Ours was an old Prius, and we did not have collision insurance and faced a hit and run on our parked car that broke the rear bumper. The guys at Innovative understood immediately, and were realistic about what they could do while still re-using our old rear bumper. We have scratches and a dent, but they worked in our budget and were able to get the broken bumper reattached solidly and us up and out the door in record time -- a few hours. I'm used them before, and love the fact they are respectful and listen to what we need for the situation. I highly recommend them!

Recently, I had an itch for change, not sure why. I decided to go through with tinting my car windows, since I had been contemplating it for so long. I've never done it before so I didn't know who to go to or even how much it would cost me. I contacted Innovative Auto Craft for a recommendation since they worked on my car recently. The owner there mentioned that they work with a reputable company that provides window tinting. They even said they'll make the appointment for me at their shop since the vendor would most likely give them a discount for the job. And sure enough, he did. I contacted IAC on November 25th inquiring about my tints and they got me an appointment for December 1st. Talk about royal treatment. HAHA. I dropped off my car at noon on December 1st and picked it up by 3:00pm. My car looked so beautiful. The tints are a perfect shade. Not too light and surely NOT TOO DARK. Thank you Nelson and Emil for always going above and beyond for your clientele. I have never dealt with such professional, qualified, and humble business owners! You guys rock!

I was looking for a good mechanic that I can trust, who has relatively reasonable prices. Because my mechanic I used to go for many years was retired. When I've stopped by and talked to Ravi, he answered my questions and gave me a very reasonable price for the work my car needed. He didn't try to create more work like other mechanics, and told me that my car didn't need all that work the other mechanic told me. The problem was much simpler than what I was told. Ravi was very honest. When he did an oil change, he also checked the tiers and put air in them. I didn't see any other place do that when I was getting oil chance for my car. Ravi is very honest, and his work is excellent. He finds the problem and doesn't create unnecessary work. He has the best service, and very good prices for his quality work.
