I wish the car seats were correctly installed but we just had to roll with it. Such a great price and a great driver.The trip back was really great too. We installed the seats and it was a smooth ride with good convo. Very professional!The ONLY thing I would complain about were the car seat installations and when we were picked up there was exposed metal on the inside of the door which could cause a pretty nasty cut but again...would use again!

An Uber/Lyft may be cheaper but the rideshares are increasingly unreliable with long waits, price surges, and drivers accepting and then cancelling. Sidney was very professional both via email and text. The prices are fair and both drivers showed up on time and got us where we needed to be. If you don't need flashy black car service and just need reliable transportation, I would recommended this company.

Attila Almos: Pick up at LAX was a little delayed but driver explained they had a car issue and swapped vehicles. Return trip was pre booked as well and weather was poor with heavy rain resulting in more traffic. As a result the driver was extra early to pick us up at the hotel and waited while we checked out. Appreciated knowing the driver was there already and both drivers were pleasant and efficient in their driving. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
Claudine Kim: I prescheduled a ride for my daughter from UCLA to LAX for less than the cost of other ride sharing options. The driver arrived early. Within 28 min she was at her terminal. She had left at 7:30am. He was very nice and professional. We decided to use Prime Time Shuttle for our next trip out of LAX. We had regularly used Prime Time Shuttle before the pandemic and are glad to see them up and running well again.

Being one of the most important airports in the world, it was the ugly duckling, today they continue to fix it and it will look spectacular, plus there are many 5-star hotels around it.....
