Thomas Stelmach: A huge selection of hats, however the best thing is the saleswoman that helped us. Itโs more difficult than I thought to find a hat that is the perfect look. Without the saleswoman we would have been lost. She was extremely patient and very professional.

She is truly an authority on hats; more importantly, however, her people skills are terrific. She painstakingly helped me pick out a size that would be just right. Retail stores need more professionals like Claudia Tuesday. She took time and pride in what she was selling us. Her amiable personality, sense of humor and knowledge are rarities these days. I briefly met the proprietor as well and found him to be personable and helpful. I would recommend this haberdashery for anyone looking specifically for hats.

Romans Pancs: The cowboy hat that I have ordered is a piece of art. Mark took measurements and suggested a couple of alterations to the original hat in order to fit my head and body shapes. His suggestions were spot-on. Even though I have not had further meetings with Mark for fitting and adjustments, the hat fit perfectly right out of the box when it arrived within the promised time interval. Both the quality of the materials and the craftsmanship are exceptional.Throughout the entire process, I have been in communication with Sonia. She was quick to respond, competent, and always patient.Now I cannot imagine ordering my hats from anyone else.
Eric Oxford: Admittedly, the new location downtown is a little more of pain to get to than the former Burbank one, but the setup is nicer and they seem to have a bigger and better workshop. Awesome staff, they have always been very friendly and will show behind the scenes if you ask. I came in with a design, we worked out the logistics, and they made it exactly to spec. Great hats with lifetime service. If you want a seriously good custom hat, made bespoke and fitted to you, this is the place.
