Launch Centers Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center: what do users think?

Edward Gibson: I've been impressed by Launch Centers' dedication to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed care to individuals seeking recovery. Their program offers a range of services designed to address the unique needs of each person, helping them build a foundation for long-term success.

Stella Keitel: Launch Centers is a beacon of hope for anyone struggling with mental health or addiction issues. Their holistic approach to treatment, combined with their compassionate staff and supportive community, creates a nurturing environment where individuals can heal and grow. Highly recommended.

Jeremy Selman: I was was spending a lot of time researching therapeutic centers for a close friend when I came across Launch Centers. After reaching out, I had an amazing experience dealing with the staff and think their life plan approach is unique and special and sets up those in need for lifelong recovery and not just more costs. I highly recommend learning more about them for yourself but my experience was great.

Jennifer Cunningham: The therapists at Launch Center were truly dedicated, providing personalized attention to my child's needs. The friendly staff made the environment welcoming, and it's evident that the owner is deeply involved, creating a sense of commitment and community that sets this program apart.

Jake Gorman: Great program!!

Billy Cullen: By far, one of the most effective and thorough treatment centers for young adults. Knowledgeable clinical team.

Jordan Partie: If you have an adolescent with addiction, you are in one of the most frightening situations you'll ever be in, but Launch Center is extraordinary at helping people dealing with this crisis. This place is super professional and compassionate, and the amount of knowledge that every one of their staff members has is incredible.I can not recommend this place enough for anyone who is going through the nightmare of addiction

Ryan Lewis: Amazing team and fantastic experience. Highly recommended!!

Cade Saurage: Launch is hands down one of the best programs I’ve worked with. Their level of clinical sophistication is incredible and the people behind the scenes are second to none. My daughter even did an internship with them and couldn’t stop raving about how insightful and compassionate their treatment team is. I would send my family here without hesitation if any of them were struggling. Top tier program.

HYIM VIBE: Over and over a great program that is keeping pace with the youth and modern challenges they face.

Genevieve Alexandra: Exceptional service’s always!!

Kristen Noble: I literally thank God for Launch. My son was with them for over one year. He had mental illness, but no addiction issues. All of the highly trained staff could not be better. They were always very accessible to me as the mother of a 17-year-old. He loved everybody he worked with. It took a lot of pressure off of me knowing he was under such excellent care. The staff still reaches out to me three years later after my son returned home. I called after he left there for a year asking for their help with letters to support my son getting SSI. They knew exactly who he was and all went out of their way to. I trusted them just by talking on the phone to them enough to send my son Claire across the country knowing he would receive excellent care. If I could rate Launch a 10, I would.

C.W. Green: A loved one attended this program a little over a year ago and we've seen phenomenal results. He'd been to multiple mental health programs over the years but never seemed to be able to get his depression, anxiety and BPD under control. He also struggled with what we've learned is called a "failure to launch." He dropped out of college, could never get and keep a job more than a few weeks, lost all his old neighborhood friends and sometimes wouldn't even be able to get out of bed -- let alone take a shower. Launch is where everything changed. After he stabilized through work with his psychiatrist and primary therapist, the team helped him get back in school and even get a part time job. Because this is a young adult program, he was only in therapy groups with people around his own age, for a change. He made new friends that are positive influences and he's currently working towards getting his first apartment with one of them. It may have taken till his mid-twenties, but today he's thriving as a productive member of society. Thank you, Launch Centers, for the great work you do!

Sean and Leah Mcilrath: Launch Centers is a special place for that special young adult that needs some strong, smart, experienced guidance. My team and I toured the facilities while we were visiting from another program in Austin. The feel of the program was lively and energetic. Staff was very smiley and engaging and happy to see us.Kelly is also amazing! As a mom myself, God forbid, I would trust my child’s care in the hands of the professionals over at Launch Centers!

Laurel Tracy: We love working with this young adult program. They are an ethical young adult program who have helped so many overcome addiction. Their staff is passionate and composed of experienced professionals who are dialed into the FAMILY AND CLIENT’S NEEDS. The treatment process is tailored to the client and there are layers of support in all life domains.

Ryan: I would send my own loved one to Launch! I have worked with their team professionally for years and years -- they care, they create solutions, and they best understand how to prepare individuals and families for the world.

Amy Wu: Launch Centers has been one of the most supportive, effective mental health and addiction treatment programs I've ever participated in. Before coming to Launch, I was given very clear descriptions of what to expect and my intake was very efficient and completed with empathy. The case managers and therapists at Launch have proved to be trustworthy and supportive, always following through and staying on top of case management and therapeutic support, including psychiatric/medication concerns and refills. While participating in the group therapy sessions at Launch, I have met impactful group facilitators and therapists who were able to distill the issues I was having and counter them with appropriate psychoeducation concepts. In addition, I have been given tools to practice outside of groups and they have provided resources to address my mental health concerns that I can carry on using after my program ends here. Thank you to everyone at Launch, and I highly recommend this place if you are a young adult looking for mental health or addiction community support.

Ben Gaster: to try this program out. It will change your life.

Conner Hall: Launch Centers Treatment was a major help to me. The therapists and staff genuinely cared about me and truly helped me to make a plan for my future. My personal therapists helped me to discover where some of my deeper issues came from. All of the staff worked tirelessly with me to talk through my issues, or just about life, and offered realistic solutions to my current problems and situation. All of the staff went above and beyond and advocated relentlessly for me. I am very grateful that I was able to have such a wonderful experience with Launch.

The Hills Treatment Center: what do users think?

Allie Wells: Getting help in a difficult situation really made a huge difference in my recovery. I thought I could do it on my own, but ended up here with the suggestion from an officer. I'm humbled and grateful to have been suggested to come here. I never felt demeaned, or punished for struggling to get clean. Instead this team empowered me with resources and tools during my most fragile moments.

Rachael Rivera: Getting clean on your own is not easy. The Hills staff and program most likely saved my life.

Michele Olson: When my very best friend was spiraling badly, we found all the information we needed here to stage her intervention. There was a lot to learn and a lot to plan but her life is worth it. And there was a large enough group of us ranging from friends to co-workers to family who cared enough to do it. Should you ever find yourself in this painful position with a loved one, Hills Treatment Center comes highly recommended to guide you through tackling it.

Doris Daniels: Once you have been a user and/or abuser, it is all too easy to fall back into your old ways. I was determined not to let that happen to me but the stress of a recent job loss combined with the end of a relationship had my self-confidence level down to where the only thing that made me feel better was my old substance friend. The only positive thing I can say for myself is that I knew enough to get help and knew enough to choose The Hills.

Chad Topper: this place is by far the best place/rehab I've ever been too, and this is coming from a chronic relapser, not only were all my needs met, but the staff here are very nice, supportive, and actually genuinely care about you and your feelings, whether they are good and bad, so yeah, if you had to choose any place, or rehab to go too, choose the hills, and that's all i got to say!

Stephanie Lomeli: I really wanted things to be going better than they were. That's how the addiction started. If I could fake it I could make it, right? Unfortunately, I’ve learned that isn’t true. Hills Treatment Center helped me heal.

Misty Hawkins: My cousin seem to have everything put together. Took care of her parents, finished college, got married, had children and it all we totally missed the signs. It wasn't until her husband called us to tell us he convinced her to check in here that we realized how much she needed us. Thank you for being there for her.

Faith Cruz: Hills helped me regain my life. After knee surgery, I became addicted to the pain medication I was given. It happened so fast, I didn’t even realize what happened. Without their help, I would have never been able to stop the cycle. I am so grateful.

Belinda Fowler: We had such a great experience for our son here. It is an excellent facility with great care and service.

Emily Burns: It had been just me and my addiction solo for quite some time. I’m stubborn and one who is not going to change until they are darn good and ready. When I reached the point that I wanted to interact with someone or something other than my addictive substance, it was The Hills that slowly helped me to reintegrate myself back into society.

Ankur Wright: The Hills has changed my mind completely about treatment centers. I had the old mindset ingrained in me that you were weak if you sought help. Here at The Hills I have received the help I needed to accomplish what I could not do on my own.

A Google User: I’ll admit that I read over the website many days almost calling, almost requesting a call back and almost submitting a request before I finally did it. Making that call was quite possibly the best decision I have ever made in my life. Why? It has given me back control of my life.

Vivian Chambers: As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I had been dealing with anxiety for years. My doctor prescribed benzos to help with it, but I never considered I’d become addicted. The Hills offers the best program for my situation and they have helped me regain control. I am better mentally than I ever have been, thanks to them.

Anita Price: Breaking my leg didn’t seem to be a big deal, but within a short time, I found myself addicted to the painkillers they gave me after surgery. I needed help and The Hills has a program designed specifically for women dealing with this. They saved my life.

Kasper Roque: . But I can do that now all thanks to all that I’ve learned from this treatment center. If anyone gives this establishment a low rating, I would take in consideration that they might not have been ready to put in the work and to show up for themselves. Recovery is tough and it’s a lot of work but it’s so worth it. Trust! I’m grateful to say that La Fuente Treatment Center and their staff still plays a huge role in my recovery.
