Nicole Crawford: Matt inspired and encouraged me through one of the greatest classes ever! He had a plan, and we had a full body training session in one hour without the needless banter that can occur with a private trainer. No frills. No fashion contest. The body needs weights, challenging yoga, and steps; it’s not about the cardio. Lift Society is brilliant and so much fun!

But when you really get into the motions of everything, you start realizing that you can do far more than you thought you could. Brendan O'Rourke: This gym is perfect if you like to lift or want to learn to lift. I personally find that if I go to a regular gym, get bored with my programming and lose interest over time. Going to lift society you can show up, know you have dedicated access to the weights you need and push yourself with varied programming that changes and keeps you engaged. The tempo, if you push yourself, is challenging enough that you’ll be able to burn calories and lose weight if that is your goal. You’ll definitely be able to get a lot stronger.

Always Active: Great customer service from Casey and Edwin. Fast and Efficient! We had a different rental company cancel on us 1 day before a scheduled delivery for a very important job. So, I frantically called around but had no luck due to the short notice. Luckily, I got in contact with LAX Equipment and they saved the day. Casey was the person that took my call. She was very polite and professional. Immediately after speaking with Casey I received an email confirmation and forms/agreements to fill out. Their pricing is very competitive. Later in the day I got a call from Edwin to notify me that the boom was on location. Edwin was also very polite and made sure we knew where the boom would be and provided helpful information regarding the equipment Can't ask for better service than that! Active Pest Control highly recommends this company. We are in the business of customer service so we know what is expected and they did not disappoint.

The attention to cleanliness, social distancing etc was fantastic, so I felt safe and comfortable there immediately.I had some physical issues causing me pain, primarily acetabular labral tear in my right hip. My doctor suggested muscle strengthening via weight training and I found Lift on a Google search.I have been going once per week and I have been really happy with my progress. I have been getting stronger and am in significantly less hip pain than I was prior to starting. It's challenging in all the right ways and I look forward to going.Dirk and Chenell are both excellent. They are kind, patient and great teachers. I have always found teacher/trainer correction important in yoga and I value the same at Lift, so I'm able to get stronger and not hurt myself. Chenell is also great about reminding me which exercises are which. You'd think I'd know by now, but she's always really patient and nice when I'm looking at my list of things to do and look super confused, haha.It's also a great atmosphere, no judgement, good music.Thank you, Lift!

Creative Indulgence: Best rental lift company in the area, fast and very responsive of our needs when working on sign installs or events. Lifts are always charged up and pick and delivery is flex able.
The Law Russell Los Angeles (Lawrence): Great Customer Service and quick with the bottom line. They beat everyone else's starting price. Get the most qualified piece of equipment they have available. I got to use the 45' diesel articulating boom for 11 days, next time I'm going to borrow the 60'.Their service tech was quick to respond on site when the lift had any issue. They were very generous and human when I needed extra time with the machine. I'm calling again soon asking for Dan.

Ian Hoge: Great Gym and community. Ive been going here for 5 months. I was initially intimated by crossfit but the staff is so helpful and welcoming. The workouts are tough but they dont take a lot of time so it feels reasonable. I definitely feel the strongest I have been in many years.
Matthew Moo: I did a drop-in CrossFit class with coach Luis. Luis was fantastic! He was very attuned to my skill level even though I was a visiting guest. I've always struggled with double-unders--Luis was very patient and encouraging as he coached me on the proper technique. I actually set a personal best with the double-unders here at ESTLR.I'd recommend ESTLR to anyone, regardless of their experience with CrossFit. I got to chat with ESTLR owner, Darren briefly. He is incredibly positive and encouraging while also challenging you directly to push past your limits. The sessions are always personalized and the results have been clear. William Folchi: I highly recommend this gym for CrossFit enthusiasts located or willing to commute to the Arts District in DTLA. The coaching is phenomenal and the programming is definitely challenging. Darren, the owner is very attentive to how he manages the gym and ensures that everyone has a great experience. Luis is also a great coach who knows all the techniques involved in all facets of CrossFit movements.
