We struggled to find a knowledgeable supplier that didn’t just try and sell us but someone that could explain the choices and help us make good decisions. After getting the runaround from a number of other suppliers, we were referred to Westside Door and we could not be happier with both their guidance and service. Replacement windows or new construction? Casement, sliders, awnings? Wood, vinyl or clad? Grids or no grid? Removable or roll up screens? Marvin, Lincoln, Milgard, others? The choices were overwhelming at first but Robert took the time to walk us through all of the manufactures with their pros and cons. Once we settled on Lincoln he helped us understand and choose all of the options. In the end, Robert and Westside were a great choice for us and we are very pleased with the entire buying experience.
Zee Rem: So I am going to give them max stars for the following reasons. They absolutely try to do their best under all the circumstances they are under. If you communicate and have your plan in place everything should go smoothly. There are so many people that are in touch with your order that stuff will get a little disorganized. Their intentions are to do their best. The delivery folks are also doing great job.

Sagiv was very knowledgable regarding the kind of Milgard door that would match my Milgard windows, and was very clear regarding certain decisions I had to make regarding the door. He ordered the door, which arrived earlier than expected, and sent his crew over to install the door shortly thereafter. The installation crew was very efficient, very kind and very clean. As I've been slowly remodeling my home, Sagiv and his team at Lion Windows have been a bright shining star! I never felt like they were just trying to get the sale done -- I told Sagiv my goals, he told me whats I needed, never tried to upsell anything, gave me a fair price, was super helpful and patient with me. He even came back out to fix a window they'd installed perfectly but had to be re-sealed after I replaced my countertops - within a day of request. They are truly amazing.
