John Hod: A HUGE thank you to Daniel Cervantes, a Mini-Cooper Parts Specialist, who absolutely knows all the ins and outs of Mini Coopers! I came in today to look for a radiator hose for my daughter’s 2012 Mini, and Daniel was able to quickly find the right hose, give me all the needed information as to installation, and sold me the hose for a very reasonable price! I am definitely recommending this place for all your Mini Cooper parts and service needs, and my daughter will now have an extremely knowledgeable team to service her vehicle!

At one point, I had to go to the Parts area where I met Daniel, who was exceptionally helpful and kind. I was very impressed by their professionalism and expertise. I would like to express my gratitude to all of them for their enormous help yesterday.
Sam Lee: Had inquired about MINI at 10am and picked up a car at 3pm. We had a trade-in and Irak Garcia was our sales person who helped us and went out of his way to meet our needs. Although paperwork process was bit longer than we expected, the experience was easy, hassle free, respectful and pretty great! It wasn't what I expected from a car dealer but they pulled it off and made it into a great experience! One thing to note though, this dealer is not really in Downtown LA but closer to Vernon, just FYI.

From the first inquiry online to taking possession this past weekend, the service and communication were exceptional.We initially were going to purchase a 4 door Cooper, but changed our mind and chose a 2024 Clubman to replace our 2010 Clubman. Inventory nationwide is limited on Clubman's, but Mini if DTLA happened to have one that caught our eye. After seeing it in person, and a quick test drive, we knew it had to be ours.Paperwork was completed Saturday evening, and we picked it up on Sunday. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our Clubman adorned with a big red bow.Thank you to Collin, and everyone at Mini of Downtown Los Angeles for a wonderful buying experience.
