I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. Brandon was very patient in helping me find what would be a great mattress for me! I had my eye on a mattress but I thought I’d go to Ashley’s next door to see other options. Within a few mins, I came back to Mattress Firm. Shopping for a mattress can be stressful but I found the bed of my dreams and I’m so excited and looking forward to my new mattress! Thanks Brandon!
Karla at the Hawthorne store was outstanding! She asked important questions to help me decide on the best mattress for me without any pressure to go for the more expensive mattresses. Diane also gave excellent customer service when I called before my delivery and took extra time to ensure my old mattress would be taken away which was important to me. I highly recommend this store which has am amazing staff!!
This was the Manhattan / Redondo beach location…Anyways When we first walked through the doors we were met with the most courteous, kind, respectful, professional, nice representative ever! I mean, Antwan knew his job and went above and beyond his scope of work. The mattress was for my 84 yo, mom, and let me tell you, he had all the patience in the world; I was the one getting tired He took care of us like the way we all should be taken care of, with respect! Antwan, is definitely an asset to Mattress Firm. Two months prior, my husband & I purchased two twin beds at the Burbank store, because of the Great service received there it was truly a no brainer, I couldn’t think of any other store to serve my mom for her mattress. Beautiful mattresses! Awesome staff! Excellent experience!

I tried several mattresses in the store he thought could work based on what I was looking for. I settled on one of a reputable brand and good price, along with a mattress protector. He answered all the questions I had, including some I had about mattresses in general. I also met William, his manager, who was very nice and expressed appreciation for my purchase, mentioning it was one of their more popular products.This particular location is conveniently located near the 405 freeway surrounded by a lot of other businesses so you can multitask your shopping/errands. I highly recommend you stop by to see them when you're looking for a new mattress. They will help you find something suitable for your needs and budget, and offer a number of well known brands and styles. They seem to be able to arrange quick deliveries, you can arrange to have your old mattress taken away, and they have policies in place to assist if you have a warranty issue or find you need to exchange your purchase.
