Jen helped me by not only seeming to stay past her shift, but also took me into an open dressing room with several dresses she helped pick out. They didn’t have what I needed in store, but she made sure I found the size I needed and I ended up ordering online. I definitely had a great experience and was made to feel special.

It felt like I was bridal shopping with an extra friend, and as someone who's been to some other bridal shops this was an above and beyond experience for me. Oh and, the dresses are BEAUTIFUL, high quality and relatively affordable. Production + shipping time is definitely way faster than most shops.I haven't decided on a dress yet but it's in my top 3. I didn’t have much time, so the friendly women in the front, who were very knowledgeable about stock and body types, helped me sift through the large inventory they had by going through styles on the computer screen. This was much better to me than going through racks and racks of dresses. And, they brought me the styles I chose in my size and I was able to quickly try on the dresses I initially liked. They were very responsive on WhatsApp, about any questions I had, and were able to help me find a great piece. I really appreciated their customer service and professionalism. I also went to Noel across the street, but ended up getting my dress here- much better service and stock in my opinion.

They were accommodating for handicap, have an elevator to go to the multiple floors, large fitting rooms, an entire room for petites, a room for plus, and even a room for clearance. I cannot say this for other Anthropologie location and that is disappointing. This location, however, is exceptional and deserving of awards.

Although they were booked and only had available appointments the following week, they made arrangements for me to be seen the day after I called to book my appointment. You can tell from the moment you meet him how much joy and love he has for his craft. He had already pulled a few of my favorite dresses I had seen online as well as a couple others he thought I would like. Anthony also let me pick out any other ones that caught my eye, Before we tried on the dresses, he asked if I was comfortable with him coming inside the dressing room. I appreciated that, especially since I am a shy person. I decided to have him come inside because it made getting into the dresses so much easier and I was able to try on more dresses! His down to earth personality made me feel so comfortable! I felt glamorous and beautiful trying on every single dress! The superb quality, beauty, attention to detail, perfect fit, and luxurious feel of the Galia Lahav dresses is unmatched. Every single dress is breathtaking. You will immediately know the difference as soon as you try one on.I had gone to about 4 or 5 shops prior to my appointment and kept searching for that "bride" feeling or knowing that the dress I was trying on was the "one." I wasn't sure how I would know. At a couple lovely previous shops, I had narrowed it down to my top dresses that were all beautiful choices. For some reason, I wasn't ready to say "yes" yet to those dresses in the moment. I had made some appointments to return and try on those dresses again. I also am a very emotional person and had not cried in any of the dresses I tried on. I thought perhaps that the classic crying moment just wouldn't happen to me and I had come to terms with that. We tried on several incredible dresses with Anthony and he was excellent at guiding me on what I liked or didn't like about each of them so it would strategically influence the next one I tried on. He asked all of the right questions. My sister is also a very brutally honest and tough critic and he got her laughing and having a great time too. He listened to her but also advocated for me.My dream dress was the last one I tried on! I'm so happy I tried it on! It was a bit different from the other ones we were trying and I think that Anthony had a feeling that it would be the one and was saving it for last. It was just perfect! I had a screenshot of the Fabiana gown in my phone for over a year when I made my appointment to try on wedding dresses. I did make an appointment at one other dress store before heading over to Galia, but no luck.When I arrived at the flagship store in LA I was first greeted by Desiree, who was extremely helpful and patient, especially when it came to the opinions of my family. I showed her the screenshot of the Fabiana dress and she directed me to the dressing room. At first, I wasn’t entirely certain about Fabiana and tried on a few other dresses. At the very end I decided I would try her on one more time, and that’s when I knew she was the one.At my first dress fitting I met Pat, whom I immediately loved. She turned the dress of my dreams into the dress of my reality. She eased my nerves and assured me that the dress fitting process was indeed a process, and while the dress was made with my measurements, there was still work at hand to make it fit perfectly. She also designed my wedding cape/shawl, which I wore to the church ceremony over my gown. By the second fitting, she had made all changes that we spoke about, which included changing/adding material to the dress neckline, hemming the bottom, and adding a bustle.
