William Eubank: I just wandered into this drapery design establishment, one among many, in the fashion district of downtown Los Angeles. In addition to the maybe hundred full-sized drapes on display, there are loads of fabric swatches from which to choose. Jacob, who I believe is the owner, was very helpful in choosing the fabric and style that I eventually picked and making certain I decided on the correct configuration and dimensions of the drapes. We went back and forth several times by texting once I placed the order and made a few changes without any problem. The drapes came out beautifully. They make them in house and they were finished within a week of placing the order. All in all, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to return if I ever needed more drapes in the future.

They'll give you a choice of shade material in varying degrees of protection to block out those hot, nasty rays. The in-store staff is terrifically knowledgable and will steer you in the right direction. And the staff that does the measuring and installation are terrific as well -- friendly, fast, efficient and skilled.

Robert Uhl: lost a back causing the bead chain to come off the roller. I was able to put the chain back on the roller but the shade didn't go up far enough. So I called Aeroshade on Tuesday and 2 days later, today Joey arrived at my home right on time at 9am. Within 2 minutes, he fixed the problem and installed a new governing bead to prevent the problem reoccurring.And he waived the entire service call fee presumably because the fix was easy and took hardly no time. Yet he had to drive all the way up to my house in rush hour and back.Aeroshade has been in business seemingly forever because they are the best and one of the last ethical merchants in LA.

JIZELLE JOAN: George, the owner was so nice & helpful. From the initial meeting, he was very knowledgeable and educated, especially with roller shades w/side channels for complete blackout. I do not know another company that can do this and give you the complete blackout they promise to and I have been through this many times. He answered all my questions honestly and listened to my concerns. If you want knowledge, experience and get you you ask for they are 100% the company to go with.
