L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele: what do users think?

Ali Glaser: The pizza here is absolutely delicious and authentically made. It was honestly the highlight of my meal—it's just that good. I highly recommend trying their pizzas because they truly stand out. While I'm a fan of branzino and wanted to give it a try, I can't say I recommend it. Although the fish was fresh and tender, it lacked the flavorful spices I was hoping for. Despite its soft texture and melt-in-your-mouth quality, it needed a bit more seasoning to truly impress. For me, the standout dish was definitely the pizza. With such a diverse selection of flavors, each one sounding just as tempting as the next, it's hard to go wrong. The service was excellent; our waiter was friendly and attentive. The ambiance was also delightful, with a charming atmosphere that added to the overall experience.

A Google User: Went for my bday. It was a beautiful atmosphere, we reserved a big outdoor booth and everyone enjoyed the food and drinks. Everything came out quickly and the server was nice.Service: 4/5 …

Cathelina: When I arrived, I was assigned to sit outside. I turned on the heater after asking, but it was turned on too hard and ignored the guests' feelings. The waiter kept talking and had to wait for a long time to attract her attention before serving and dishes. A lot of pasta, pizza, and desserts are not delicious, except for parma ham. There won't be a next time

Keanan Block: A little let down by the pizza. We were recommended the Diavola by the server, but the taste was pretty generic. The other things ordered were good. The Tagliatelle Verdi Al Pesto as well as the Tagliatelle Bolognese were both quite good. The two cheese selection board was fantastic and a good value. A little let down by the ambiance. Perhaps it depends on where you are seated. We were seated nearby the bar. Not impressed.

Jamie Canbolat: A Hideaway in the middle of Hollywood of all places. When you drive up to L'Antica, you might think you got the address wrong, but fear not, this gorgeous restaurant seems like secret in a run down part of Hollywood. A cozy pizza spot where they make their pizzas from scratch in a open view kitchen. The atmosphere is a fireplace lit backyard gardenscape great for a date night. We got the Daviola Pizza which has great flavor however the pizza is silently on the dryer side if that is your preference. The cocktails are delicious as well but be prepared to spend a bit more for this authentic italian dinner

Eve L: If this isn't the best Italian restaurant then I don't know what is. This restaurant has really good authentic Italian food and they don't skimp on portions. Especially in this economy where it seems like restaurants are cutting portions to save costs. Our party of 5 got 2 pizzas, 2 pastas, and 1 salad to share. The Margherita pizza was a good example of something basic yet so delicious. We also had an arugula & prosciutto pizza which was a culinary delight. The pizza crust had the perfect amount of crunch to chewiness. For the kinds of pasta, we settled on the Tagliatelle Verdi al Pesto and Maccheroncini Vodka. The Caesar salad was a hit with our table. The romaine paired with radicchio and capers gave the salad the extra punch of flavors. The interior is bright and airy. The servers are friendly. There are so many great options on the menu to try that I can't wait to come again. We were lucky enough to find street parking, but if you can't they do have a valet.

Emire MIENTE: Great place in LA, great atmosphere! We had dinner and several drinks at the bar! Everything was perfect, until we wanted to smoke a cigarette... no place for smokers, the valet in front of the entrance even made me cross the street to smoke on the sidewalk of the other side of the street... not very commercial although everything was very good! It doesn't make you want to come back because of this downside... but I'm still giving it a 5 star rating 😉 little message for the management: Thank you for also thinking about smokers 🚬

Prime Pizza: what do users think?

Marcella Di Santo: so overall, grateful regardless of the cost and missing cheese!

Evan Berger: White Pizza was really good. The Vegan pizza apparently has had a change in cheese vendors and now they are barely putting any cheese on the pies. They offered to replace it with a pie with more cheese "this time" but said they wouldn't going forward. Which I dont get.Vegetarian options: See veagn pizza review above. It was much better 1st time

Spark _: I had my sister & her hubby to get pizzas from them to go for our late dad's birthday. So, I didn't go there myself ,so just put 3 ☆ ,but the vegan pizzas were so~delicious !! I had 3 slices ,which is very rare for me !! I usually eat 2 slices at a time ! I could've eaten 'em more if I could !! Mom said the same !! 4, 5 slices ,no problem !! Lol. My sister's hubby & a male friend had 5 slices each !! One w kale & another was spicy one w vegan pepperoni, etc. We also had vegan garlic knots ,but they were a bit too hard !!Vegetarian options: We had one with kale & another w vegan pepperoni. A bit spicy . Both were huge hits !! 👏 😋👍👍👍

Grá: what do users think?

Michael Pentzer: We had the White, Mushroom and Stracciatella & Prosciutto Ham pizzas. The Starter we ordered was the Burrata which came with the pizza crust to spread the Burrata on.All 3 of the pizzas were excellent. The flavor and ingredients used were top quality which made the pizzas outstanding. The Mushroom pizza may have been the best Mushroom Pizza I’ve ever had! They were very generous with the amount of prosciutto on the pizza. The Calabrian Chili on the White pizza gave it a nice kick. We finished the meal off with the Soy Sauce Carmel Sunday…may sound a little strange but it was excellent!

Gillian Couchman: Honestly might give this the #1 slot, so, so good.Recommended dishes The Banger Pizza …

Zach Newman: a sweet date night spot. the pizza was super good: flavorful and crispy and soft crust, really fresh tasting ingredients, and the banger was very creative and interesting and tasty. the margherita was simple but so flavorful, especially that tomato sauce. the inside was a pretty space and full of dark wood, and it was cool seeing into the kitchen. the outside was nice too but somewhat loud in the heated patio area near the street. solid chilled red natural wine by the glass.

Grace Kang: Our new favorite pizza place. All pizzas are made to order and are so delicious. They use the best ingredients in all their foods and you can really taste it. I’ve never had sourdough pizza - it didn’t really have a sourdough taste but it was still so good! Our server was so kind and knowledgeable about wines. The atmosphere inside is intimate and friendly at the same time.I will definitely be returning again.Parking: We came early and got a parking spot on the street in front of the restaurant. They have a very small lot that is shared with other businesses but your best bet would be to rideshare or find nearby street parking.

Nika Franchi: Food: 5/5

Janice Hoffmann: I drove 35 mi to get here and it was worth it!! Their take on a caesar salad included perfect sourdough crumbs sauteed to perfection in olive oil. The salmon crudo was also highest quality dredged in a yummy mustard sauce with mild slices of watermelon radish. We lved the white pizza w pistachio pesto.Dietary restrictions: Healthy food didnt bother my many fiod sensitivities.

Apollonia's Pizzeria: what do users think?

D M: The honey and pepperoni combo was good, didn't really get the hot part. The squared slice, I wasnt able to eat right away so can't say, but its more of a deep dish style, very thick and crunchy crust. Dark bits are crispy cheese. Onion, prosciutto and garlic.Opted for slices since oredering a pie is approx 1hr wait time.Glutenfree options.Parking lot is small.Line to order moves quickly.Customer service is great!Communication is concise.Definitely will return for a whole pie.

Ricardo Murguia: 100/10!! Pizza was the best I've ever had in LA. Had the Square Pepperoni with burrata, was about 20-25 min wait but was well worth it! Downside is parking is limited.

Prasad Nadendla: Are you willing to work for your food? Are you willing to wait in a long line? If the answer is yes then please take the time to try Apollonia's. Their hours are strange and they are cash only in the restaurant but it's worth it.This is best thin slice pizza I have had in California. They also have incredible Detroit style slices. The pepperoni vodka slice is a must try.Very little parking.Parking: Very little parking. Small lot that is always full.

Sophia Kim: . The staff is friendly and it's a nice place to relax, enjoy pizza and hang. Large TVs to watch soccer!

JONATHAN A: Really a hidden gem in East Hollywood. Order in the small entrance room, then stroll to the large, open table seating in back. Distinctive neapolitan style pizzas, great ingredients, and salads, reasonable prices, a real oasis.
