Nicole Stewart: My favorite thing about 2020 is Bodyline Fitness offering virtual classes. I have practiced Pilates for almost 20 years and never have I found a more dedicated and challenging instructor than Maria Leone. But since I moved from Los Angeles to Dallas ten years ago, I haven’t been able to work with her. Her virtual mat workouts continue to surprise and delight me. I love how she brings her martial arts and dance backgrounds to the movements she teaches. She always roots the workouts in Pilates fundamentals. But the fast twitch movements she brings to her mat classes add a special twist that keeps my body guessing. Maria is in my estimation the foremost instructor in the United States. I would recommend Bodyline’s virtual classes to anyone interested in strengthening their core and improving their posture. I would also recommend her to anyone interested in becoming an instructor. Her knowledge of the body is thorough and personal- she is incredible shape which is inspiring. All of the Bodyline instructors are fabulous- I enjoy seeing how each one takes Maria’s lead and add their own spices. Thank you Bodyline for making lemonade out of lemons with the Covid-19 restrictions of 2020 and adding virtual classes to your offerings!

Pureyoo LLC: Tried out my first ever Pilates class with Sayeh. It was challenging and fun at the same time. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the workout experience. Her playlist was on point and gave me second wind exactly when I needed it. I knew it was an amazing workout when I was sore in all the body parts that she mentioned we were targeting. Will definitely be back to workout with Sayeh again in the future.

Laura Przybilla: . The space is beautiful and the class sizes not too big. Parking can be difficult depending on the time so make sure to arrive early! They also sell really cute grip socks and the bathroom is well stocked.

Linda: It was my first Pilates class and I felt Tina Martini was very clear and easy to understand. I felt no awkwardness to adjust and follow her instructions. I felt like she gave me enough attention as a beginner but not "too" much at the same time. Plus she has a great personality and fantastic timing. We started/ended on time and it felt like we were barely there, but I still broke a sweat because she made sure we were mindful of the muscles we are to engage! I'll be coming back!

The Pilates workouts and stretches have been fantastic and have really challenged my body to work muscles I didn’t realize I had. Sue Patterson: Lisa is the Ali Wong of Pilates instructors - beautiful with a beautiful heart, intelligent, and funny. And she's an AMAZING Pilates instructor. I am new to Pilates, but I can honestly say there is no substitute for one-on-one sessions with Lisa, given her attention to detail and exacting methods. Each session is precisely geared for your specific needs, and it's never repetitive. I came to her with an old leg injury. In spite of years of treatment, I still had pain and limited range of motion in my left leg as a result of my hip capsule closing. I had attempted yoga several times over the years but the result each time was only increased pain. Yet within three weeks of sessions with Lisa two times a week the pain is greatly reduced and the range of motion in my leg has increased rather dramatically. Plus I have gained muscles. I had been swimming 4 miles a week regularly for six months before starting Pilates, and yet I am noticeably stronger after three weeks with Lisa in that I have so much more control over my movements. My body glides smoothly when I walk, and I've completely lost my protective gait. I strongly recommend Pilates Studio of Beverly Hills.

Chris Lemchi: First time doing a Lagree class, and yes it was intense, but I felt great afterwards! Incredible energy all around. Noelle was an excellent instructor, made me feel comfortable getting on the megaformer. As well, she gave me the push and motivation to keep going! Sunmin Park: Work out for many different levels. Highly recommend for those who are skeptical.

Eli Park: First of all, I want to say that my wife convinced me to take this session. It was a gift and she convinced me to just try it out. I figured why not, but really didn’t expect much or that I would sweat. Wow was I wrong. This workout was intense. The trainers are so professional and tapped into muscles I didn’t know I had! I was sore for almost a week after. I had been to couples yoga before, but M Pilates is hard core. These girls really work out hard. I bought 10 more sessions after my first time and am so happy with my experience there. Everyone is so friendly and I feel great when I walk in and when I leave, because I know that it was a 110% rewarding workout. They know how to push me past my limits with guidance and encouragement.I like to think I am paying for the friendly and pretty Pilates trainers, but really, there is no way I would push myself the way I do here anywhere else.Thank you so much M Pilates! If you haven’t tried the reformer machine, you gotta check it out here.

She is an expert in treating bodies who need to recover from injury, pregnancy, or just getting back into shape.My body always seemed to have issues, especially in my lower abdomen. Then after I had a baby, I was hesitant to work out. But Carol amazed me with how fast my body got back into shape and actually better than before I had my baby! Her expertise really shines in this area. She was a professional dancer and since she has experienced injury and rehab herself from her career, she is most helpful with relating and respecting my limitations, while pushing me to my full potential.Thumbs way up!!

L.J Jung: I've been coming here since 2014. Still very satisfied.Highly recommend trying this studio if you are in the area. FYI, each individual may have different experience depending on the instructor. If you are unsatisfied, I recommend you to talk to the head instructor first. Overall, I absolutely love everything about this studio.

Nadine deRoux: I was injured in a car accident with four fractured vertebrae , and a slip disc and working out at Club Pilates made me stronger .Club Pilates Miracle Mile is the place to be. I absolutely love my instructors they are so knowledgeable, helpful and supportive to my goals.The Atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. I look forward to my classes of which IDo 6 Classes per week .The Manager Amanda is Absolutely Amazing she checks in with my progress and to see if there’s anything she can do to help which I think is so sweet!If you’re looking for low impact exercise or to strengthen your Core and lengthen your muscles or if you have been injured come Join us I definitely recommend.

Traci Bates: I can feel and see myself getting stronger each week. The instructors here are clear and helpful and make sure that we’re executing the movements correctly to get the true benefit. It’s the best thing that I’ve done for my body and mind.

Julia Mihaylov: Club Pilates Miracle Mile has been one of the best fitness subscription locations I've ever been to. Everyone is so amazing and pleasant to work with. I've been going there since they opened in November and am so happy that I signed up. I'm an unlimited member and go every day of the week. All of the instructors are fantastic and have their own styles that offer great diversity throughout the week. This studio doesn't deserve 3 or 4 stars, it should be at 5/5 without a doubt.I look forward to my classes every day and recommend this studio to anyone interested in trying pilates or in need of a studio!

Joanna Harris: , but Danielle and her team made me feel so welcome and safe to try something new. I've been an unlimited member for over a month and have gone to 4-5 classes every week. After a few weeks, I could already tell that I was stronger. I was able to do more of the exercises to completion and felt my form getting consistently better.All of the instructor are attentive, keep us safe, and push us to push ourselves. Everyone is friendly and willing to work with you and your body to make sure you get the most out of your experience, while protecting any problem areas

KDS: I have been taking classes here for a couple of years. All the teachers are great, they challenge you to work hard but also make sure you are safe and modify when needed. In every class there is a range of beginners to advanced, and everybody is able to work at their own pace and get individualized attention. Staff is friendly and always welcoming. There is validated parking a few steps away. The facility is clean and efficient. It is the only workout routine I have ever kept up with and I credit the professionalism of the staff and the fact that they keep the exercise is varied and fresh each time so you are never bored. Highly recommend
