Zenia Gonzalez: It has been a rollercoaster trying to find the right family for the past months. Families phantom candidates, and its hard for the placement agencies to work that way. Claudia Khan helped me about 20 years ago with my second job as a Nanny when I first landed in USA, they are an amazing family that I still visit and have contact with. I believe the quality of families as well as the quality of candidates has tremendously change and has affected the market. The Help co. placed me again last year for three months with a family that decided to take a vacation to Europe and leave me hanging in the dark. Unfortunately the agency didn't got paid for my placement. After several months of trying to re-placed me on a new job , they made the decision to drop me off of their candidate list. Even with that unreasonable approach I am still grateful for their time and efforts. That is way I would honor them with a 5 star review. Thanks for everything The Help Co. Ladies you rock!
Melissa Salcedo: I’ve been working with Michele at The Help for a while now. She really listened to me and the type of family I was looking for. She considered my commute, how the parents communicated with her and really just advocated for me. I am so appreciative of her! Most of the other local agencies only advocate for the families bc they want their fee. Michele has your back and really fights to get you pay you deserve and a schedule that won’t let you burn out.
