The front desk staff were kind and directed me to Misarang for my consultation. I inquired about a small raised mole just under my eye near the inner tear duct area. She said she would be able to remove it within two sessions, one initial and one included touch-up. Josephine Cosmosse: I came in 2020 to get about 15 of my facial moles removed and the process went seamlessly and everything was removed! I came again a year later for a touch up because the mole next to my eye grew back because it had a deep root and in addition to sun exposure. The touch up was free and Misarang Beauty made sure to avoid any scaring as the mole was located in a thin area of the skin next to my eye. I got 2 more free touch ups in 2021 and 2022 as it would take multiple sessions to fully remove the mole. The staff was fully transparent with how moles cannot disappear with just one session and am fully satisfied with the results. Recently I came back in 2024 to remove the eye mole again as it grew back with time and as I already had many free touch ups, and paid an affordable price to try to fully remove the mole! Misarang gave great consultation and same day procedure.Their services are wonderful with friendly staff and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to remove moles.

Tessie Murakami: Seriously, one of the best places I've ever been. Place itself is clean and welcoming. First thing they did was have you discuss what your main skin concerns were. The aesthetician took one look at my face and knew exactly what my skin issues were without me telling her. I have some dark sun spots on the sides of my cheek that I absolutely hate. She recommended trying the PicoToning laser treatment that could lighten the spots and improve my skin texture.First, they took photos of my face for their patient files. Then, they start the treatment by cleaning your face and applying numbing gel. After the gel has had time to set, the aesthetician did multiple laser treatments on my face. She's very thorough and attentive. She then ends the laser treatment with a nice cooling mask.I like the treatment so much that I ended up getting a series package and a few skincare products afterwards. I wasn't pressured into buying. I'm not an impulsive person too but I've never felt so at home or relaxed at a spa before. Their staff are amazing and so inviting. I actually live in South Bay and drive all the way here to get these treatments because I feel that their staff truly care about your skin.

Aran Cho: I've been coming to Cleopatra for a while now to get hair removal done. The employees and Nurse Kim always take their time to apply numbing cream and make sure that I am comfortable to make the process as easy as possible. It is a little painful but Nurse Kim moves quickly and after a few times the pain decreases. After 6 visits my hair is almost completely gone. I plan on continuing until my hair is completely gone. I also got Pixel-8 done by Nurse Cho to help with acne and scarring. Once again the team did their best to make sure I was comfortable, they gave me oral painkillers, and post-care serum. I was red and had tiny needle marks for about 4 days. After a month I noticed that my scarring was much lighter and my skin had evened out. I will continue to get my skin care done at Cleopatra. Thank you Nurse Kim and Nurse Cho!

Yeonjoo Cho: This review is longgggg overdue. I've been receiving services for years now. Things are ever changing as my skin and my needs change. I first came to Cleopatra for help with my acne. And as you can see from the photos it was pretty bad. I tried the cleansing products, lasers, facials, injections. Honestly, there was no quick fix and I still get flares now and then but they're much more manageable and I know that if things get worse, I have a reliable place to go back for maintenance treatments. My favorite treatment for acne has been Agnes which uses radiofrequency to destroy the gland/pore. So in the places I have the Agnes used, I haven't gotten another pimple.Now scarring and pigmentation: the ugly reminder that you used to have acne. I've done chemical peels, lasers, Lytera, eCO2, microneedling. The whole nine yards. For me, I think I saw the best results with the deep scarring from using the eCO2 laser that works to resurface the skin. And a series of microneedling treatments that improves overall texture and smooths things out. And lots of sunscreen to prevent the redness and pigmentation from getting worse.Most recently, I've decided to do some CoolSculpting to help me get rid of some of the weight I've gain since restarting school. They made it as comfortable a procedure as possible so it was really easy.All in all, there are a multitude of reasons I keep coming back here. I lived across the country for a few years and overseas for another couple of years and I still made the effort to come here when I was back home in LA for the holidays. The ladies here are so knowledgeable and nice. They will go out of their way to make things as comfortable as easy as possible. They are so accommodating. There were a few times that I was frustrated with them, especially when I was dealing with the acne and scarring but they could not be more understanding. They really went out of their way to work with me and make sure I was satisfied. They followed up with me so many times to check on my progress. I get that no clinic is perfect and that everyone can respond differently to the same service. So the fact that they don't try to blame me or just pretend it has nothing to do with them is a huge huge reason why I stay loyal. They are also really honest. I have never felt pushed into a service. They give me the information and their recommendations and let me make the decision. They've also dissuaded me from receiving treatment when they thought it was unnecessary. In a world where every customer is just a dollar sign to most businesses, it is really refreshing to be treated this way.Lastly, their prices are really competitive. Especially for the services they offer. I know I've received a lot of services but probably would've paid double or triple for some of the procedures that I've had done at other places. I gotten microneedling in the east coast and they charged triple what I paid here, and had none of the aftercare and comfort they provide at Cleopatra. And I post the picture of the CoolSculpting machine to let people know they only use real company branded products, including that for fillers and Botox, not any of the fake stuff that can be floating around! So if you go elsewhere, make sure to check that they use real stuff!Anyways, whether you're looking for a quick treatment or hoping for a place that comprehensively meets a wide variety of aesthetic needs, I highly recommend them. I hope they stay open for a longggg time so I always know I can go somewhere I trust!

I am currently doing the laser toning, laser genesis, and Agnes laser. I am treating skin texture, hyperpigmentation, and acne scars. I have done 5 treatments so far and 1 treatment of Agnes. I do feel like I am seeing improvement overall. I know lasting takes time and patience so I’m waiting to really see the results. But so far I love the staff and I feel like I’m getting my moneys worth which is important for me. I also love how they have so many different types of treatments. I think next I’m going to try the picosure. It’s a little bit more pricier but heard you only need a few treatments to see results. I’ll report back after I finish my treatments with photos!

But earlier this year I opted to come in for trapezius botox in a fit of pain. She has developed a very gentle way of extracting blackheads and cleaning clogged pores and it barely even hurts. I have a lot of black heads clogged pores on my nose but little by little she has cleaned it out and my pores are beginning to shrink. If you been avoiding having a facial because of the pain of extractions , fear no more because Audrey will extract your blackheads very gently. She is the best!

I want to thank them for putting the customer first, and not just trying to sell me on a procedure that would possibly ruin my skin.Next, Marion suggested I try a microdermabrasion. I'd never heard of it, but it made absolute sense to me that this should solve my problem, so I booked a microdermabrasion session.I tell you, I almost cried when the procedure was done, and the bumps on my neck were GONE. The hairs that were trapped underneath my skin for all those years stood straight out, and my neck looked smooth as hell! For the first time in 6 years!I can not emphasize enough that my neck was a major point of insecurity for me. This gave me such a massive boost in confidence & self-esteem. I ended up booking another session a few months later even though I had no need to do so - I just enjoyed the feeling of the microderm procedure.It's been all of these years later, and my neck still looks like it did when I got my first microderm from O U. I can not thank you guys enough. I'm almost certain none of them remember me, but they made this much of an impact on me/my life that I feel obligated to write this review for them.Wishing you guys the best!

I don’t know why some people are complaining, but I’ve been to Lavender Skincare for the past 5 years, and I never had any problem or concerns.I had body massage and acne treatment package deal, and I am glad I went to Lavender instead of anywhere else. Normally other places would would recommend me mismatching, expensive products, but the owner here would personally see my face condition and recommend only the best match product that would work the best with my skin.During Corona season they seem bit understaffed, but that is same for all other places. They always kept the place clean with individual rooms and cleaned the sheets after every customers, and that what matters.

Jinny Sun: I've gotten many facials from pricier spas throughout LA and Lavender is hands down the best in terms value and level of service. The owner and the other estheticians here do an extremely thorough job at cleansing the skin and making sure that every single clogged pore is extracted. I always leave with baby soft skin that is congestion free. They also take their time massaging your face, shoulders, upper arms and neck area. I like my massages to be vigorous - in fact, nothing bothers me more than getting a facial at a high end spa and feeling like my face was barely touched. The massages here are given with just the right amount of pressure while at the same time being very relaxing. I live on the Westside where there are plenty of spa options, but nothing beats a Korean facial!
