Crystal Weston: I googled this very-close-to-my-house space in search of pigs feet and oxtails to take to family, per their request. There was a slight line because it was just before Christmas, but once waited on, the butcher was helpful. The butcher shared that he cut the oxtails fresh daily. Mommy confirmed that the quality of what I brought her was top-notch, with no additional paring down of the oxtail fat being necessary, since they had been perfectly cut and trimmed.I was also asked by the butcher exactly how I wanted the pigs feet cut. Top shelf service, top shelf product.
