We struggled to find a knowledgeable supplier that didn’t just try and sell us but someone that could explain the choices and help us make good decisions. After getting the runaround from a number of other suppliers, we were referred to Westside Door and we could not be happier with both their guidance and service. Replacement windows or new construction? Casement, sliders, awnings? Wood, vinyl or clad? Grids or no grid? Removable or roll up screens? Marvin, Lincoln, Milgard, others? The choices were overwhelming at first but Robert took the time to walk us through all of the manufactures with their pros and cons. Once we settled on Lincoln he helped us understand and choose all of the options. In the end, Robert and Westside were a great choice for us and we are very pleased with the entire buying experience.

If you communicate and have your plan in place everything should go smoothly. There are so many people that are in touch with your order that stuff will get a little disorganized. Sagiv was very knowledgable regarding the kind of Milgard door that would match my Milgard windows, and was very clear regarding certain decisions I had to make regarding the door. He ordered the door, which arrived earlier than expected, and sent his crew over to install the door shortly thereafter. The installation crew was very efficient, very kind and very clean. As I've been slowly remodeling my home, Sagiv and his team at Lion Windows have been a bright shining star! I never felt like they were just trying to get the sale done -- I told Sagiv my goals, he told me whats I needed, never tried to upsell anything, gave me a fair price, was super helpful and patient with me. He even came back out to fix a window they'd installed perfectly but had to be re-sealed after I replaced my countertops - within a day of request. They are truly amazing.

Gale Fielding: and NEW window installation and replacement. I did not realize there was a difference and due to my misunderstanding agreed to the NEW construction, mistakenly thinking that "New" meant new windows.. It was quite a shock to us when we realized what had occurred. We had just had our home restuccoed and painted and now have to hire someone to come in and replace the drywall and casements inside and repair the outside and have new stucco and paint around the windows. I would advise anyone who plans to replace windows in their home to question the difference and sign a contract for the correct replacement. New construction means removal of the old windows, and placing the frames, cutting into the dry wall and the stucco. Retrofit, or general window replacement means simply removing the old windows, and setting the new windows in the same space. We are not unhappy with Sivan, as it was not clear to me and I did not question. Sivan goes the extra mile in pleasing their customers, however there was a misunderstanding on my part involving the replacement.Services:General window replacement,Casement window installation replacement

Tom Miller: Beverly Hills Glass, Has done two installations. One for my personal apartment, and one for my employers condominium in Century City. I cannot say enough good things about them, their attention to detail and how precisely they measure every installation. It is perfect. There is a large full wall installation at my employers condo in a very nice building in West Los Angeles and they did a smaller for wall installation in my apartment the projects came out beautiful, As promised. The pricing was incredibly fair and again their professionalism is second to none I would highly recommend them.

Abby Hauptman: As a young woman, going to a mechanic can be tough because they often take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. When I found these guys, it was such a relief to not have to worry about being overcharged or lied to. The minute I came in they were so helpful and kind. I told them that I had just been to the dealership and they claimed I had major issues with my car that would total to $12,000. I found J&E online and took it in for a second opinion. They were honest about the condition of my car and told me what I needed vs what was an over exaggeration/normal wear and tear from an older car. I was so appreciative of how easy the experience was and how reasonable the charges were. Ron Wilder: . I began searching Yelp for someone in the area and came across amazing reviews for Emad and J and E. And not just a couple; hundreds and hundreds of 5-star reviews. Specific and consistent. So I took a chance. Emad confirmed the Kia diagnosis, but he came in with an estimate of less than half of what Kia wanted to charge. I just got my car back two days ago, dreading that something will go wrong again, but so far, it is running as if nothing happened. Emad asked me to bring it back in after a week or two to do a check-up and make sure everything was as it should be. I'll certainly update if there are issues, but at this point, I am more than satisfied with the work that Emad and his team did, the way that they did it, and the integrity and honesty they showed in walking me through the issues. This was a very expensive and discouraging problem, but I trust that I took it to the right person.
Bobby Tran: J&E Auto is one of the most honest and fair auto repair shops I've ever been to. Emad was very informative and transparent of what needed to be repaired in my 2014 Prius and what could wait but made sure I kept an eye on it. Everything from the quote process, repair and pick up was very professional and the pricing is more than fair. I will be coming back to them for all my auto repair needs in the future! The product they installed is fantastic.The windows and doors are solid; made of ruggedized metal and supported by strong stiff frames. The framing and trim around the installed windows looks great and was installed with great care and precision. Some of the trim was custom made on site and looks really professional.The installation crew, led by Luis, are outstanding. They laid out a plan and methodically followed it to fit the windows. They very quickly cut old the old windows, prepped the frames and installed the new windows. No opening was left open overnight. Two guys were door specialists. They installed a pair of patio doors and another to an outside balcony. They needed to refit the frame on the balcony door and made a quick run to get the needed lumber. I worked with door crew to install a custom Yale/Andersen electronic wifi/Bluetooth lock. They had not seen one before but quickly learned the details and installed it for keyless entry to the house. Lock looks great and works great.The crew was well trained, well organized, gave a high quality install and did it all quickly and professionally. Great work.

The Only Real Trinity: Came here for the Super Bowl with a friend. Started off in the caffe, but ended up here, because the screen was bigger. Waited a few minutes and had to ask someone for our server.We ordered Brussels and wings. The Brussels were good just a tad bitter. The wings didn’t have much flavor so I asked for ranch. The wings were tender.The drinks were good. Overall the service was good, atmosphere amazing, and food was adequate. Super Bowl was definitely fun here.The reason I gave it a four star was because it took a while for our server to come ,and it wouldn’t have been a problem if they were packed. I would be understanding of it. The other reason was the food was just blasé. I’ve had food here before that was amazing, so I was a little disappointed. Overall I love it here and would recommend.

But, with the Roses come thorns....The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because of the amount of broken glass outside the house. I had to leave the house right as they were starting to clean up outside, so I really didn't see all the glass, but sure saw it today while cleaning up. Glass in the grass, in rocks, on patio furniture, on my BBQ, and I'm not sure how I'm going to get it all up. I've been vacuuming the grass for the past 30min. It seriously looks like a glass bomb went off. My neighbor did her windows, from another company, and she said she had no issues. My main concern is with my dog and if she'll get any glass in her paws.So, WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN?? Most likely, but I would make sure I stay around and manage the clean up.UPDATE: The day after the install Frontier sent out a crew to clean everything up and did a terrific job! They stressed, and I believe them, that this issue was a one time thing. Honestly, they would have sent out a crew for 2 days to do clean up if it were a normal thing. Shell Saurer: I can't speak highly enough about American Deluxe Windows and Doors. Everything happened exactly on the timeline they estimated and all came within my budget. The day of installation was seamless. Four windows and a patio slider were installed in about 4 hours, and they cleaned up my place better than it was before they arrived. The crew was friendly, meticulous, and thorough and the quality of my new windows and door are 1000% better than the 1970s single panes that were in when I bought the place. I'd hire them and recommend them in a heartbeat.
Will Parga: After searching around, I settled on American Deluxe Windows and Doors for retrofit replacement windows. Because of the size and shape of my window openings, I was gonna need custom windows, and whenever I hear the word "custom" I equate that to "expensive." Not the case here! They did end up being expensive, only because I kept tacking on more and more premium features. In the end, I couldn't be happier! I have beautiful windows that are highly energy efficient and will look and function amazing for years to come. In fact, I was so happy with them that when it came time to replace my old sliding glass back door, I immediately went to them. Now I have brand new gorgeous outward-opening French doors that match perfectly with the windows and even have the same door handles as the rest of the house! I’m not going to list all the ways they have taken care of me because honestly it’s more than what should be expected of any company, I felt like I was dealing with a friend more than a business.IMO you don’t learn a lot about people or a company when everything goes perfectly and that’s where Ark really shined. Every time I thought I was going to get resistance from him he went beyond expectations. My windows are beautiful and my house feels so much better than it did before, I would never consider going to anyone else for windows ever.

I dealt with a gentleman named Ark, he was very informative, showed me many options and was very patient with my picky personality. I ended up getting 8 windows and 1 French door at a reasonable price. Highly recommend using them.
