The reviews are indepth, and the over all break down for the things they can and can not do once the case review is completed, is comprehensive. Contacting someone is hard, but understandable. It would be helpful to both the clients, and the staff working at the firm, if there was a legal dash board created. For example, When a potential client becomes an actual client, they then would get a legal dashboard pin number to track the status of their case, given the staff more time to focus on other important things within the firm. Over all I give them a thumbs up. Christina Ching: CALL EDMOND - I’M SO HAPPY I DID!! My car was hit head-on while my elderly father and I were stopped in a center left-turn lane. My right wrist was severely fractured requiring three surgeries and six months of physical therapy. Before reaching out to Edmond, I tried negotiating with the other party’s insurance to settle the claim. But despite the other party’s accepting responsibility for the accident, and the fact that my wrist is now deformed with a permanent metal plate to support it, the insurance company wouldn’t fairly compensate me for my injury.Edmond was one of three attorneys I initially spoke with. He explained the process and the “game” insurance companies play to pay as little as possible. Edmond was direct, didn’t try to oversell me on the potential value of my case. They made sure I got all the care and benefits I needed to get through a major injury.
