Michael Burke: I had a great time working with the team at Flores Artscape on a project to put hedges at my house. From start to finish, the customer service and quality of work was top notch. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job installing the trees and they look amazing. Then, when I decided after the fact that I also wanted to put in an irrigation system, everyone was super accommodating, even moving up the installation date at my request so it could be completed before I had to leave for vacation. And in the time since the project was finished more than a month ago, I sometimes text Nancy with questions about the trees and she is always quick to get back to me with very helpful answers. I would absolutely recommend Flores to anyone in LA with landscaping needs.

From laying pavers and DG to hanging trellis' and framing and pouring a large BBQ and bar, they could do it all. The finished product was worth every dime. Amanda Ford: My husband and I researched landscaping services for about a year before deciding to move forward with Flores Artscape. From day 1, it was clear that Eric is extremely knowledgeable about all things landscaping. He has a practical approach on the best way to design and maintain your outdoor space which was refreshing compared to some of the other companies we met with. Eric was also extremely communicative and answered ALL of our many questions before and during the process - he would even give me his opinion on parts of the design process I was less confident about. Once we officially decided to go with Flores everything ran like a finely tuned machine. The team showed up on day 1 exactly when they said they would and got right to work. Nancy was our onsite contact and she was super on it and helpful, and Arturo was really helpful with explaining some of the alternative ideas we could do with the space. Everyone from Valeria in finance to Angel who was onsite doing the work with his team, were kind, respectful, tidy and pleasant. This project only took 2.5 weeks and it looks incredible. I love going outside to see it every day and am so thrilled with the way it turned out. Clare Berman: We bought a home with a huge backyard. The backyard was out of control with overgrown plants - all tropical plants that had not been tended to in years and required a lot of care. We hired Flores to do a complete demo of the yard, and replace the plants with astroturf for our 2 year old son to play in, and drought-resistant plants to save water and maintenance time. They completed all of the work in 3 days - the gentlemen working on the project were all very kind and were lovely with our son. They were very organized on the project management side so everything could happen in perfect order. The paid great attention to all details and went above and beyond to make the yard look perfect. This investment was very much worth it - we are so thrilled to be able to utilize our yard and spend our days outside with our son. We have plans to do the side of our house as well and when we do, we will most certainly be using Flores again! Suzanne Luke: I wrote this review in 2021 but wanted to share it as this company is really terrific.We did a big job, so we know this company from top to bottom. It started as a driveway bid. I only got a bid from them as their reviews were so strong but I was sure they would be pricier than the small operations who don't have to pay the overhead of a large operation. That didn't end up being the case. Their paver bid was very competitive, and they inspire confidence. The reality is, when a big company does a job, they sort of have to do it right. They have too much at stake to leave a furious customer who will proceed to leave bad reviews. Unlike small vendors who can change their address or name or rating platform. But Pacific has a building and a staff and a showroom. They aren't going anywhere. They want happy customers.The truth is---I never even considered them for the major outdoor reno of the house, as six months earlier they had warned me that their quality was high but their prices weren't low. And they wouldn't visit and bid. We had to go there. I was annoyed and said, no thanks.So, I got bids all over the place for the deck, pool, landscaping and driveway. This is a big big job. But once I had a visit from their paver guy, and decided to use them for the driveway, I suddenly realized it was idiotic not to consider them for our exterior work. So we caved and went for a meeting up at their offices. And decided to bite the bullet.Thank god we did. This project was not easy. It was a total house rebuild that now required a massive design strategy for the exterior which was basically dirt and a messed up pool. We had to figure out deck and stairs and irrigation and retaining walls and landscaping and built in barbecues and benches and on and on and on.I know what things cost after two renovations and rebuilding and redesigning a large house. I can tell you--their prices are fair. Their quality is excellent even with their subs. They don't look for cheap subs to save a buck. They want their subs to be a high level as their full time employees. This speaks volumes.They don't nickel and dime you. And they don't leave things out just because you didn't think to mention it. Meaning you might be focusing on where the walls are and what the deck will be made from, and forget that your property needs to have lighting. But don't worry- they do big jobs for a living. They won't do your reno and stare at you blankly after pouring concrete and say - well you didn't ask for lights. They don't even ask, they put that stuff in because they know what must be done on a project.They don't cut corners. When things go wrong, and occasionally things will on a major renovation, they make them right immediately. They don't have endless change orders which are the bane of every home owner doing a renovation. They get the bid right at the beginning. Sure, maybe you can get a slightly lower quote elsewhere, but take it from someone who has worked with endless contractors, you will lose money with the endless change orders as they tell you, "Well, you never mentioned that the water needed to be wet! That will cost you an extra 7k!"They care. The team is smart and competent. Their workers actually work hard and seem to take enormous pride in their high level of skill. Trent is an amazing project supervisor. He looks worried all the time walking around. Because he notices everything- he's fussier than we are. And that is remarkable for a project supervisor. He thinks ahead. He sees problems before they come. When he sees issues he gets it fixed.Scott came in to take the landscaping and finish to a wonderful conclusion. He's one of the kindest people we have had work at the house.Our designer Jordan was perfect. He has ideas and isn't afraid to advocate but is completely willing to listen and pivot based on customer feedback. He came up with a design we adored and probably prevented a divorce in the process.

Daphne Masin: We had only good experience dealing with Pacific Outdoor on our project. From the time we first sat down to discuss our ideas with Samantha, reviewed initial design drawings using our ideas and hers, to the time schedule of prepping the front and back yards, continual conversations, and updates. We went from the front and back lawns to gravel, stone beautiful pavers, an outdoor BBQ bar with plenty of seating and of course a pizza oven. Cannot say enough good things, honestly!
Christopher G. Salvo: Our backyard turned out amazing! Every detail came out exactly as we hoped. Trent was our project manager. We were very impressed with his attention to detail and his continuous site visits. With each visit he reviewed the previous days work and asked us for our feedback. Then, he asked us what our next expectations were and he confirmed the work to be done for the day. Communication is key in any project, but especially a big home improvement project. I absolutely recommend Pacific Outdoor Living!
Tom Burns: I had a large asphalt driveway that needed to be replaced. It is wide, steep, and had invasive bamboo sprouting from cracks. It was a mess. To make matters worse, it is highly visible from the street. In addition, parts of the pad at the top were inclined toward the garage, allowing water to seep in when it rained. We contacted Pacific Outdoor Living for a quote.As work progressed i decided to ask about a large pool and deck that needed major repair and replacement. The deck was a mix of broken and repaired cement and the electrical under it was blowing circuit breakers when wet. The pool was leaking, and the fiberglass lining was buckling. It too was a dangerous mess. Once we signed the contract, they gave us an anticipated start date and end date. To my surprise, they met both commitments and completed the project within the estimated cost. With their design help, It is now a pool that make me proud. In addition, they worked with the city to obtain necessary permits and inspections. This is our third major renovation of the area, and nobody came close to the finished product we now have. I was astounded by their conscientious workers and their skill in solving problems as they invariably arise in a large project. I’ve have received numerous positive comments about the work, and have happily recommended them to friends.

Our designer Julian was able to create the backyard that we envisioned and our project manager Trent made sure the whole process was smooth & efficient. Janet Staples-Edwards: Transformed our old blah concrete patio!Called Pacific Outdoor Living and Craig came out and gave us several ideas within our budget and recommended several pavers to choose from. Workers removed old concrete, re-graded, put down gravel coat, then pavers, and sealer. They also completely remodeled stairwell to patio with pavers and added ground lights and garden lights and put them on timers. We were so pleased we asked to add outdoor lights to front yard.

jordan shapiro: My wife and I were tired of looking at the same old front yard, we spent months searching the web, talking to friends, and driving by houses of yards that we admired. After all this time vested we saw a few of our neighbors with the POL sign out front and decided to engage them for a quote. Initially we had interviewed a few others but once we started working with POL we knew right away that there intake and design process was what we were looking for, they asked us the questions we felt important to make decisions on the overall design and build time that others did not, a true hand-holding approach that we needed. We had decided to install New walls, walkway, artificial turf, lot of drought tolerant plants, lighting etc. Their team is all in-house and they did a great job. Trent, the production Manager noticed very early on that the street elevation could cause flooding onto my property. He had the plan revised to take care of that. The last rain we had was tremendous but my front yard weathered through well. We did have gravel wash out in the front at curb but with the torrent of rain we had, I expected something might happen. The street was a river!I whole-heartily recommend POL for a complete design-build firm. They were fast, responsive and expert builders. You get what you pay for!

Ricardo Mendoza: We recently bought a home in the valley and we knew that the yards needed a bit of work. The piping in the backyard was corroded and needed to be replaced. The pool finish was coming off, and the irrigation wasn't working well enough to support a yard in the front. We needed a complete overhaul.We reached out to a few different companies. POL had a small up front fee for measurements and an initial illustration, but the bang for the buck compared to the other companies we talked to was night and day. We sat down with Julian at their office and talked through what we wanted and shared what type of styles we liked and he went to work. Our first rendering was a very professional layout of our yard's potential.How organized and thorough they were off the bat was enough to convince us these were the right guys to go with. They weren't the cheapest option, but it was clear they were the most professional. Once we locked down the schematics for the yard, we did an in person walkthrough with Trent Morrill and Juan Horta. They walked us through all the work that would be done and talked to us about some of our options. I recommend if you're not sure what they are talking about, just ask. They explained everything to me, we got to an agreement, and kicked off.From start to finish, it took about two months of work, which could have been even quicker if it weren't for the rain while the work was scheduled. Juan Horta and his team completely redid the front yard, backyard, courtyard, and pool. This included updating the pipes, adding drains, and putting up a pergola.My wife and I work from home, so we kept an eye on all of the work being done, which honestly, isn't a bad thing to do because there were times we wanted something shifted, or we wanted to upgrade, and Juan and Luis were always helpful in making the necessary changes.My wife and I are very happy with our new yards. If you're looking at your options, I highly recommend paying the upfront fee to have Pacific Outdoor Living come through and do measurements and an initial schematic. The measurements alone were worth the money in case you wanted to shop around. All of our other competitor bids were cheaper because we could provide detailed measurements. It's a no brainer in hindsight, and we ended up liking POL the best anyway.5 Stars, I've recommended them to friends, and I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

Justin McLaughlin: , a path going through the yard, and a space for a fire pit in the corner. For the front yard, she created a nice layout of similar drought resistant plants, as well as a path leading to the back yard along the side of the house. We worked with her to make some adjustments along the way, and she gave us some excellent ideas we never thought about, and we were able to come to a final plan that worked. We gave them the go-ahead from there.During the project, we worked primarily with Jorge, who was overseeing the whole thing and would periodically come out all the way out here from Sun Valley

Jenna Del Puerto: I don't even know where to start. When we bought our house. It was like a design jungle. Nothing really matched. The interior and exterior definitely didn't match. There was no flow throughout the house. It just seemed like whenever the last several owners felt like it they would remodel however they felt like. Nobody ever really considered that this was a Spanish style house. So our bedroom was modern but the kitchen was pretty much Frozen in time from the 1940s. The bathrooms were remodeled probably about 30 years ago but still it didn't make too much sense for this house. One of our hallways had arched ceilings while the other one had squared off ceilings. We had probably five different types of flooring and none of them matched each other. Our electrical system was fried and it was pretty much being held together with tape. Our sewer line had so many holes that it was pretty much disintegrated at one point. The bathrooms had drywall that was so bad and moldy that you could pretty much put your finger through it. The folks at advance stood out to us because they had great pictures and reviews. They communicated very well with us and made us feel like we are being heard. What really made us happy though was that when the project was finished and done with and all the dust had settled the quality of work was absolutely beautiful. Now everything matches. We have one flooring throughout the entire house. All of our electrical and plumbing and drain have been updated. All the mold has been remediated. All of the lead and asbestos that we had has been cleared out and, we feel safe and comfortable to live in this house now. Almost all of the inspiration pictures and elements that we wanted from day one were implemented into our home. Working with Nick and his team was great. I would definitely recommend advanced because I think they have a good team and a good health on their shoulders. They understand the assignment. They understand that people are busy nowadays and they also do not need to be micromanaged with every small detail. You tell them what you want to do and they figure out how to do it. You don't need to sit there and make sure that the people show up or that they clean up after themselves or if they locked up when they left the property. Or thousands of other horror stories you read online. These people do great work and I love how my home turned out. I know we were only a midsize job for them but they really made us feel like family from day one.
Red 10462: I don't really like to write reviews. But I think that I had to this particular time. Just because of the great experience that we had with Nick and his company. As most people do we met with three different contractors just to get a different perspective and different ideas on how to proceed forward with our home remodeling. We tried to educate ourselves as much as possible before we met with the contractors but no matter how much I looked online for different ideas, prices, ways to move forward it ultimately sounded like we needed to meet with experienced contractors who could take us to the next stage of the remodeling process. We picked out three local and experienced general contractors to meet with. At the last minute we ended up actually meeting with the fourth contractor because it was a highly recommended contractor who I just done remodeling for our friends. I could say that all of the contractors we met with were truly genuine and good. Each of them had different ideas on what to do with our existing home to make it more modern and efficient. But ultimately I think Nick really understood our vision and was able to take us to the next step of our remodeling. One thing I enjoyed about Nick and his company was that everything was laid out there were no gimmicks or trying to sell us more services and we needed. We knew what the budget was we knew what we had to do, we just needed help to be able to get us to the next stage of remodeling our home. His approach was very simple. It was easy to understand him and because he really understood our vision the remodeling process was pretty smooth. He knew who to contact for each level of our remodeling. His dedication and service to our project was superb.
Ingrid: I used advanced builders and contractors to remodel my house and guest house. It all started very well on a high note. Once the initial consultation was over and we had agreed on a contract they then sent expert contractors to do the project. Each team came in with their own skill and precision and was very attentive to even the smallest detail. You could tell most of the contractors who came out or hard-working enthusiastic people. The Mastermind behind all of this was Nick who acted as my superintendent. You could tell the contractors who worked under him respected him a lot since he had immense amount of knowledge. He was my admiration for remaining positive throughout the remodeling process. The process was smooth and best of all I was always being updated on all of the design aspects. Nick was the kind of person that you want running the project in your home. He made me feel wanted and valued and always listened to my ideas and was always very transparent with me. You could tell that he really cared about the project and he wanted a high quality outcome. The high quality results speak for themselves.
Maria A Garcia: Advanced builders responded to our inquiry the same day. The receptionist called us back and asked us several more questions just to clarify what exactly we wanted done inside and outside our home. Once everything made sense they booked our appointments for our home remodeling project. Their project manager came out and reviewed the home, and the next day he sent us the remodeling proposal by email. I think it took us about 2 to 3 days to think about it and we then met with them again and signed the contract and began work. All the contractors that worked in our projects were prompt and professional. Will definitely use these guys again. Great experience from the beginning of the project to the end of the remodeling project.
Tina Rios: Nick completely took our house down to the studs. We decided not to do a room addition or any expansion to the home because it was already large enough. By opening up some walls and removing some structural walls we were able to open up the floor plan where there would be a great layout on the first and second floor. By taking down the walls on the first floor we were able to incorporate a great room and we were able to encompass a kitchen, dining and living room area all in one. This gave us the room to even add a media room downstairs. On the second floor we were able to redesign it in a way where we now have four bedrooms with their own bathrooms. And on the other side of the staircase we were able to add on a new master suite with double sink vanity jacuzzi tub and a standalone shower. And the backyard we took everything down to dirt and started from scratch. Even our deck and pergola were demod and hauled away and we started from scratch. It was time because the house had not been touched in so many years. It was literally falling apart. Nick preferred us to a designer who was able to help put things in perspective for us and give us the right design choices to move forward. This helped us tremendously because we don't have any designing experience. We are happy with the entire process.
Chanel Mahboubi: Incredibly happy with the turnout of our kitchen remodel. From the time these guys started till we wrapped up nothing but good things to say. Every contractor who visited our home was polite and on time. Every time we had a question we would text our project manager or call him and immediately get a response. They made the remodeling process a breeze. We'll definitely work with these guys again if needed.
ELVIS: We used advanced builders and contractors to remodel our 2 bathrooms and kitchen. We first contacted them about a month ago and Nick was quick to respond and come out and see the property he then followed up with a detailed estimate detailing what would be done on a contract. But at the end we somehow always negotiate a deal and work with advanced builders and contractors. This past time when they came out they remodeled our entire kitchen. Katherine Ellis: We recently completed a home remodel and a second story room addition that included our kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the addition of a primary closet. From the time we met this great construction company we knew that they would definitely be a candidate for our remodeling project. Nick is a great contractor with design ideas and construction experience.I can't count now but there must have been at least 5 to 7 meetings discussing all the options we wanted into Incorporated in our remodeling project. It was extremely important to us the aesthetics and design that we would incorporate into our remodel. All the teams that put our house together were inquisitive and had great vision. Even when they wanted to install our flooring they asked us which way they should run it. And then they would recommend what they normally do on a given remodel project.When it was time to pick out our finish materials like cabinets countertops doors windows and appliances, advanced builders was a big help because they were able to put us in touch with vendors who offered us great pricing.This was a long process and I'm glad that it came to a happy ending. From the initial time that we started our plans till now it's probably a good 2 years. It took about a year and a half to do all the planning and the permitting and getting permits. And the construction period itself was probably around 5 to 6 months including everything that we needed to do from demo to finishing the construction of the room addition.We love our new home and are extremely excited about the outcome. Even now when I look around I can see there was so much thought and planning around almost every aspect of the work advance builders did for us. Everything has its place. In the kitchen our favorite features are the spice rack and pot filler. And the hallway we added our broom closet which made a big difference and now we can hide our mess. In the bathrooms it made a big difference to add frameless glass shower doors and it really opens up the bathroom. The skylights in the hallways mean so much for us because now we don't have to turn on the light during the day and we just get beautiful daylight. I would highly recommend these contractors for your construction project anytime.
rebecca valenzuela: Below is some of my experience when I was shopping for a contractor. In my experience in order for you to find the right contractor. You need to find the strong construction company and make sure that the contractors they use are reliable. We were fortunate to find this company. To our delight they were reliable and had very good customer service. Another quality that I will tell you is extremely important for a contractor to have is that he needs to fully understand the job at hand. He needs to be confident that he can build what you're asking him of. He needs to be sure that he can understand your blueprints and all your plans. Some of these kids that are calling themselves contractors nowadays can't even understand a simple set of construction plans. Last but not least, construction experience has a lot to do with the contractor you hire. You don't want a brand new construction company coming to your house and giving you a journeyman contractor. It was pretty obvious to us once we met Nick that he was experienced contractor. He was able to answer all of our questions. Kristine Isip: Our family recently purchased the home that advanced builders and contractors had built for developer. Although we liked everything as far as layouts we didn't necessarily like all of the color schemes and finishes. So we reached out to advanced builders and contractors to see how they would be able to help us remodel some of the bathrooms and common areas. Before we moved out to Los Angeles we had purchased a new construction home before and definitely knew what to expect when we wanted to remodel the bathrooms and the common areas. We also knew that we couldn't just hire any average contractor since this was a custom built home. I can company say that the homes that advanced builders and contractors builds are well designed and have great details that stand out. One feature that I still love today which is small but I use all the time is I have an outlet next to my toilet which has a shelf next to it and I pretty much charge my cell phone there most of the time when I'm in my master bathroom. And the same bathroom in the vanity there's a outlet which my wife uses for her blow dryer. There's no need to remove the blow dryer from the drawer and plug it in to an additional outlet since it's already plugged in to that drawer. These are just some of the small details that I love about the home. Another great feature that I love about the house is that it has its own communication closet. This is where we can control all of the smart devices in the home. In this particular room were able to control our fire sprinklers, AV and HomeSmart devices, and our alarm. These guys literally thought of everything for us. I also love the fact that they thought of the future and gave us enough room to be able to add to the systems that we currently have so we won't be stuck with outdated systems in the future. Every contractor out there can build you a guest house build you a pool and give you many amenities. Michael Johnson: After spending a lot of time online researching different contractors I finally narrowed my choices down to four remodeling contractors. Out of the four remodeling contractors we contacted two of them ghosted me and never showed up. So i Contact the two others. I was really looking for four solid bids that would give me a good understanding of how to remodel my home. I decided to get into a contract with advanced builders and contractors. Out of the four contractors I met. Nick seem to be best fit. He was very good when it came to answering emails and texts. His quality and professionalism definitely showed in his work. His pricing is okay not great but I understand it. He's also the type of guy that doesn't cut corners and would rather do it the correct way around rather than the cheap way which I appreciate it. But out of the best qualities that he has is that he actually picks up the phone and communicates with you. Several times throughout the entire project I would send him a text and he would contact me and discuss my text with me and tell me what he would do if it was his house. He could have easily just replied back to that text that said okay I would do what you want but the fact that he actually it would pick up the phone and spend time with me and encourage me to do the right thing was very impressive. I never intended to remodel the entire house but once I saw that everything was going well and that the house really needed a full remodel we decided to go for it. We were never supposed to take walls down or redo our electrical or redo our plumbing but when we started to do demo I found out that there was so much wrong with the house that it was better to start everything from scratch. Another point I'll give Nick is that he has experience professionals working for him not a bunch of journeyman or beginners. So you could say My overall experience with this company was very pleasant. The only negative experience I had was the dollar amount kept growing because we kept asking for more work. But I guess that's really not there fault.
Michelle Villagomez: I was very nervous about doing my remodel thanks to the horror stories one hears about contractors.. However, I had a really great experience with this company. They were big enough to be able to do my remodeling project. But small enough where I can still get personal attention for my home remodeling needs. Really their customer service was above and beyond. I picked this construction company out of three others I interviewed. They structured my deal so I would know ahead of time when everything was going to get done. And when payments were due. My project manager was always in contact with me and would give me enough lead time when I needed to provide some of my finish materials. It's good to know that there are still companies out there that will give you personal service and not charge you an arm and a leg. FYI If I could give you a personal tip it would be to order your doors and windows way ahead of time as the processing time can be lengthy

Holly Vela: I have been searching for quite sometime to remodel my home. There are so many companies to contract for remodeling homes, but as a fairly new homeowner, I knew I wanted to remodel my house but I didn't know anything about the remodeling process or picking out a contractor. On one hand I thought I could DIY most of the things I wanted for example painting and the kitchen cabinets. But as I talked to more and more contractors with ultimately decided to give it to a professional contractor to do for me. Let me tell you it's not easy to pick out a general contractor. Each general contractor has his own way of writing up a contract. Each one has their own language in the contract and each one offers different pricing and quality. As a homeowner it can get very confusing which general contractor is best for you. I think the bids I got from one general contractor to the next was about a 30% difference. How can you tell which general contractor is best for your home remodel? On top of that you hear so many horror stories from homeowners who've had to deal with different general contractors throughout the years. I emailed five different general contractors. One of them never got back to me. Out of the four contractors I met, two of them looked promising. But after I received their bids I pretty much knew who I wanted to go with. ABC seemed like the best general contractor for me to work with. They did a phenomenal job writing up the contract. They showed up on time. They showed up for work everyday. They cleaned up after themselves. Throughout the remodeling project if something came up they would ask me right away. They didn't try to upsell me on any extra work. They didn't require any micromanagement. If I had a question we would always get a satisfactory answer. I am very satisfied with the work they did for me. I highly recommend ABC to anyone who is interested in remodeling their home. The experience has been pleasant and now I can enjoy my new remodeled dream home. Thank you for your services ABC!
Savannah Tsapatolis: When it came time to finally remodel our house, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. I wanted someone who wasn’t going to lowball me or cut corners. We hired ABC as our contractor for our home remodel and it was the best decision that we could have made. From the very beginning, Nick was wonderful to work with. He was prompt, professional, and quick to reply to any emails or texts. His initial quote and time estimate were accurate. People warned me that remodels will take 2x as long and be 2x as expensive as the original quote but this was not the case. He did advise us to reserve 15% should something come up, but I want to say we were within 5% of our original estimate after everything was done, because we expected 15% we actually feel like we did really well. He didn't sell us high expectations which we appreciate. Unlike other contractors who gave extremely rough estimates, Nick actually took the time to consult his entire team from framing to drywall so that your estimate is very detailed and accurate. The work he did on our house came out SO beautifully. We get tons of compliments whenever people come to our home. It was a joy to work with ABC and I will never hesitate to recommend them to friends/family or call him again for our next project. Highly recommended. Nick Jones: Trying to find contractors who work in a timely fashion and efficiently is always tough. When we wanted to renovate our house, we set out to find three component general contractors. Who were familiar with doing larger projects. The first contractor we reached out to was referred to us by our friend down the streets where they had just recently renovated his home from top to bottom. The second general contractor we reached out to was a referral from a colleague of ours who also lives in LA and had done something similar about three year ago. We were referred to advanced builders and contractors, from a very dear friend of ours who had just built a new home with them recently. Out of the three general contractors we met with Nick seem to be the best fit. His contract was the most thorough, out of all of the three general contractors. He was also most the most expensive. After reviewing his contract though we found that he had added different scope of work we're not included in the other contracts from the other general contractors. These were the small things that would make a big difference later on. For example recessed lighting, tankless water heaters, two HVAC systems. Rerunning all of the utilities from the curb to the house from scratch. These were only apparent to us won't be sat down with Nick and discuss the Scopes of work and what this project will really entail. Once he explained the contract to us it was evident that he had thought about almost everything. Although his contract was more expensive than the others, we decided to go with him because he was the most thorough and he was the only one who really took time out of his day to spend with us and explain to us the entire process of building a new home. Once we understood the process all these unnecessary scopes of work became a definite must for use in order for this house to be able to perform the way it should. I should have written this contract a while back but unfortunately, I forgot all about it until now. I would like to highly recommend this company. I appreciate what they did for me. After getting quotes from 7-10 contractors, we landed at PictureBuild & we are glad we did! The quote was one of the more competitive quotes and we ultimately connected well with Daniel, who initially came in and assessed the scope of work.The crew was here on the day they said they’d start working and early too! That was consistent throughout the 2.5 week project. Jorge was our Project Manager and was very communicative and thorough about asking us exactly what we wanted so there were no surprises. Cheryl Banares: We had an excellent experience working with Picture Build on our backyard project from the initial consult, design, completion of our project, and follow-up maintenance visits. Our project included pavers, turf, a small putting green, and plants. Verva, our sales consultant/project manager, was very responsive and provided input on the design that really helped us to maximize use of our small outdoor space. She took the lead on sheparding our application through the HOA approval process and got our project scheduled as soon as we received HOA approval. Tino and his crew did excellent work on the pavers. Max and his crew did an amazing job on the artificial turf, putting green, and planting. Both crews were very professional, asked for our input to ensure everything was the way we wanted it, friendly and overall made sure we were happy throughout the installation process. I also need to commend both crews on how clean they kept the worksite and how they left it once the project was completed.The follow-up maintenance visits are also greatly appreciated. We had an issue with the irrigation system that was quickly resolved. Two months after our project was completed, some of the plants did not thrive. I contacted Verva and she forwarded the plant issues to the front office. Two days later, Victor arrived with new plants. He also checked on the other plants, the irrigation system, and answered all our question/concerns and gave us helpful tips on future plant maintenance.We would highly recommend Picture Build to anyone. Michael Bailey: I had the San Carlo special. It was pretty good. I've had better subs at places like Jersey Mike's. However, San Carlo is very good at its slightly lower price point. I will go back to try some of their more expensive options to see how those compare. I also had some of their pizza bread. The pizza bread is very good, which gives me hope for their pizzas, so I will be trying those out as well and updating my review. I tried this place a couple more times and had the pastrami sandwich and a pepperoni pizza. Once again the sandwich was good, but not great, though I did prefer it over the last sandwich I got. The pizza is great though, well worth the cost.

mary gentry: Provided a thorough and professional report of findings from the chimney inspection. Explained in detail all of the recommended repairs and answered all my questions. The technicians were courteous, keep in communication on progress and were very attentive to protecting the work area inside and outside our home. They showed me pictures of the completed work. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. Work was completed as per the contract and on time. I recommend them if you just need your chimney cleaned or if more extensive work is needed.
Naomi Parnes: This is my first time needing someone to check my fireplace and WOW what an amazing team. Heather answered all of our questions from the start, was super responsive, and never missed a beat. Our tech, Don was equally fantastic and remarkably well versed in all things having to do with fireplaces. Overall, a great, easy and pleasant experience.

Jennifer Gaims: Hi I sincerely apologize. I made a mistake in my post recently. I had called a couple local vendors for a fireplace repair. One of them was not really a "local" vendor at all - but a regional dispatch for such repairs. They would not even tell me where they were located. Fireplace Solutions was not that vendor, but I mixed up the sites, and posted a negative review. Just want to erase any bad karma.

Jeffrey Perlman: Liberal Arts Lodge #677 has a great group of brothers. These men genuinely care about each other and the community as a whole. It's refreshing to see this kind of brotherhood on display.
Alvin Hadley: An amazing brotherhood that looks out for the well-being of one another and the community. The lodge is very clean and has good parking.
Via Garcia: Great place to host an event. So much space, they have a kitchen, 2 floors and parking.

Justin Daza-Ritchie: A local mainstay of fraternal life in the neighborhood since the early 1960s. This mid-century modern building offers event space with the largest ballroom/dining hall on the Westside. It is a must visit for a wedding or large party. The stage accommodates a DJ or band. It can be done up with decorations to become a most satisfying venue for special parties or seminars. Parking Services 3000 has done multiple valet jobs here to make parking non-problematic. It's an unassuming yet perfectly great choice for a party place! The Masons that meet there as well are some of the friendliest of the bunch. A great place as well for the fraternal experience.
