I simply do not have the time to do all the work. I heard you have to do engineering and then shop around for construction bids. Then deal with all the unanticipated construction issues and tenant hassles that go with any project. Seismic retrofitting seemed so complex with the other companies. When I found Quake Strong the whole process was easy.I was very impressed by their professional and respectful service. I was also happy to hear that they had been in construction for over 40 years, and have been doing seismic retrofitting since the city passed the seismic retrofitting ordinance. With construction, experience matters, and with dealing with tenants skilled communication is a must!The price included absolutely everything to put my building into compliance. This included engineering, construction, cost recovery, and also facilitating my tenants through the process. They took all the phone calls from tenants. Lawrence Libuser: Edwardo and Anselmo arrived about two minutes before their scheduled time, ready to rumble. We did a walk- through of the property so they could get an idea of how to attack the gutters. They spent about 3 hours, very busy the whole time. Afterwards Eduardo showed me several defective segments of the gutters that would warrant minor repairs. He explained everything so well. He also showed me several videos he took during the cleaning process that clearly showed that we needed the gutters cleaned. He showed before and after pictures and videos that dramatically and clearly showed the good work they did . He also placed several sheet metal screws in a couple of down spouts to better secure the ground level segments to the upper segments. to prevent them from falling off. .Overall they did a superior job. We could not have been happier. And by the way, the fee charged was very reasonable and within their estimate. .Thank you Rebecca for sending Edwardo and Anselmo and for confirming thei scheduled appointment the day before. Overall Rayaccess is a first class , well run company.

He didn't miss a single spot and even cleaned up all the mess around, making everything look neat. Honestly, this page doesn't have enough stars to show how awesome his work is. Chris: I reached out to RayAccess to track down a persistent building leak I had been unsuccessful in finding or correcting for several years. Eduardo came out and inspected the building and identified several locations that contributed to water intrusion. He followed up with a phone call and photos to help explain what he found and what he recommended be done to make the building watertight - all of which made sense. We had a little hiccup in the scheduling, but putting that aside, I am very satisfied with the inspection and recommendations.
