Lu is worth every dime.The other doctor in the office is really great as well. My other friends go to her and highly recommend.

Ziza Delgado: but this post is about the treatment I got yesterday for my sciatica pain. I haven't seen her in about a month and last week I started having extreme pain related to my sciatica. I did not have this with my first pregnancy so I didn't know what to do. After an amazing treatment yesterday, and using the muscle patches Dr. Jing gave me last night, I am totally relieved today.
