Morten Harder: Very nice and classy shopping center. You can find all sorts of expensive brands here. This makes it look a bit like a ghost place. But you are treated very well in the shops. The parking garage prices are very fair.

J.A. Sanders: This is my favorite hotel in Los Angeles. I used to live in L.A., but I've returned on several occasions. I usually stay with family, but I have stayed in hotels, and this is my absolute favorite. I remember the hotel from back in the '90s as well, when it had a very European style throughout, but now it's modernized; I generally don't like modern-looking hotels, but this is probably the only exception. Everything about the Sofitel exudes class. I don't stay here overnight often, but I try to have lunch here at least once every time I come out. I've had nothing but great experiences eating here, and as far as the rooms are concerned, immaculate is how I would describe them. One of my favorite occasions was when a friend of mine had a small dinner party for family and close friends on the eve of her wedding, and the staff went out of their way to make everybody feel special, not just the bride and groom. I'll always remember how kind the staff members were to me after I lost my only pair of prescription sunglasses; the hotel offered to pay for a replacement, but I refused with appreciation. Of all the hotels in L.A., the Sofitel deserves a blue ribbon for quality, service, and overall beauty. I can't wait to come back.

You know your packages will be safe, and they won't just be sitting in front of your door on your doormat all day. You will even receive a call to let you know that your packages have arrived, which is very helpful for those times you forget something was even being delivered to you. I really like this place, and I will continue renting a mailbox here as long as I need one.

Edward Blum: The phlebotomist, Ruby, was excellent.
Oyie Pogie: The two ladies at the 2105 Beverly Blvd., Ste 105, Los Angeles, CA were very helpful, kind and patient with my mother who has mobility issues and also is a "hard stick" due to small veins. I also noticed that they took care not with just my mother, but also with other patients as well.
James Tracy: The Dr. on duty was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, & hit the vein perfectly on 1st try.
Ema Duran: My comment is that the receptionist is not very friendly, she doesn't even say good morning to us, but the nurse who took my blood is very kind and has a good heart and feelings.
beau mix: I waited for an chest X-Ray my appointment was at 2PM and I got there 20minutes early and I was called and driving home at 2PM. that is the only X-Ray place I go to

M S: . The staff are super friendly to me and remember me each time I come in and ask me about things we’ve talked about in the past. I get my results quickly. You can also find street parking pretty easily so I haven’t had to use the garage, which you have to pay for.
Rémi Ferrante: Ruby was a great nurse. I will totally go back. Parking is easy and only 3 dollars. I was welcomed very fast and everything went great!

Amy Koffsky: Ruby is a literal angel. I walked in at 1:25 for a 1:50 appointment. By 1:40 I was out the door. Spent the whole fifteen minutes smiling and laughing because of Ruby’s amazing personality. A+ Would get blood taken again.
