As soon as he came to this newly opened location, the center is filled with his healing energy and his spirit oriented from the very founder of Dhan Yoga, Big master, Seung Hun Lee.Master Park's class is based upon founder's spirit of love to save and enlighten people to change the world. Master Park's healing power is miraculous. I had a sudden knee pain 2weeks ago while I was training. I tried acupuncture and physical therapy. Butpain got worse. I visited yesterday the LA Wilshire center and met the master Park first time. I could feel the center became peaceful and settled down with him like 100 year old existed center.He treated me with healing cession andA Miracle Happened. I felt a strong stream of healing energy and my knee pain has gone and became very flexible.I think this center with a new Master Park can ignite small fire seed to make a big stream to change the world positively. This world needs help to be saved from this chaos, many negative people. Master Park is motivated to teach and heal us to influence the universe positively. Sara Fouad: Body and brain center in Koreatown is one of the best places I found to find peace, meditation and healing. I was referred to it when I moved to LA to continue my practice. The center’s location is very convenient, clean, organized, has padded hard word floor, and very peaceful. Master Chunil is very helpful, patient and delicately encourages his delegates to practice, and find peace and balance. I really enjoy coming here. I also appreciate the network of friends I made since I got here. I also like the fact that the center has the option for us to join classes online on zoom if we cannot make it in person. I highly recommend coming here.

He patiently explains what we will be doing and what are the benefit of those exercises. Mater John incorporates different routines to make the class interesting. I have learned a lot from the class and it has benefited my body and mind. I also want to recognize the technical assistance provide by the Library Staff. Teaching us how to focus on and exercise every part of our bodies, and explaining how each movement benefits us, takes a lot of dedication and expertise. LUIS GARCIA JR: I started visiting Rise in December of 2022. Initially I just wanted to learn the basics of boxing, and have fun, so I took a class a week. Soon after, I discovered the amazing commitment of the coaches, the members, and specifically Taylor. Everyone works very hard, everyone is very supportive and encouraging. It’s a great atmosphere. This made me want to join the Rise family, and I became a full time member by March 2023. It was the best decision I’ve made for my lifestyle. At 45, I’ve lost approximately 30 lbs, I’ve learned the value of matching a proper nutrition regimen with consistent exercise. Im stronger and more active than I was at 35! It’s been a truly life changing experience. If you’re ready for a positive lifestyle change, don’t think twice, Rise will take you to the next level.

It demanded self-discipline, but the results were undeniable—I saw progress within the first 3 weeks! This challenge has instilled healthy habits into my daily routine, and I would 100% do it again.

This journey with Rise Athletics has been nothing but positive, I just started not too long ago and when I say this is one of the best experiences i’ve ever experienced, i’m not lying. everyone has been so friendly and helpful. whenever i get upset with myself because i can’t do something everyone else can, people cheer me on, the coaches tell me i can do it and people remind me that there were some things they couldn’t even do when they first started. the coaches are so helpful and attentive. it’s amazing. it is a little pricey but, you get where you want to be. I also found a new love for cucumbers and lettuce haha.

Noe Duenas: Great staff and facility. Highly recommended especially the HIIT classes and the nutrition guidance if you do their 6 week program. Coaches explain exercises well and help scale thing down if you are not physically at the level they tend to do things, so you can still reap the benefits of the workout at a pace that's doable for yourself.
