Daryl Masuda: I like to buy my paper products at Costco, as well as other commonly used items. I especially appreciate their sales, which usually offer great deals. On this trip I had my cart piled high with items. At checkout cashier Evelyn M. scanned the items in the cart. She then looked at what was on the belt. Took a few seconds to rearrange the items in the cart, and started scanning the rest of my items. She was done in a flash, and all my items were neatly placed in the cart. She was just doing her job. But, she was doing it quickly and efficiently.

Gail Fellows-DeGrace: Service! Lots of cashiers ! Employees who know where things are and understand what you need for your small or large jobs. A person greets you at the door to direct you , which in itself was amazing, the store has a large paved parking lot that is safe and Clean, one person specializes in cutting and creating keys and advising with locks etc. This is just like an old school hardware store with so many departments , it was an absolute pleasure to shop there.

My mom fell in love with a large plant pot in the store during a trip to LA -- I thought it'd be cool to have it shipped to her for Christmas.
