Sean Spillane: I came to Dr Joe for some shoulder issues I was having. I played rugby for many years and had some shoulder injuries that were finally starting to bother me. Had torn both my rotator cuffs in the past and had jammed,strained and overall just damaged my shoulders over the course of playing the sport for twenty years. Although I'd hung up my boots some time ago I still am quite active and try to keep fit and stay active in sports though at a milder level. The pain in my shoulder joints has be getting worse over time and I decided to have it checked. I play in an over sixty softball league and was experiencing pain when throwing the ball and found it difficult and sometimes painful to lift things over my head or get items down that are high up. During my visit with Dr Joe, he suggested trying an Ozone treatment to relieve my shoulder discomfort. I was not familiar with that treatment but after having Dr Joe describe the non surgical solution to me I decided to give it a try. The treatment was painless and I felt relief almost immediately. I am very pleased to say that my shoulders have no pain since and I have regained the full range of painless motion that I had in my younger years. I believe this a much better solution than surgery for my situation. I would recommend this procedure to anyone suffering pain in their joints. Speak with Dr Joe to see if this is a remedy for your pain. It was quick,painless and effective. The office staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful . Ali Hord: SO thankful for Dr. S and his incredible staff. During the time I was under their care, I was handled and treated so well. It was a terrifying time being so sick- but after being treated for awhile, my symptoms started to decrease and I was able to return to better health after following protocols for awhile. I was able to get appointments easily and every week, even when I was traveling from an hour or 2 away. The doctor and his staff were and are extremely informative with all supplements, treatments, and diagnoses. He was able to detect underlying issues that were driving my illness and tackle it in a matter of time. Norman John Snider: The Lotus Center for Integrative Medicine gave me my life back. Let me be more specific. Rena Haley, my acupuncturist, gave me my life back. In 2009, I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease which is an inner ear disease that causes vertigo that can last up 4-6 hours. These episodes were sometimes very frequent and I had to alter my plans often as a result of them. I had gone to several doctors that prescribed different medications for the disease but nothing worked consistently. The next step was invasive surgery that only had a 50/50 chance of working. I wanted to exhaust all avenues before doing that which brought me to Rena in 2019. I was truly at the last step before inner ear surgery. Immediately after treatment my vertigo issues improved greatly but still did not go away completely. After altering my treatment and my herbs - I had my last vertigo episode over 3 years ago. For nearly 10 years - I never went more than a few weeks without a vertigo episode and now I am going on my fourth year. That is truly unbelievable to me. I am very fortunate to be a very healthy person other than my Meniere's disease and between my medication, acupuncture, herbs, and dietary changes I am living a completely normal life - thanks to the hard work, dedication, and persistence of Rena. She has truly given me my life back. I could not be more grateful and appreciative to her and her team. What sets Rena apart from other practitioners is that she listened to my issues and researched what she could do to help me. I truly believe that Rena's passion and dedication will work if you give it a chance to do so. I recommend her with all my heart and the team at the Lotus Center has been so very wonderful for me.

I came in at the end of october for a face treatment, I had red dryness on my skin and the doctor recommended a change of course and within 1-2 months my change of skins quality has improved 20x. I wish i was joking, I get compliments on how shiny my skin is and how smooth and clear it is. Everyone in the office is so friendly, kind, and they make you feel at home being taken care off! However, after meeting Dr. Lalezar, my husband felt very reassured and heartened by her warmth and knowledge about vitamin C infusion therapy, which our copious research led us to functional medicine--this therapy and chemo provide a synergistic treatment that decreases the side effects and toxicity of conventional chemo. When I called, Katyia, the receptionist, was so courteous that I felt comfortable going ahead and making the appointment for a Vit. C. infusion. When my husband and I arrived, we felt Michelle, the nurse, was so efficient and genuinely kind in dealing with my husband's difficult-to-find veins for the infusion.
