Tanya Fogg Young: -- and the valet. The only downside was that our room was serviced while we were out all day and the toilet tissue wasn't replenished with an extra roll. When we called the front desk, we were told that only housekeeping could access it and no one would be in for hours. Might I suggest you start keeping toilet paper rolls where they can be accessed by front desk staff in cases like my family's?
Steve Hunt: One of the best Courtyards, even hotels, that I have stayed in in Los Angeles.The only drawback is that, after picking bags up, having left them after checking out whilst I went to a meeting, I had to change in the toilet, being told that I would have to.buy a room if I wanted a proper place to change.

Oscar Gòmez: This is now the second time I have stayed at this location and as always the whole staff are very polite and welcoming. My room was clean and pleasant, my favorite part was the bed and the pillows. After 2 stressfull flights I felt like I melted into the bed itself and woke up feeling like a million bucks.Rooms: Very Clean og the highest standard
Alain Xiong-Calmes: Saagar and Sofia are the best! I finished the LA marathon and my phone died.I wasn’t even staying at the hotel and they went out of their way to find a phone charger for me and get me a taxi!I have been a life long Hilton loyalty member but I think I will switch just because of this.
Pink Putri: , we would be able to seize the days in such a short trip, especially for us coming from other States.The hotel staffs accommodated us with such a caring manner yet courtesy of our privacy. Even in some occasions, the GM and Assistant GM were there to ensure that our needs were fulfilled and we were having the best experience possible during our stay— from room, cleanliness, foods & beverages, parking, to other facilities that we might skipped last time due to our circumstances.From a casual transit hotel, it turned up to be a personalized place for us where we felt like home. They have stepped up the standards for Select Marriott brands.Thank you for your hospitality.
Archit Ojha: Can't be happier with my stay here. The check-in was buttersmooth at the front check-in. The front desk was helpful and suggested food options around. The room was clean and had a bathtub as I had requested earlier.The valet service is free and you only get charged the parking fee. There's a Ralph's right across the street which makes it convenient. The room itself was cozy and had a nice smell to it. Would definitely be staying here again.Rooms: I got the courtside side room and just near the firepit on the first floor. The bed was soft and you could request feather pillows if the need be. Overall satisfied with the room and its service and would recommend.
Shannon Adams: Reasonably affordable and close to LA and Santa Monica Pier. Also, easy walking distance to a large shopping mall with a wide variety of dining options and shopping. A grocery store is literally across the street. And one thing I really like is a covered offload area with covered parking or valet. Overall, good value for an LA area hotel.
HJ Curtis: I chose the Marriott primarily for its location close to doctor's office. On the morning of my appointment, my uber driver mistakenly picked up someone else. Because of this error and because I was running late, an employee at the Marriott, Ray I believe, offered to drive me to my doctor's appointment so that I would not be late. Not part of his job description I'm sure. I am truly grateful for his assistance. Thank you Ray. Overall, great service and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
Wesley Bond: . Location is great, though. Overall not bad.Rooms: Decently updated, had everything I needed. The layout is a bit different than usual.Walkability: Not really walkable at all, you’re close to a mall and some shops but there aren’t good walking paths to them.

Bobbe Wright: Good location for work in local area.The downside is if you need to shower you have to let hot water run for a wasteful 20 minutes and that’s lukewarm water.Walkability: Lots of restaurants near by
