John Madison: First and foremost: Thank you, Ezra!I came into the Downtown LA location when they opened at 11am on Monday, April 22nd and was greeted by one of the staff, Ezra. I spent nearly two hours discovering an amazing array of fragrances with him and ended up walking away with 4 new additions - all falling in different fragrance families.This was such a fantastic experience and Ezra was so knowledgeable of so many different lines they carried and really helped guide me to find what worked for me, and also exposed me to fragrances I would have never thought to put my nose on.I really enjoyed my time spent there and look forward to visiting again next time I'm in Los Angeles.I have always loved ordering from Lucky Scent in the past, and had great experiences with their online presence, but the in-person experience at Scent Bar was elevated and top tier. I highly recommend a visit here if you're on the hunt for a new fragrance...or four!

Tons of samples on the floor and they even gave me a couple samples to take home to decide if I really like them or not. They are not cheap, so its nice that they are not pushy and want to be sure u will be happy! Very friendly and informative staff

I rave about about ya'll to everyone.I try to support small business, mainly, but the customer care that is provided by Scent Bar is what has made me a buyer for LIFE. When I say that Andrea has gone above and beyond to help me, it's an understatement.I'm not sure exactly which location each CS rep works out of so I hope someone sees this and the other LA review I wrote. I found a scent I love and others that I will be revisiting.

D.J. Mausner: Visited this spot twice over the past week with my partner looking for a daily wear scent and had the most incredible experience. All of the employees were lovely, but Dana in particular was so kind and knowledgable. She had an incredible sense of what we might like and was great at describing the notes/stories behind each perfume. We left with samples that we love and will definitely be back to buy more. As a side note, my partner and I are both queer and trans and sometimes dont get great customer service- was 100% not the case here as we were treated unbelievably well. Will be recommending this spot to all of my pals.

Kristen Morris: This is the place to go if you're serious about getting a truly personalized scent. The employees really know perfume and will take time to help you navigate their perfumes to ensure you get a perfume you love! In fact, they'll encourage you to take a sample and wear it a few days so that you can get a true read on how it develops in your skin. You won't be one of those people who walk around smelling like the latest fad. Highly recommend!!

I love supporting small businesses but the attentiveness to customer care is what makes me a return customer! There’s another boutique that rhymes with Misted Bily that I will never buy from again…. Would different size sample offers be good? Absolutely! Some scents are different when anatomized BUT that doesn’t negate from the wonderfulness that is this place!Alex is always a doll to talk to as well! Just as kind and patient! If you want a great authentic range of houses with phenomenal customer service, this is the place for you! ❤️ y’all!

It was a whole other experience visiting the store, even though I always use their online store. Too bad I couldn’t buy anything that day because I had to travel back with no bags, but they didn’t rush or pressure anyone and let everyone enjoy and play with the gems they carry.
F A: One of the best perfume stores. When I first entered and saw the "you have 30 minutes to play" sign, I was amazed. Very high end stuff and it's for those who have a high taste in fragrances. I didn't feel judged for not knowing anything and I was recommended a really good product. It wasn't horribly expensive either which I was really thankful about, I didn't feel like I was being upsold to based on my lack of knowledge.

James Deperalta: Came in looking for shoes. Very well merchandised and maintained but one callout, it felt super warm in there. Like there was no fans or a/c at times I felt like I was dying.Service was great and I was offered refreshments although I declined. Finally found a small section of men's shoes and tried on a few styles. The one I really wanted, a pair of mixed grey low-top cc trainers weren't available in my size instore but Josh made ordering them from another location so simple! Thank you so much! It felt so frictionless and worked out perfectly as I didn't have anymore space in my suitcase. After completing the order I came home post vacation to my shoes delivered perfectly.

Truc Pham: Went there about two weeks as a surprise trip for my mom to buy a purse. The wait for the line was not too long and inside was very clean and had staff that were ready to help you select items. There were a variety of items to choose from ranging from glasses, purses, to sweaters. Ultimately, my mom chose a purse that she was happy with and the staff member that was present during our selection, Angel was very professional and helpful during the selection phase. Overall, I loved the experience here and next time when we return to California, would love to return!
