We were redoing 2 of out bathrooms and Sheila was so helpful with her ideas and her prices are extremely fair. The worst is that some items took a week to arrive but several were rushed to me when i made it clear I needed them right away. Too bad the store doesn't sell appliances as well.I know I sound like a shill for the store but the truth is I am just a very satisfied customer.

The fact that I know I'm clean all the time just sits right with me. I heard about Bidet King from the "Unclever" podcast. And before I could buy one, I was gifted one via a dirty santa game. Installation was a cinch. I used a flat head screwdriver, and an adjustable crescent wrench. No leaks, simple instructions, easy peasy.

Kellen Balazy: Above and beyond expectations with good customer service and communications. It’s so hard to find helpful and good experiences anymore. I was really in a bind trying to get information for a Toto product to get some tenants a functioning toilet back. Marcus at TOTO gallery went the extra mile in looking up information for me that I needed and giving clear communications to me about what I needed and where I needed to go to get it to get this problem solved and fixed as quick as possible. Highly recommend, could not have been treated better.
Shane Neugass: , it stunned me how backwards the US is with regard to cleanliness.I was super stoked to find that there was a Toto showroom here in the U.S. and dropped in to take a look at the innovations and figure out what product was right for me.Marcus Lee made an appointment with me last week, and opened the showroom early to meet me. He was super knowledgeable about the products, took time to explain features and answer all of my questions. I now know which product is right for me and will be ordering one today.If you're in the market for high quality bathroom products, I highly recommend dropping in and having a demo. You won't be disappointed in this try before you buy experience.

Marcus spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone helping me figure out the best toilet/washlet for our new bathroom. He asked me some questions about what functions I was looking for, then guided me through the website until I found the toilet/washlet that was best for us. He then followed up with more information via text. Marcus made it very easy. I never had to go in to the showroom.

It will cost more than Home Depot but the quality is far superior..."you get what you pay for."Second, Carlo who is at the Helm's Bakery District Kohler Signature store was nothing short of extraordinary.He was very helpful in our selection process, he answered pur questions ina timely manner and when I ordered the wrong part, he was on it to get the right part delivered to our house. I'm sad to say that our two bathrooms won't need remodeling at this point but they look beautiful.Comments of "your bathroom looks like a posh hotel suite bathroom" is not uncommon.Carlo and the team at Kohler Signature store in Culver City are exceptional and they will tale excellent care of you.
