Prices are fair, similar than other rental shops. Staff is friendly. You need to leave your ID or passport there. Would rent again.

Valerie Buchert: I rented a bike for more than 1 year with them and it was great but I just tried renting again and Zoomo support told me the shop in LA is permanently closed??? And they are not renting anymore. Anyone knows anything? plus on google it stills shows as active.
Nicholas Curran: What a find! I hadn’t been bike riding much, but really wanted to give an electric bike a try. Not wanting to commit to thousands of dollars out of pocket it seems like a huge deal to be able to try a bike for a little over 20 bucks a week. I’ve been loving the magnum pathfinder rented from the DTLA location. They were super friendly and accommodating when I dropped in a month ago. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll keep the rental going, but it’s fantastic to know they’re there for all of the service and anything else I might need as I am figuring out what I want to do long-term.

Eduardo Piza: This was my first time ever renting anything other than a blockbuster video. Wow i have to say wow the bike i got was awesome and super fast, 22 mph wow that is fast. I had 0 issues with the bike other than your regular flat tire or chain slipping out of place, all you have to do is make a 1 minute app online and come on in to there shop in downtown LA and wait reasonable amount of time. I usually go out to get a bite and come back and my bike is ready as new fees on repairs are pennis on the dollar verry reasonable. I RECOMMEND ZOOMO TO ANYONE YOUNG,OLD,NEW THIS BIKE IS HEAVEN. Thank you ZOOMO for my great experience, i will return

Chinmay Shringarpure: Good rental bike store! Rented a road bike and rode to Venice beach; then from there to Pacific Palisades, and back again. Bike was in good condition; tire pressure was checked; had no issues on the ride. They have e bikes and beach cruisers as well. Cash or Venmo only.
Thiago Oliveira: Guy inflated my tire for free and helped adjust my bike. Really nice owner. They promotion right now $15 for all day for certain bikes.
Sonia Keshwara: Run by an extremely nice gentleman who was so helpful and kind. We rented 2 bikes for 2 hours but one of the chains on the bike broke but instead of creating a problem he was more concerned about if we were okay which was so sweet. He didn’t charge us for the bikes in the end. Amazing service and would deffo recommend this rental place to anyone thinking of going. Prices are also very decent and there is a wide variety of bikes

Daniel Terashima: Hit a rough crack in the road in Koreatown this evening and my bike seized up, when I looked down, the quick release axle was bent. I searched for the nearest bike shop and Golden Bike came up, I figured I could make it before closing so I gave them a call. I asked if they had an axle and they said yes.When I got there Giovanni first showed me an axle that I would need a wrench for because I hadn't specified it as a quick release, but when he saw the actual part he went to the back and found one! He fixed it to my bike for me real quick and I was back on the road! Very grateful for the patience and service when I desperately needed it. Would recommend L.A. Golden Bike Shop to anyone.

Just watch out for pedestrians because they really do come out of no where.Overall a cute and inexpensive way to spend a nice summer day. Bike Curious has some study bikes and the service was friendly. The owner did get a bit cheeky with us while we were checking in but I think it was just his British humor. He was totally nice when we checked back in. The only negative would be that the bikes don't come with a lock and chain. If you do decide to ride all day you have to be careful to monitor your bike and never leave it unattended.

They are always helpful, patient, and treat me as if I'm their most important customer. To me, there is an intentionality to provide a great customer experience by simply serving the customer and being kind. Beyond delivering great service and repairs to bikes, they are a model for any company hoping to establish an employee culture of people loving their jobs and that transferring to providing great customer service.

dominique “Dmneek” rousseau: This place is the best! There is always someone walking through the door with an unusual request or need. Sure, there are people like me who come here for a bike because there’s was recently stollen, but this place is so much more. You’ll have to come out and check it out. I bet, you’ll be writing your own review once you do. Oh, and ask for Jim. He will listen to what you need and match it in real time, “with a wink and a smile.” He’s amazingly patient and it’s really refreshing to feel like you are working with someone who genuinely cares.

Vincent N: Bought a new Onewheel GT from them a week ago. Louie was the main person helping me, and Danny also helped out. I was able to get a good price on the Onewheel and a Thousands helmet and they were very accommodating. Even though I came close to closing, they stayed back and made sure the board was linked and that everything worked before they went home and closed shop. I asked to use the restroom before I left and the guys working in the back were also pretty cool. I would definitely recommend buying a Onewheel from them.

Gordon Chapman: Outstanding service!I have been dealing with a particularly problematic e-bike bought from another shop in the Bay Area.Just Ride have been fantastic to deal with whilst trying to get to the bottom of these issues, which, as I stated, have been numerous.Dealing with the bike manufacturer has been something of an issue, but Louie and Just Ride LA were able to get things resolved without resulting in a giant service bill.They were great, I can't recommend them enough.

Chris Telesmanic: I've been trying for months to find an excuse to get out to LA in order to visit this shop and get out on the water on a FliteBoard. My experience with Just Ride LA did not disappoint! I have e foiled before, mostly on lakes, but being out on the ocean on a beautiful day with calm water - flying over the surface - it was absolutely awesome and I could not recommend it strongly enough. If you are even considering getting into efoil, don't make any decisions before checking out Just RIde LA!
