Catheerine H. Kathy: I recently stayed at the Sunset West Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel is located near the TCL Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, making it a great choice for tourists looking to explore the city. The room I stayed in was a King Room, which was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and a small kitchenette. However, the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some updates. The hotel's staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. However, I was charged an additional $75 for arriving early, which I thought was a bit excessive. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant called Kitchen 24, which serves delicious food and drinks 24/7. The hotel also offers an on-site Starbucks, which was a nice perk. Overall, the Sunset West Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western is a decent choice for tourists looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in West Hollywood. However, there are some areas that could be improved, such as the bathroom and the early check-in fee.Rooms: The room I stayed in was a King Room, which was spacious and clean.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here were really delicious and authentic in taste.

Sonja Foots: The theme of the hotel really got me staying in different old time movie stars names rooms what a cute gimmick it worked, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable the outside was as clean as the inside will stay here again most definitely 👌 😀Rooms: Clean comfortable and roomy great priceNearby activities: Walking distance of Hollywood boulevard had a great hike there with the kids so excitingSafety: We walking at night no one bother us we walk up and down Hollywood boulevard and sunset no problems we were safe even at night
Rick Craft: Overall it was really decent hotel for the price. And you don't have to pay for parking like many other hotels in town. Free breakfast in the morning is a huge bonus. Super convenient location close to Hollywood Blvd and and other restaurants. Grocery store right across the street was helpful. Really enjoyed sitting by the pool every night. Only negatives are the rooms are small but very clean. And there are lots of homeless people wondering around sometimes through the courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip.

Despite our Airbnb in Beverly Hills, we found ourselves drawn to the hotel's elegant rooms and inviting ambiance. While our time was short, the experience was nothing short of welcoming and luxurious, providing a delightful retreat from our adventures across LA.
Ashley Thomas: The only reason this hotel gets 4 stars is because of the food and the hotel staff…the rooms themselves are 2/3 stars. But the food- omg delicious!For breakfast I had the mushroom omelette, bacon, and sourdough toast…the toast I could have done without, but the omelette was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. For a late dinner I had the mini burger + fries and it was the perfect serving size and cooked to perfection - 10/10!The hotel is walking distance to the mall, so I loved the location as well.

Joel N: Front desk guy was very kind to upgrade me to a suite. I’m a gold elite member and normally I need to ask this, I didn’t even ask it and he did it, so that was a surprise. I found the staff friendly. The design I found a little strange, with mirrors pretty much everywhere. The foyer seemed to be lacking energy, but overall good experience.

Jayden Burke: two nights It took longer than we planned. The first night we had a leaking air conditioner, but the bed was great. I told the front desk about the air conditioner and put it in the new room. The new room was perfect and very quick to help.The service was great.Had breakfast there and it was perfect. I didn't eat dinner, but I wanted to. The location is in a very good location. I cannot recommend this place enough.
