Loc Le: I've made about 3 purchase from here in the past 12 months. Every time its been Jesse and Dylan. A pleasure every time. They are super knowledgeable without being arrogant. I recently had a tear in a superare bag and they warrantied it for me without blinking. Josh was in the shop that day. It was my first time meeting him and I was really surprised how easy they made it for me to roll in, show them the problem, and bring out a replacement for me. Forget all of these other brands out there, superare has the best quality enough said. If you have any questions or issues, Dylan is the man. This guy is nothing but the best vibes and so is everyone else that works there. Dylan took care of me when I had an issue with one of my gloves that I purchased. He quickly took matters and helped me out right away, he’s a great guy and welcomes everyone who comes into his store. Straight to the point and no salesy talk, they’re there to answer any questions you have and throw out recommendations for what they believe is good gear. Incredibly refreshing since even though they carry their own gear but they don’t have an ego and try to push it on anybody that their stuff is the only thing to get.That being said, their gear is VERY good. One of the happiest purchases I’ve ever made and Dylan made sure I was happy as hell with what I got by letting me try on everything.I will definitely be back.
