Albhe Jk.: Miss home? They have loads of goodies to fill your cupboards, like Taytos and Irish bacon and jam, and anything else that reminds you of Ireland/UK. From Hobnobs to Jaffa Cakes, Odlum’s bread mixes to fresh sausages, Yorkshire tea to Yorkie bars, there are many good choices to be had.

Sadly these memories are almost impossible to recreate once you're back home as many products are very hard to locate outside the U.K.. Except they're not! Get yourself right on down to The British Connection! From Branston Pickle to Violet Crumble to Hob Nobs to Maynards Liquorice Allsorts to Sticky Toffee - it's all there! You won't break the bank, and the folks are super nice. Tell them Don send you!

We love the selection of jams, sweets (crunchie bars, fruit pastilles, frozen items, and many more.. also knowing that what they sell is fresh is a plus. I also have to add that we love getting our Christmas and Easter treats here as well. Who can resist mince pies, stocking filled with goodies for the kiddos, or kids at heart for Christmas morning - and fab chocolate Easter eggs. The staff are very inviting. I would highly recommend the British Connection.

Ms Fullerton Real Estate Yulree Chun Tio: This quaint shop, hidden away in a little courtyard, is a specialty store selling all things British. They sell tea, biscuits, sweets, condiments, canned goods, and other trinkets associated to British culture.I personally love pursuing the chocolates and candies. They are a bit expensive for what it is but it's a nice treat to have once in a while.

Barbara Stone: in the tearoom. There were 3 other large parties there and the noise was horrible. We finally asked to be moved to a table outside this room. Once that happened, we could enjoy the experience and actually carry on a conversation. There were many choices of delicious tea. I definitely would go back, but not on a crowded Saturday.Vegetarian options: We were given the option of a vegetarian tray, which I chose. Delicious.

As a good writer and home cook/baker, I love a good kitchen supply store and Surfas was simply overwhelming in scope and product—so much for the professional food service and many items that are hard to find for bakers, cake makers, just so many tools. Not to mention an entire refrigerator case dedicated to butter. Came home with lots of fun ingredients and tools!
