Aje NewAje: This place is awesome. I needed a small tiny screw for my SSD installation and they were kind enough to let me look through their collection of many screws! I was unable to find the screw I needed however it was really nice that they were so generous. I went back again when I needed 5 screws to install a laptop battery and this time they went to the back and found the 5 screws that fit perfectly! I left a $5 tip and this review to share my awesome experience with these kind people.

Brigitte Lowther: This is a one-of-a-kind place! They are super friendly, fair, honest, and the only business I have ever found that will purchase your old electronic devices for straight cash. You can drop off your items, then walk up to the corner Starbucks while you wait, then they give you a cool and fair amount of cash for any computers, old phones, etc. As long as it turns on, they'll buy it. Better than just throwing these things out or have them collect dust in your drawers, or try to fix them or even try to sell them yourself. Just absolutely call beforehand because they are not there every day and hours change regularly. 🙂✌

V V: My 2012 MacBook Pro fell victim to a flying cocktail at a DJ gig. Things appeared to be ok at first, but then it started getting kernel panics when using the rear USB port and some devices wouldn't work at all or intermittently. I gave Advance a call and gave them the rundown. They were honest in their prognosis and conservatively advised me that they might be able to repair the liquid damage. I took my chance and 3 days business days later, they called me to ask for a repair approval. They had located the damaged parts on the logic board and reassured me they could fix it. I gave the green light and received a working computer 5 business days after I dropped off the mac. It's been 5 months since the repair and the computer has been working perfectly fine. The final cost was on the lower end of their quote so I couldn't be happier. I had checked around town at 3 other repairs shops beforehand, but have to say they came correct!

Brandon Chin: I've had to get my laptop serviced for various issues and this place always does it very well and very quickly. The owner even spent well over an hour to help me find the laptop that best suited my needs. That laptop lasted me around 4 years and had no issues whatsoever. Unlike big stores like BestBuy, the service here is very personalized. Once I started coming here, I've never gone back to BestBuy.

Bryan Castillo: Very good experience getting my laptop fixed. Had lenovo flex 5 screen replaced then a month later the screen starts flickering. This is a known issue on my specific lenovo laptop series. I brought it back and the fixed it free of charge. This issue has to do with lenovo and not due to the replacement. The fact they fixed it and let me go really blew me away. Very professional company and totally recommend. Thanks again and you will always have my business

Eric C: This place was great, I can't say enough good things about it. The owner Kevin took time out of his life to make sure he responded to each and every one of my emails in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and was incredibly professional when it turned out I didn't need to get the room replaced it was the hard drive. He could have easily tried to sell me something I didn't need in order to make a bigger profit but he did not do that. Instead he gave me exactly what I needed given my computer usage and nothing more. He didn't try to dodge me, his prices were right on, and they are professional. Like I said I can't say enough good things about this store.

Ray Dillman: I was building a large new RAID drive and needed temporary storage while transferring files. A brief internet search lead me to Mac Enthusiasts. I called the local number to ask a few questions and Mathew picked up his cell from a location out of town. The request I made was significant and Mathew put the wheels into motion to quickly satisfy my order.I picked up the devices on a Friday so that I could work over the weekend. When I tried to use the RAID drives they were incompatible with my M1 MacBook, which was easily unforeseen. I contacted Mathew and he put me in touch with Victor at the shop on Monday. Victor spent a solid hour trying to solve the issue through various drivers and utilities from the device manufacturer. After all the efforts failed, their solution was to offer me a compatible laptop to use at no cost.They also offered to test everything to make sure that it would work. After picking up the laptop and setting up everything at home, it became quite evident that I needed more time to complete my task than was originally contracted for. But, due to the fact that I had technical issues with their drives, Mathew offered me more time under the same contract.Each and every person with whom I have interacted has been courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way that they can. In a day and age where you can't get someone on the phone and every misstep is met with a new charge, Mac Enthusiasts is a technical oasis.Don't hesitate for a moment to take your business there.

Purchasing $60,000 worth of phones, iPads and iWatches outright was obviously not an option, so we reached out to the industry standard in Apple rentals in Los Angles. We were immediately greeted by Matt, the team leader of the company and expert in his field. Renting this amount of equipment can at times be nerve-racking in a position that I am in, in regards to keeping a proper inventory or even keeping the items from succumbing to damage. The detailed paperwork made it possible for us to keep track of the property, and the packaging of the items themselves were wonderfully executed, not to mention, very user-friendly to transport from one location to the next.If this is the type of rental and experience you are looking for, then give MAC Enthusiasts a call and ask for Matt! To avoid getting scammed as I had experienced in a similar situation before, I decided to do my due diligence. I called the company using the number listed on the receipt and provided them with the seller's document. The company quickly confirmed that the receipt was not in their records. Thanks to their speedy response, I was able to avoid being ripped off.

George Rogers: The new MacBook Pro had an unexpected bath when the pup jumped up and knocked over a glass of chardonnay. Apple wanted 760 to replace the motherboard. Opened it up and dried it out - it tried to turn on, over and over again. The guys at SFCR took it in, and opened it up. He's cleaning it as we speak, but harvested my daughters report off the drive and gave me the data on a CD so that she can finish it this weekend. Felt really comfortable with their explanations and the metered parking out front was easy. Love this shop.
