I’ve gotten my results anywhere from 8 to 24 hours after getting tested at very fair prices for that kind of service. I don’t even live in Los Angeles. I live in Kansas City, Missouri but I come to Los Angeles to fly to my global destinations first to ensure that I can get tested here because of the reliability. Twice in the past six months I have traveled internationally and needed to produce a negative PCR test within 48 hours of arrival. This is hard to do with long flights. Kevin Break: I arrived a couple minutes early to see about parking; I did have to go around the block but then I saw a place in the lot.The lot isn't great, yes it looks really run down.Inside is much brighter, cleaner, newer looking.There was no rude receptionist, instead you check in with an app and wait.I was out in ten minutes and the tech lady was perfect and fast!I didn't have a bad time like other reviewers, but I see in the future I might have to park far away.

Flora Dixon: Dr Hirani and her staff are a blessing in my family's lives. My son was sickly, not eating, very thin, major food/chemical sensitivities, little to no speech and low muscle tone. After running extensive testing Dr Hirani gave us a medical plan to follow. Within days I witnessed my child gain strength, focus and his overall health improved. He's has been with this clinic for about 5 yrs and I give credit to the doctor and nurse Toby for saving my child's life. Tilley Fine: I searched LA for months to find a practitioner that performs neural therapy. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Hirani, a holistic and functional medicine physician in Culver City. I have had 4 neural therapy sessions with her and the changes in me are substantial! I feel like a fog has lifted, I wake up early now and am wide awake, instead of lying in bed until the absolute last minute. I am not a lover of exercise but found the energy to work out in the afternoon which I have never done before! I have way more energy now and my scars have practically disappeared.Dr. Hirani also performs the Frankenhauser injections which is rare and these injections are so necessary for everyone but especially for woman who have had kids or menopause. They reset your body to function the way it’s supposed to. After the injections, I realized that I was somewhat depressed but now I have a positive outlook and a stronger libido.As part of her neural therapy sessions Dr Hirani provides neural chakra therapy which combines ayurvedic tequiniques and meditation. She basically injects all of the chakras and opens them up during meditation. It’s a unique experience that stabilizes your energy and your chakras which affects how your body and mind functions. I feel like a new person and I lost 5 pounds without even changing anything! I highly recommend neural therapy!Dr. Hirani’s office is warm and energizing with any many crystals to stabilize and promote healing. Nurse Toby is amazing, as are the front desk team. I cannot recommend Dr Hirani and her team enough!

Karima Hirani, MD and her medical staff gave me an world class level of care. She used proper medical tools & technology and prescribe just the right over the counter prescription drugs to treat my skin as well that was infected with a fungus. As a young Man I never really liked the doctor visits due to poor care and a lack of empathy. For many of my experiences it was cold and robotic. With Karima it was warm and you felt like you was at home with your Mother and Family. They was extremely professional, quick, and attentive to detail. Dr. Hirani also has an application and website I can use to make future visit and scheduling appointments at ease. I love it there and excited to go back. Dr. Hirani is also a social activist and does great work with feeding the homeless and people in need as the lead organizer at ICSC Food Pantry where she maintains that same level of care. How she does it? I don't know. I would call her Wonder Women but for me she was a major Blessing. Thank you Dr. Karima Hirani I don't know how my back would feel and skin would look with out you. I highly recommend her to any one in medical needs.

I have had physical therapy and bone marrow transplantation in an attempt to help relieve the issues. She took the time to listen to my concerns and perform a detailed physical exam. I was amazed to see how neural therapy and ozone treatments helped relieve the pain nearly instantaneously. No concerns for addiction or invasive treatments. Rahma Jallow: When I first came to Dr Hirani’s office I was a little skeptical, and was in so much pain that I could barely walk. I was having sickle cell attacks every few months and was in really bad shape. I was diagnosed with many things and had zero energy to do anything.
