I was running late, left in my house shoes, and ran to the office in a panic, all hot and sweaty, and she still made me feel safe and comfortable. She listened, and I felt heard and cared for.As for the office, they are also so kind and attentive. They messaged me with detailed parking information. Who else does that?? They made my life so much easier, and even though I was running behind, having those details ahead of time saved me and them valuable time.Also, they work with a pharmacy, that is really cool! My insurance did not cover one of the facial creams I wanted to try, and my out-of-pocket cost from CVS would have been $600+ and only $50 with their pharmacy!Anyway, I love everything about this office.

Alida Huynh: Tiffany Wang, PA-C provided exceptional care and did such a great job during the entire process of removing my hemangioma birthmark via Derma V. She was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was really nervous about the treatment area being prone to scarring as a person of Asian ethnicity, but she took the time to fully address my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I also appreciate that she took things at a pace where the integrity of my skin would not be compromised. The treatment itself was not painful at all, and each session was very quick. Tiffany was so kind to follow up with me after our sessions to see how I was healing, to ensure that everything was going smoothly, and to answer any questions I may have had. You can tell that she is very passionate about her work and cares about her clients. I have one more treatment to go, but am so happy with the results so far as they have exceeded my expectations. The rest of the clinic staff was also friendly, the facility was modern, clean, and well-maintained. I would 100% go back to Tiffany for other dermatology related treatments and recommend her to all of my friends and family!
Julia Wang: I had such a wonderful experience here with Tiffany Wang as my provider! She made me feel immediately comfortable. I was nervous before the laser treatment and she thoroughly explained how everything will work, and what I should expect. She even went over a few problem areas of redness extra to really target it. The way she used the laser with immediate aftercare made it hurt a lot less than I was used to! I saw great results within a week of my treatment. I will definitely be back to metropolis dtla to schedule with Tiffany!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I completed a few online forms upon arrival and was taken back to a room by the time I was finished. I was seen by the provider within 5 minutes. I felt heard and understood by the provider. She explained everything well to me and came up with a treatment plan within minutes. I set a follow up appointment before leaving and am already on the road to recovery. That office is a well oiled machine! I highly recommend.

All of his staff members are extremely nice and excellent to be around, extremely friendly. I have gotten psoriasis and been going to a different dermatologist for a whole year. I did not get any better. Then I started treatments with Dr. Taheri and started cosentyx immediately. My skin started getting better just after two weeks and continues to improve. After three months, I can’t even see the psoriasis anymore.

Doug Cott: Dr Sean Benham is an absolute saint!!! I was totally bald for forty years and now have a full head of very healthy hair. His staff is wonderful. There was no pain in the transfer only VERY MILD discomfort which was hardly noticeable. Dr Sean followed up daily and was available 24/7 on his personal cell phone. I had two procedures and the first area is totally grown in to almost an inch long after five months! Will share pictures when the just completed second procedure is ready. People can not believe the difference. My wife smiles every time she looks at it. Truly a miracle. Thank you Dr Sean Benham!!!

Andrea M: I was first introduced to Dr. Fitz by a friend of mine who was drop dead gorgeous. I would Never have guessed that she’d had fillers done but she told me that she’d actually had quite a bit done and the secret was that she’d found a good doctor who knew how to keep things natural. I made an appointment with Dr. Fitz and have been a devoted client now for over 5 years. The reason I love her is that not only is her work very natural looking, but I have implicit trust when I’m in her chair. She will be poking and prodding and adding filler in places that aren’t necessarily my trouble areas but I know that when she’s done, I will love the results. It never fails. She can see the bigger picture that we don’t always see. If you have a problem area, she will treat it but also makes sure that she’s not overdoing it, and many times that means treating other areas to keep everything balanced. If you’re looking for a doctor that you can trust to know what’s best, she’s the one. I feel Lucky to have found her because I know there are a lot of doctors out there that won’t take into account how one small change can affect your entire face, which can be disastrous. You won’t have that problem with her. Trust is key, and I have so much trust in her, without fail.

debra stapleton: The location is easy to access and her office is immaculate. The service you receive here is the best in Los Angeles. Dr Rebecca Fitzgerald is very attentive as you address your concerns and gives the best suggestions on how to achieve the most natural results. She is like an artist and you are the canvas, at the end of you visit you are guaranteed to be a beautiful masterpiece. She is the only doctor I trust with my face. Did I mention the views from your room are Beautiful. I wish I could give her 100 stars
ben mandel: Both Dr Jalian and Dr Fitzgerlad are two of the most professional doctors I’ve ever met and true masters in their fields. The clinic is gorgeous, very modern, and has super friendly staff that even remembers my name when they see me. I find both dr Jalian and dr Fitzgerald are very friendly, but more importantly very ethical with procedures they perform or won’t perform that you don’t need, just to make some money. I wouldn’t trust my face or skin to anybody else! 10/10 all around.

I also appreciate that she doesn’t try to force any product on you, but talks you through options and is very candid & transparent all around. Amy Oganyan: Kind, compassionate and incredibly talented. I have never met anyone like her in this industry and rave about her nonstop. Dr. Fitzgerald is all about service and enhancing what you already area born with. The office is clean and the staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. I had an issue on my face with a filler-gone-wrong from another injector. it took just 1 visit for Dr. Fitzgerald to not only correct it but make me feel at ease. I also normally bruise with any type of injection but idk what she does or how she does it...i dont bruise!! She is a true professional, and I love love love her!

Eoas M: One thing I’ve learned about fillers is that getting it safely injected is only 50% of the job. The real skill of the person administering it comes with placing and shaping it to match the contours of your face. It really takes a keen eye and an understanding of what makes a face look “beautiful” to pull it off. I used to go medi-spas to get fillers done and it was always a hit-or-miss experience, which made going in really nerve-wracking. Dr. Fitzgerald was recommended to me one day by a medi-spa clinician of all people because the specific issue on my face that I wanted resolved was too intricate for the staff there. So I went in to see Dr Fitzgerald and the rest is history. I haven’t looked back since. I’ve been going in to see her for about 6 yeas now. Every time I go in to see her, the job she does looks better and better. She spends so much time making sure she places the filler at juuuuust the right place. It’s masterful to be honest. I’ve told her this plenty of times. If u go see her once, you’ll see what I’m talking about. It’s worth it!

Renee Taglia: If you have any skin, face, or body questions/concerns this is the office for you. Best Dermatologist and this is coming from someone who’s not easily pleased. Dr Fitzgarld uses incredible precision and it’s evident in her work. Her attention to detail sets her apart.Dr Ray Jalian practices here as well and his work is impeccable. Pretty office views and the Covid protocols here are on point. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. This office does not disappoint.
