The upholstery warranty had lapsed after 1 year and Tesla’s solution was to replace the entire seat for $2,000. They would not repair it. Mr Mister: I had to get seat belts repaired and needed to buy the seat belt cloth for the repair. The owner of the shop was very professional and guided me on where to buy the material, because he did not have that color belt. He told me how many yards I would need and where to go in DTLA to buy the material needed. I purchased the material, returned left him the belts, and material. I only needed one belt repaired but based on the conversation and professionalism he demonstrated, I decided to buy enough material to do both seat belts for an older first gen Toyota Tacoma. He did a great job, and they looked new. He was affordable, prompt, professional, and worth the 45 minute drive. I easily passed at least 50 auto upholstery places but none of them were this professional.

George at Best Way Auto Upholstery quoted me a price that was almost $2000 less than what I was quoted at my local Honda Dealership. Scheduling a day and time to bring my car in was easy and despite being a very busy shop, George knew who I was when I called to confirm, when I arrived, etc. The shop had plenty of fancier cars, including restored classic cars, but I never felt like my business was any less important. The fabric and installation was top notch, done in a day, and I got my car back cleaner than it's been a very long time. Also, the price I was quoted was the price I paid. This was a positive experience from scheduling through installation. I highly highly recommend this shop. FYI, I have no relationship with the shop or the owner and don't normally write reviews. James Jordan: OK, so I waited 2 months since I purchased my car here from Marcel.His service level is very high. I found him to be very honest. He told me the issues he was aware of with my car but also set realistic expectations. We had a small snafu with the process, and I had to wait a couple of days. However, he solved the issue in the correct way so that I would not have a bigger issue later.He even gave me a bonus gift and I really thought it was a nice touch!At the end of the day, I was purchasing a car with a ton of miles on it. Thus, the affordable price tag! I wanted a car that I could just buy outright. No payments!Since I purchased the car, I've had an issue with the AC due to the car sitting for so long. It was an easy and affordable fix at Audi. I also decided to take it back to Audi for the oil change. My mechanic said it's a good car, and the only thing to watch out for at this age is a suspension issue. He told me that if I maintain it often, I'll be able to drive it for years.I also had to replace the two back tires due to normal wear.None of this to me was really unexpected, as buying a used car comes with some risks. So far, I am loving my car.The place isn't the fanciest and like a friend told me, it's a different way to buy a car but it's legit.Based on my experience, I'll consider going to Marcel again when I need a new ride.For now, I'm going to enjoy this beauty!

Just remember, you're buying the car As Is, so bring a mechanic with you if possible to inspect the car, or pay a local mechanic near the business to do an inspection. I just purchased my car, so don't know if there are any problems yet. They do have a third-party warranty you can purchase.

After several sleepless nights of worrying about finding a decent used car at a reasonable price, I did a very early morning search and stumbled upon Auto Auction Group. I made my online request to visit their space to not only see but also test drive a 2016 Nissan that was listed. Later that morning, I received a call from Marcel, who asked me when I would like to come in to see the car. I had to make some calls and move some appointments around but was able to do the test drive the following afternoon. The owner was exceedingly charming and extremely helpful making a deal with me for a trade-in on my car and their finance guy completed all the necessary paperwork; and the car was mine. Due to my work schedule, though, I had to wait a couple days before I could take possession of the car. The guys at Auto Auction Group were very helpful - even helping me get my belongings out of my old car and into the new car - and made the whole experience great.
