Jenny Salinas: We went to the store looking for a house for our chameleon. We were there for a while looking around and asking questions. We finally decided on one that said had samples of vitamins and things my baby needed. When we got home we noticed it was a returned package, it was dirty, it didn't have any of the sample the box said it had. It would be nice to put on the package when they put it up for resale to say open box so at least we know what to expect. I don't live near a PetSmart so I couldn't return it. Instead I just cleaned it and started buying everything I needed.But overall the store is clean and the staff is very friendly.
