Mjstew5: My friend had a terrible tragedy happen in her family last week and we were preparing for a funeral on Friday. I ordered these on Sunday night and paid for rush shipping HOPING they would be able to complete them and ship to get there by Thursday. They got here on time and looked so great. Went right on the table and the few small packing wrinkles smoothed out almost immediately. Between the excellent customer service and the high quality linens I am happy and grateful. I am so impressed that with my last orders they combined them in one box. I was needing the fabric in the first order ASAP and the other order I needed it right away too. But I choose to only pay the extra shipping cost on the first one. I was so thrilled to find that they went the extra mile and combined them. On top of everything else they were out of one color that I wanted but instead of crediting me for not having the one I wanted. They also went another mile and called me to see if I would prefer a different color. It was a wonderful experience and I will continue to order from them in the future, as I having been for over a year now. I am so thrilled to have found their company site. Thank you!
