She asked her manager to give me a discount and the Manager himself was so kind and accommodating! Gave me four tires for a great price - will definitely recommend this place to everyone! Expect a bit of a wait because it's crowded but honestly they took care of everyone as long as you got there before 5! UPDATE: Front staff is great, but the men who change the tires have foul attitudes. Probably not married, seem to hate women. I was asking who was changing my tires and they all but called everyone on me because they thought I was rushing them when I was actually trying to figure out who all to tip. They don't speak English well so they didn't know. Expect rude service men.

I called them because my tire popped and I needed replacing, the guy that answered the phone was VERY helpful in providing accurate pricing for a new tire. They ordered me a new tire and was delivered the SAME day! Once I pulled into the shop I was greeted by another guy who was VERY friendly and helpful. They changed my tire right away and told me that I have warranty on my tire for as long as I have that tire- which was AMAZING and COMFORTING to hear! I will absolutely be coming here and ONLY here for all my tire needs! PLUS, they have the best pricing around! I called and a few other places were trying to charge almost $300 for a new tire, not sure if it’s because they saw my car and saw I was a woman and thought they could take advantage, but thank God I called Tire Bros Plus because they were VERY honest and had fair pricing on the tire!

The mechanic saw that the right one was bad too and I noticed it was stripping, he gave me a good deal on both tires and recommendations when my back ones were due. H Tate: If you're looking for an honest shop, you've found it. These guys will literally turn you away if you don't need work done. They have talked me out or service a few times and have told me not to waste money and to come back in 6 months to a year. They don't upsell and have competitive pricing. Talk to Vic or John and they will take care of you . Shop's like these are hard to find, you won't be disappointed.

Seoung Kim: Got a flat tire nearby so i called this place to see if they could help. They told me to just bring it in. They tried patching it first, but showed me that likely the tire needed to be replaced ASAP even if they managed to get it to hold for a while. I have nonstandard tires so they thought they didnt have any tires that fit, but then the owner found one just as they were about to put the patched tire on. He had them replace the patched tire and i was able to drive off without worrying about a blowout. Owner was really knowledgable and helpful.

They have good used tires here to replace almost any blowout.Follow-through was a bit iffy.They often don't answer their phone, no voicemail greeting, just "mailbox is full". It took a second visit to try and order the correct tire. They were inexplicably closed, no sign, no voicemail greeting offering any explanation. Later we learned they remained closed on a weekday due to predicted rain which did not even materialize!The next day we were able to reach them by phone and get our tire ordered, and swapping it out a couple of days later was quick and smooth. The money we paid for the initial service was applied to our bill.With deservedly high ratings and close proximity to hundreds of thousands of potential customers, this place should invest in a quality voicemail system so customers have access/information 100% of the time. I'm not saying they should accept voice messages, but there should at least be a greeting, a way to determine if they are open or closed, and a suggestion on what to do in either case : call back later today or call back tomorrow

Super quick service, in and out in about 30 minutes. I had done business once before with the original Bob's tire, and the mechanics and employees are still the same. Super highly recommended, if you're in South LA this is a great find.

Good quality work.

Despite pouring rain from hurricane Hillary, these guys were out hustling, fixing flats! I was in and out in 30 minutes. I didn't even have to get out of my car except to pay and tip the guy for excellent service. Tire patch still seems to be holding. $30! Can't beat it!

ocfranky Me: Do not go here they will over charge you. took in car for minor repair was told need to replace all the struts. The struts had just been replaced. Service manager Mike asks if we just replace components. My reply was "did you look at the struts" you could tell by looking at them that the struts and componets were brand new. Absolute thievery and lies. Tried to charge $600+ dollars for $100 parts. Do not go here. Took to another shop and problem fix $175 including labor only took an hour. Total scammers

But I live in the neighborhood and thought it’s right near by and I like to support local businesses why not? I’m super glad I did not to say Audi isn’t great but the prices here and the service was excellent. I was greeted and asked to wait a moment until they were ready to see me. Once I was able to be assisted I was listened to and given the right information that I needed, to ensure I was having the correct service done without missing anything. I left my car for the day to have the necessary service done at 10 am and was called after 2 pm to pick it up. I was given the final charges and they were even lower than originally quoted. The guys at the front desk were efficient and welcoming and the service man was respectful and polite. I have no complaints.
