Our 7,500 sq ft air conditioned facility offers Group Play Daycare for your dog. Play areas are split between small and large dogs, and are supervised by Oh Hello Dog attendants to facilitate healthy social interactions. Each dog goes through a thorough temperament test to check if a group play environment is the right fit. Our goal is to offer your pup a safe environment monitored by dog behavior specialists for an optimum mix of healthy social play, boundaries, and interacting with our staff. Pups will spend their days playing with friends, participating in enrichment activities parents can add to their stays, and nap times while we do a deep clean of their play areas once a day. More rest time is available for pups whose parents would like for there to be additional structure to their days. It’s wonderful when dogs are happy and tired at the end of their days here, but dogs should not be overtired. The daycare program at Oh Hello Dog is for families who are interested in having their dog attend daycare consistently. Consistent daycare is defined as at least 3-4 daycare visits per month. We have found that dogs do best when they’re familiar with our program and are also surrounded by dogs who are equally familiar with the program.
For Group Play Daycare, we ask that pups be at least five months old, fixed, evaluated by us, and vaccinated for Bordetella, DHPP, Rabies, Leptospirosis, and Canine Influenza. Our Group Play Evaluations for new dogs typically book at least 1-2 weeks out so please register your pup as soon as you are interested! For pups who haven’t visited our facility in over six months, we will conduct another evaluation for them to make sure our facility is still a good fit for them.
For Private Suite daycare, we ask that pups be at least five months old, evaluated by us, and vaccinated for Bordetella, DHPP, Rabies, Leptospirosis, and Canine Influenza. Pups do not need to be fixed. Our Private Suite program is currently full and we are no longer taking waitlist requests.

Tricia Wallin: I can't say enough good things about the people at Oh Hello Dog and how much they care. My reactive, scared, and shy puppy began daycare there when he was 8 months old. He had to go through the Transitional Daycare program first, as his evaluation showed that he wasn't ready to be with so many dogs at once. That program was a huge success for him and he's been having fun with his friends there ever since. He literally jumps for joy when he realizes that's where we've arrived and doesn't miss me one bit when I have to board him there for work trips. And most recently he's begun going to Day School there, where he's learned some new skills and has continued to become more and more comfortable in unfamiliar situations. I drive 30 mins out of my way to take him to Oh Hello Dog vs places much more conveniently located and to me, it's worth every minute.

Fabian Raygosa: I took my dog here starting in February. Weekend boarding. Weekend daycares. The day drops our dog enjoys a lot. She goes in happily and comes out almost sad to leave. We recently had a long boarding and my dog had a great time. They have these really cool options like snacks and email updates and cuddles sessions. The sessions are important as they helped my dog be at ease while there. That being said my dog had a great time.Hats off to the staff who go out of there way to take care of our pets. Excellent service!!

Stephanie .A: I am beyond grateful to have came across OHD! My 2 year old pug is very anxious and nervous around other dogs off leash and reactive on leash. When I took her to OHD during her evaluation I was recommended a transition program for Nala and I had never heard of that at any other daycare. She did 8 sessions and on her own felt more confident with other doggies around her. Didn't think she would come around as I had tried many things. I would receive a report card after every session of her progress and pictures once a week. OHD has been a blessing and now when I drop her off for regular daycare I feel at ease she is in great hands. She recently had an overnight and the next morning I received an update on how she did and I was so glad she did great. I highly recommend giving OHD family a try

megan hong: Go Dog LA is, without hesitation, the BEST daycare in LA. We moved to DTLA in 2016 with a dog who has severe separation anxiety that could not be left at home for a prolonged amount of time. We tried multiple daycare in LA, but we were never 100% satisfied. When we finally found Go Dog LA, we never looked anywhere else and stuck with Beth and her team until we moved out of LA.To this day, we make sure we schedule daycare days with Go Dog LA whenever we're back in the city and Gatsby always come back happy and tired. I love how anytime we pick up Gatsby, we get a little report on how his day went and whatever shenanigans he got himself into. Gatsby is full of mischief and it's always fun to hear how his day went. I also love this because you know that they're genuinely spending time with your dog, playing with them, and actually keeping an eye on them.Go Dog LA set a high bar on what we expect from a daycare, and we have yet to find one as amazing as Go Dog LA where we live now.

Beth and her team have always treated my rescue Saluki like he is their own, taking care to get to know his specific needs and always going above and beyond. We’ve tried many places but he is the happiest here and I can relax knowing he is having a blast with people I trust. Not to mention socializing with his friends has brought him out of his shell. The team is excellent and the dogs are also wonderful - I can’t recommend Go Dog more highly.

He has pretty severe separation anxiety, and hence none of the daycares suited him as he hated going to them.But godogla is different, he absolutely loves it there, he gets excited to jump out of the car as soon as I take the exit.I can't recommend them enough, they are extremely patient and helpful with my dog and by far the best daycare in LA
Leah Crews: I recently moved to LA and was a little nervous finding a place to board my 1.5 year old cattle dog in a new city over 4th of July weekend. So grateful to have found Go Dog LA! Everything from drop off to pick up exceeded my expectations. The staff was highly communicative and answered all my questions before the stay and during the "meet and greet". I saw photos of my pup playing and having a great time on their instagram over the weekend and got an honest rundown of how it all went when I picked her up. The rates are more affordable than other daycares I looked at and felt that my dog was genuinely well taken care of and came home happy and tired. We'll definitely be back for more daycare days soon!

Betty Kharrazi: This is hands down the best doggy day care in LA. Don't be fooled by other day care's fancy store fronts and signage. What matters is how your dog is cared for and how much fun and exercise they get. Go Dog LA is a my pups happy place. She literally jumps for joy when we pull up and tries to claw her way into the building. I won't take her anywhere else. That pic is of her giving the place two paws up!

Highly recommend The Pupper Club for dog grooming and doggy daycare! My baby Luna is a regular daycare pup and gets a deshed bath once a month and they’re always so amazing with him! They share images and video of the pups throughout the day, so I always know what he’s up to! Highly professional and I always know he’s safe and happy with them! We use the San Diego club as well and couldn’t be happier.
We love the Pupper Club. Grooming, appointments, customer service.. all amazing! Our male pup (2y1/2) is a beagle/terrier mix and gets feisty when we need to clean his paws. David: Thanks so much for watching Bruce and keeping him safe! It seems like he had a good time and wasn’t as anxious as the last time I picked him up from daycare. My only piece of feedback would be to have some way of sharing a daily pic if someone boards their dog. I know that can be challenging since there’s a lot of dogs to keep track of and that’s the priority but even a simple text would go a long way.

sven: my favorite place to take my dog that i never get to take my dog to because they don’t let you drop off or pickup on weekends unless its for the whole weekend. cant pickup on sunday. cant drop off on saturday. also gotta call ahead for daycare which is sometimes difficult. that said, i love the indoor/outdoor openness, and that the dogs sleep out in the same area they play.
Scott Pactor: We take our dog here to board because he is a little too big to fly. They have a video feed that allows you to watch your dog during normal business hours. There are both indoor and outdoor areas. Our dog has spent up to two weeks there at a time without ill effects and he seems happy to check in. They have requirements for overnight stays, you need a valid dog license and up to date medical stuff to book a spot. They also have day care which we've never tried.

Eco Dog is definitely the best based on how my dog is cared for.My dog Frank is more excited to GO to daycare at Eco Dog and see all his pup and human friends than when I pick him up. Now while this hurt my self-esteem a bit, I was overjoyed that my dog felt safe and was having fun while I worked or went out of town.The staff is incredibly accommodating. I have forgotten food for an overnight stay, ran late picking Frank up, and forgotten a credit card when I was out of boardings. They never made an issue out of any of my mistakes as their main concern is the care of my dog.The staff is also great with Frank. He is a little rescue pug and can be a bit of a handful, but everyone there cares for him, which makes me so comfortable leaving him there.To address others’ comments regarding the smell, I will echo what another reviewer said. You enter right into where the dogs are kept. I am sure those other daycares do not smell great where clients are generally not allowed. And you are dealing with DOGS. I, for one, appreciate my dog being able to curl up on a bunch of couches instead of some hard plastic play sets.Thank you, Eco Dog. Frank and I will be long time customers.
Ethan Smart: , so your pup isn’t whisked away to some hidden room to be treated who-knows-how.Most importantly though, this place is a true, old-fashioned, neighborhood business — they don’t gouge you here. Running late and don’t make it quite by closing time? All good — door is open for you. Realize you forgot your credit card when it comes time to pay? They know you’re good for it and will take care of next visit. That some daycares around here charge $60 or more a day to let your dog hang out for a little bit is criminal. The 20-day package that goes for $500 and some change is one of the best deals in town.Eco is like a great public school. You can send your kid to the fancy private school where they will be seen as a dollar amount to fund the pickle-ball court renovations and celebrity cafeteria chef. Or you can send them to their local public school, where they will get everything they need and nothing they don’t.

Alicia Falken: I had a new rescue that I adopted 7 weeks ago but have some work and personal travel here and there. Puparazzi was amazing at putting my mind at ease and taking great care of our sweet new dog that is going through a transition. We had a prescription mix up with the pharmacy and they handled it all at a time when I was unreachable via phone. What an incredible team!They gave our dog lots of love and attention and I felt that she was very safe and well cared for. I loved the cameras to check in on her as well

Zori Santiago: Our pup loves it there. She doesn’t look back when I drop her off and is always excited. Even leaving from there takes time. She needs to go around and get pets on the way out from all the staff that is around the reception. Staff is always friendly and polite and gives her a lot of attention and pets throughout the day. One recommendation will be to get the pups more involved like some other day care - pool parties or some activities. We are happy with the daycare and have been going there for two years.

The first time we walked through the door, he was hesitant and a bit scared but, after his first day of daycare, he now rushes through the door, clearly enjoying it. The folks that work at The Wags Club clearly care about the dogs and I feel good about him spending the day there. When I pick him up, he's happy and tired from all the playing.

Our Frenchie absolutely loved her time at Wags and we always trusted the team with her. Now we send our shi tzu mix to play and stay overnight and he comes home happy and tired. Kyle Ellis: We love it here and so does our dog Melvin! He is always excited when we pull up to the front door and leaves wagging his tail and jumping around with excitement. They have an early morning drop off which is very helpful for us as I leave for work at 5:30 every morning. They post a ton of photos and videos to their socials so it's always fun to see our dog playing with the other dogs. All of the workers are super helpful and always very nice. After about 2 times bringing Melvin there, all of them remembered his name and he was excited to greet them. Their pricing is also very fair for the early drop off, half day and full day. Can't recommend this place enough!

T: My very large and very energetic puppy has been coming here for Daycare, Boarding and Grooming for the past year and it's been nothing but a positive experience each time.The staff is always considerate, he's happy to see them and as a nervous pet owner I feel safe with him in their hands. Setting up an appointment is easy online with add-ons and extra care options available, and they are fast to respond to questions.
Leanne Hoppers: Our shy husky has been going to Paw La La for boarding as needed for a few years now, and we are very happy with the care they provide for her. They have gone above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable, especially the manager Dawn. Our dog started out very shy and reserved, but they were patient with her and now she loves to play and socialize with other dogs. We like that it’s a smaller facility to allow for more personal care. Very grateful!

Claudia Bueno: I've been bringing my dog here to daycare for about two years and most recently for grooming as well. To put it simply, the owner and the staff are absolutely lovely human beings. My interactions with the owner have always been pleasant and I love talking to staff when I pick up my dog, because they always deal with me when I ask how my dog did that day. When they talk about my dog it's obvious that they've gotten to know her and genuinely care. They point out personality traits that I thought only I had noticed about my dog. That's honestly all I can ask for when entrusting them with my fur child. I don't let anyone watch my dog aside from my parents and now Dr. Specks Daycare & Grooming! I HIGHLY recommend them for both daycare & grooming.

Vivian Lau: I love this place so much. They did such a wonderful job grooming my cockapoo puppy who is very young. They took their time with her and made sure she was comfortable the whole time, I know this because they took longer than the average haircut and they said that is to be expected when acclimating a young puppy to their first professional groom. My puppy looked SO stylish for months after her cut from Mr. Speck’s! Really reasonable prices considering they’re in Beverly Hills. It’s out of my way to go here but I don’t want to go to any other groomer’s now, they’re so good here.

Michael Nolhan: April 2023 - UpdateSomeone commented on not getting daily report cards or photos. Somewhat true, but not entirely relevant to the quality of service. I couldn’t say much as it wasn’t until more recently that I was able to use the services here. With that said I do get photos, unexpected times as well, but not everyday, and that is perfectly fine. I don’t need to have a daily photo, and would rather know that the dogs are getting attention rather than having someone just taking photos and not actually interacting with them.Additionally I’m not even in a position to be checking my phone in some instances. I have received a weekly report card. I have yet to log in online and see what is there. It’s very clear that there are efforts made for everyone to get to know the dogs as they all are recognized from a distance when they are walking in, and the drop off as well as pickup is quick.——————Great service, you can tell they care a lot about the dogs as well as the well-being of the employees working there. Annoying that it isn’t open on Sunday, but also does allow everyone working there a day free. Loss of star is because it is extraordinarily difficult to contact this place. I absolutely cannot stand business that avoid talking to their customers and force them through some chat or text. A bit unprofessionally, but more so highly inefficient.______To the response: this does make sense given the noise of the dogs in the background. Thank you for clarifying. I guess the issue is that typically the time I have my phone I am unable to text, and it also feels like a wall to communications. Maybe even a have a way to leave a question that is transcribed to your team and they send a text response. That is fine. Other times it’s a matter of spending 10 minutes in back and forth text in what could be 2 minutes call. Sunday thing is understandable, as are shorter weekend hours. Annoying, but I’m all for balanced work schedules.
