Freehand Los Angeles: what do users think?

Naveen Allin: This place was amazing. Will definitely come back. Affordable. Has a "vibe". I found the shared rooms to be clean and comfortable. The customer service was kind and efficient. The downstairs coffee and breakfast was amazing. The lobby was relaxing, spacious, cozy, and classy. The evening live music was intriguing. The Saturday house music pool party on the roof was mind blowing with the LA skyline around me. It felt like a new discovery was waiting for me every time I returned to the hostel.THEN!John and the security team very kindly mailed me an item I left there with ease and understanding. 10/10.

Wilford Karsten: There were many amenities in the hotel itself with a restaurant, coffee shop, bar, and a rooftop bar with a pool! It can be a little loud at night if you’re on the street side but, you are in a major city after all.

Chit Min Swe Tin: I had a good experience staying there. Especially because I had a very ethical roommates and helpful staffs. The room and the bathroom was very clean. Good quality mattress. Nice view on the rooftop. My only issue was that all electrical outlets in the room were loose and they didn’t charge my devices properly. Other than that, very good experience!

Arul Arul: Highly recommend it thanks

The Hollywood Roosevelt: what do users think?

Sara Roger: Staying at the iconic Hollywood Roosevelt during the TCM film festival was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped into the grand lobby, we were transported to the golden age of Hollywood. The location couldn't have been more perfect for festival attendees, with theaters and event venues just steps away. The accommodations were luxurious and meticulously maintained, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and old-world charm. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the décor, which perfectly captured the glamour of Hollywood's heyday.Dining at the hotel was an absolute delight! The variety of culinary offerings exceeded our expectations, with each meal surpassing the last. Whether indulging in a decadent breakfast at The Tropicana Café or savoring a gourmet dinner at The Shirley Brasserie, every bite was a culinary masterpiece. The staff at the Hollywood Roosevelt went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set them apart. From recommending the best local attractions to accommodating our every request, their hospitality was unmatched.Overall, our experience at the Hollywood Roosevelt was nothing short of magical. We left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and already planning our next visit. Five stars doesn't do justice to the exceptional experience we had. Thank you, Hollywood Roosevelt, for an unforgettable stay!

Jayden Burke: two nights It took longer than we planned. The first night we had a leaking air conditioner, but the bed was great. I told the front desk about the air conditioner and put it in the new room. The new room was perfect and very quick to help. The service was great.Had breakfast there and it was perfect. I didn't eat dinner, but I wanted to. The location is in a very good location. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Richard Horan: , we had decent space for our family of three. There are garages nearby if you don't want to pay the high rate for on-site parking. For the rate we paid, I would definitely stay here again.

SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills: what do users think?

Isaiah Herrero: Nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, the SLS Hotel at La Cienega offered a brief yet memorable stay during our exploration of the city. Despite our Airbnb in Beverly Hills, we found ourselves drawn to the hotel's elegant rooms and inviting ambiance. While our time was short, the experience was nothing short of welcoming and luxurious, providing a delightful retreat from our adventures across LA.

Ashley Thomas: The only reason this hotel gets 4 stars is because of the food and the hotel staff…the rooms themselves are 2/3 stars. But the food- omg delicious! For breakfast I had the mushroom omelette, bacon, and sourdough toast…the toast I could have done without, but the omelette was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. For a late dinner I had the mini burger + fries and it was the perfect serving size and cooked to perfection - 10/10!The hotel is walking distance to the mall, so I loved the location as well.

Tom Shearer: , and Yori were so pleasant and made sure our stay was truly relaxing. We'll be back for sure. Thank you again!!!Rooms: Rooms a large and quaint.Food & drinks: Best food I've ever had at a hotel in many years.

Joel N: Front desk guy was very kind to upgrade me to a suite. I’m a gold elite member and normally I need to ask this, I didn’t even ask it and he did it, so that was a surprise. I found the staff friendly. The design I found a little strange, with mirrors pretty much everywhere. The foyer seemed to be lacking energy, but overall good experience.

Magic Castle Hotel: what do users think?

Tammy Robles: Our hotel stay was wonderful. We were visiting from NJ and heading Universal. Not the newest hotel but the experience and amenities were excellent. Heated pool, big rooms to accommodate a larger family, unlimited snacks, continental breakfast. The staff went above and beyond. Our kids loved the popsicle hotline. Excellent. We highly recommend.

John R: The hotel was very clean, family friendly, and very accommodating. The staff really made the experience amazing. Kudos to Kevin at the front desk for going the extra mile for guests and setting the time for an incredible experience. He set the tone for the level of quality and service that was provided the entire stay and is a stand out asset to the organization.

Arthur Wron: This hotel is OLD. You can tell driving by and walking in.That being said, the rooms are still nice and clean, the unlimited free snacks and drinks are fantastic, and room fees are reasonable. Not to mention, a room can get you free admission to the Magic Castle next door, which is such an amazing experience in itself. We tried booking to get the free 200$ dining credit, but you have to book a special room in order to get it.We booked and called over the phone to make sure if we did it correctly, and we were told that we were fine and had nothing to worry about. Sadly, when we arrived, we were told we couldn't get the credit, but at least they comped our parking. Definitely needs to be a bit clearer and have better confirmation on their part for this promotion, but it was still a pleasant experience

a rose: it’s also literally up the street from the walk of fame with all the stars on the sidewalk, a few tour companies, the Chinese theater, Ripleys, Madame Tussaud’s, and lots of street vendors- I felt safe walking there in the day time! Breakfast was ok, but everything else was phenomenal!

Devlin Fenton: I only visited for an evening event and was blown away by the charm, the culture and the historic relevance of this truly stunning location. I only hope I get another opportunity to visit.

Dan Baldwin: An incredible hotel right near Hollywood Blvd. Our family of 7 stayed with The Magic Castle Hotel for 5 days and could not have been happier. As described in their own marketing, the hotel is not a luxury retreat but the rooms are certainly well equipped and comfortable to sleep and stay in.Where they are exceptional is the service. From check in to check out, there was nothing too hard or too much trouble for the team.A huge shout out to Nick and Darren who we are big fans of. They embodied customer service excellence and made sure all 7 of us were well looked after. The kids loved the popsicle hotline, 24/7 pool, free all you can eat soft serve machine and soft drink dispenser and the never ending free snack pantry at the front desk.If you want a great place to sleep and relax while exploring all that West Hollywood and the wider LA districts have to offer, have kids that love free flow drinks, soft serve and snack, and want to swim 24/7, The Magic Castle Hotel needs to be at the top of your list.Rooms: Comfortable beds and kitchen facilitiesNearby activities: Close to all West Hollywood has to offer including Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre and shopping district.Safety: Easily accessible and close to main shopping district. Rooms are safe and the hotel locks front entry at nightWalkability: Close to Hollywood Blvd and the rest of West HollywoodFood & drinks: Free flow soft serve, soft drinks and snacks

Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles: what do users think?

Carlos Donato: Charming location with a bar across the hall. Staff was accommodating and professional.Noteworthy details: Historic Hotel

Katherine Dal Chele: Valet are rude and pushy. Esp. Joe or Joel. Desk staff is curt. Rooms are hit or miss, the hotel is 100 years old, but the rooms dont need to look like it. False advertising on website, I was supposed to get breakfast with my room and I didn't.Walkability: Lots to do nearbyNoteworthy details: Gorgeous hotel full of history.

Bob Gosford: Great to come back to this hotel that still feels like an old friend left too long between visits. An ideal location to access all that DTLA has to offer and staff offer excellent help and advice.I particularly enjoyed indulging in a nightly Black Dahlia cocktail at the Gallery Bar.Thanks to Victor, Romulus and Mr Wu for keeping me entertained and happy!

The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, Los Angeles: what do users think?

Gerald Balbalec: Used to be great during the 1980s, 1990s and up until 2015. Nowadays the hotel guests that have stayed there make the hotel look bad. Nowadays, some of the hotel guests are mostly thuggish, criminals or wannabes disrespecting hotel staff, always complaining to get anything FREE and continue to make themselves think they can have anything their way. "Disrespectful degenerates need to show some class, respect and dignity for themselves!" I commend the hotel staff for putting up with these types of guests. As for the rooms and service from hotel staff, I have no problems with since they are respectful and have done a decent job despite being understaffed during the COVID-19 pandemic and at present. Update: 4 Stars for now until the majority of the disrespectful type of people visiting or staying are no longer or discouraged to stay and or visit. If and when the hotel rates starts to increase due to inflation. Hopefully it happens sooner than later. By the way, a lot of hotels in the Los Angeles area are being affected by the same type of degenerates. I also forgot to mention the Valet parking is currently at $49 per day with limited parking spaces and so far, not enough employees in that department to deal with so many vehicles, rude people before or when the "GARAGE IS FULL." Once overcapacity happens,, hotel guests and visitors will be waiting to get inside for at least 1 or 2 hours from the garage entrance and by then you will be denied parking because THE GARAGE REALLY IS FULL. Plus it takes even longer to get any vehicle out. Once everything goes back to some type of normalcy, the star rating will go up in the near future.

Turner Binkley: Absolutely love this place! One of my favorite places to stay when working in LA. Need to update the TV system in the rooms to the Marriott standard please!Rooms: Need an overall update. TV system needs an upgrade big time

Luis Carmona: The Westin Bonaventure Hotel in downtown Los Angeles offers spacious and pristine rooms, though the furniture may appear a bit dated, it serves its purpose well. The iconic glass elevators provide a unique and enjoyable experience, complementing the stunning city views. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, adding to the overall positive stay experience.

Dr. Cristal: The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in Los Angeles is a fantastic hotel that I had the pleasure of staying at recently. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown LA and offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The lobby is beautifully designed with a central bar and several seating areas, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.My room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.Overall, I highly recommend the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in downtown LA. The hotel's excellent amenities, comfortable rooms, and convenient location make it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.Rooms: My room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here were really delicious and authentic in taste.

Gered K: The rustle of whispering crickets roared in crescendo as we approached the precipice. Overwatch from the entrance we see the sound wasn't crickets but the small warbled of a cloverleaf mantle of burbling fountains of crystal clear water. The first view was amazing, the lobby and open courtyard and 24 hour food selections are awesome. They had booked our room though and the "deluxe" room they replaced it with was staring straight at the outside elevator. The elevator ride was fun, but it was so strange to see your room on the 11th floor before you ever enter it.Beds are nice and pillows are variable firmness which allows one to mix and match to achieve the level of comfort home may provide. Both nights here were interrupted by extremely loud talking followed by very loud music. But the first time stopped by itself and the second time a security guard fixed the problem extremely fast. All in all 4 stars is fairSorry this review isn't as funny my others. I was poetic when I'm this tiredGoodnight

mia robinson: There is no level of unfit and can't be of unsatisfying exposer. As far as I am concerned elite at its most highest performance of absolute perfection with all the preparations to prevent any poor performanceRooms: Top perfection and clean as in the day it opened 💞

MORENAZA DE FUEGO QUINTANA: Very good serviceRooms: Two ThreeNearby activities: cento floristsSafety: Not very sure 🙄😔😔Walkability: Very goodFood & drinks: .very expensiveNoteworthy details: Magnificent

ちっぷばなな: . The breakfast buffet was delicious, including pancakes and eggs Benedict. The maple syrup and wild berry syrup were properly heated and served, and I was impressed by the hospitality.

Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza: what do users think?

marie lopez: From the moment we pulled up in front of the hotel, the hotel staff was welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful. Valet, Doorman, Reception/Check-in staff all greeted us and answered all of our questions. The hotel itself and the room was very clean. The room was very roomy, plenty of space. The bathroom was large with a separate bath tub and also a shower stall. Water pressure was good, and the water stayed hot throughout our showers. The views of downtown LA were beautiful. Plenty of outdoor places to walk through and enjoy. Plenty of places to take beautiful pictures. The area is safe and clean. Plenty of places to dine or enjoy a few drinks. I really appreciated the extra security features, although you will always need your room key handy to use the elevators or to come back into the hotel from the outside court area on the second floor. Family friendly hotel with an outdoor giant chess board, corn hole, giant connect four games. The Angel Flight Trolly will take you down to more restaurants and more sightseeing areas. I highly recommend Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza.

Veronica Dennis: I went to eat at the restaurant here and the service and food was great. The atmosphere was very relaxing!!!Service: 5/5 …
