One of the thing I really appreciated was Dr Bayrak responding to emails when I had concerns or questions I forgot to ask in an appointment. His replies were punctual, easy to understand. I mainly worked with Dr. Bendikson and Victoria the nurse and they were both wonderful: they kept me on track, were invested in my success and are clearly compassionate about the work they do.

The Stranges: We came to PFCLA after a difficult and unsuccessful experience at a clinic in our hometown. We matched with Dr. Chavkin for our reciprocal IVF Journey— Dr. Chavkin and her nurse Stephanie have been nothing but wonderful and supportive of us throughout this process. They both were nothing short of fantastic, understanding, patient and helpful. They provided individualized care and instruction for our specific needs. Dr. Chavkin has a directness about her that we truly appreciated as we navigated our egg retrieval, my fluctuating thyroid level and a successful, beautiful, frozen embryo transfer. Regardless, the process went well and Dr. Sahakian was fast and efficient at his job. We didn’t see him much but thanks to PFCLA my wife and I now have a beautiful daughter.

Lyna Hoc: It’s pretty amazing that Dr. Landay knocked up a 41 year old within 6 months on her first try!I consulted with other RE’s that wouldn’t even consider me because of my age but Dr. Landay immediately put me on her special protocol to improve my egg quality and it worked! My 1st cycle I was able to get 1 euploid and my 2nd cycle I got 3 normal embryos!!!Dr. Landay is the only doctor that hasn’t dismissed my deep pelvic pain and could tell something was off during my ultrasounds. In between cycles she ordered an MRI and it confirmed that I have widespread diffused adenomyosis. Sally Henley: Dr Kim is the most empathetic, patient and understanding fertility doctor. If you want good bedside manner this is the place to be. Not only was that important for me so was his knowledge on inferiority. Since he personally has been down this road he understood the hardship and emotional toll this has on his patients. He is considerate of your needs and for me financially it was a big deal being a single mom by choice. He is very strategic on his approach, and wont “just try” and waste your money. He is honest and forthcoming about what is best for each situation. There are many fertility doctors in Los Angeles and I’ve been to two different clinics. The staff and Dr Kim are by far the best clinic in town. He is so experienced and knowledgeable that I feel so lucky to have been able to work with him. After several try’s I’m finally having my first baby by embryo Transfer July 2022. I am so grateful for him and his team to help being my dreams to fruition.
