D.O: I would recommend cause it’s clean and has a lot of amenities, but there is too much dogs left on balconies and they bark day and night! It's unbearable.. it resonates a lot in the residence !

Michael Romero: Spoke with John Worsham over the phone in regards to this property and the many that are owned by Essex. This property has amazing sq footage that is utilized is an excellent way, each unit I saw was very nice and just amazing layouts. John was extremely helpful and informative on all of my questions as well as polite. I couldn't have had a better experience from the building tour to the amazing customer service over the phone! Class A service and definitely 5 stars all the way! Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and helpful - this includes the parking attendants, security, leasing/management, and maintenance. A huge shoutout to Luis Llamas, Fredy Chavez, and Erika Barajas Negrete for promptly responding to my various move-in maintenance/repair requests, as well as Ever the security guard for his friendly assistance. Unfortunately, there is no assigned parking, however I've never had an issue finding a parking spot within the structure. The parking attendants are available 24/7 and are always up to help you out with any parking issues or answering any question you might have.
Memu Conteh: I had a lovely agent named Ariya Cooley.Helped me with all the details, step by step. Always texted back and gave me extra information if I was missing anything , very patient on the phone too, and understood my urgency.

Toni Marie Sangetti: I absolutely love Management. They're the main reason I stay here. Zee is the property manager and I adore her on a friend level lol! She's more than just our property manager I talk a lot and she listens to me all the time. When I ask for things that I need, she's always more than happy to take care of it for me. Zee is also was very prompt with getting back to me when I email her. and Michael our assistant, property manager, he's great too and he always listens to me and he's always happy. Michael also has an upbeat personality just like Larry our leasing consultant. Larry is always checking on me seeing how I'm doing. They are all very genuine people. The Security is also very friendly. We're like a family here. It's a nice community. A lot of us have dogs and we take them to the park to play together and lastly, maintenance is great to Frank, Roberto and Vincent, anytime I have an issue they come and take care of it right away. They are also always very nice and friendly. I have a feeling that's the only way you can get a job here 🤩🤩🤩
Michael Adams: I was on my way to a appointment to look at a apartment in dwtn area and couldn't find it, as I was walking around I came accross a huge building called The Loft at the Security Building. I called and spoke with Larry, he asked me my price range, he then made an appointment too view the available units. My appointment, as the front door open and I walked in I look around and I thought to myself, WOW! Larry came out from his office and met me with the warmest smile on his face, we went to the elevator and he hit botton for tenth floor at that point I was overly excited at the prospect of me renting a loft on the tenth floor made me a little gitty. When we got to the available units when Larry spoke he new what I wanted to hear, he was professional and answered al of my concern and then some, he made me confertable with all of my question. Michael is the building mgr. was very instrumental in helping me with my lease which like a novel, it'svery thick, it scared me. Thank you so very much Michael. I moved in six days ago, love it.
Donna Dorsey: The Lofts are my first place and hopefully the last place since my move to L.A. Larry, Sara, Josephine, and all the other staff are wonderful and kind. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make my living experience here great. My place is slowly become a home and with people like them it makes it easier. Keep up the good work.

David Morales: We LOVE our new loft home! It is everything we wanted and dreamed of. We are ready for a change and the Security building is definitely worth it. Michael is so patient with us and Larry is just as kind. The lovely attendants, Sahana and Josephine, are courteous, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for all you have done and all you do!

The front office are very informative and communicate with . They keep up up to date with things that are going on.Zee, Mike, and Victor are all available and excited to find ways to make this a wonderful place to live.
