Baagh. Noel was able to order the hardware needed to recover files from my old laptop, recover most of my files, and transfer them onto my new laptop.

Great company. My desktop could not reboot and we had files that we could not lose. BYOD came to the rescue. Within 24 hours BYOD was able to retrieve the documents and photos on the hard drive and reinstall the OS. Very prompt service at a price less than 1/2 others have quoted to do the same job.
