Christopher Becker: Absolutely The FINEST Quality, Purchased a Reman Fuel Distributor from them after having another company back east do it the first time with not good results, chased many issues and come to find out the reman from the other company was bad! My car has never started and ran better, the old rule of thumb applies to these guys of "you get what you pay for" and it's true, worth every single penny, PLEASE do no cheap out and save a few bucks with other companies...... the distributor is so unbelievably fine tuned, they know what they are doing. MANY THANKS for helping me from going crazy to making my car run and start like new.

Maritza Gentry: . I contacted Mercedez Benz and it was close to $500.00, out of my range. I called Harouts and Charlie answered the phone. Charlie was professional and knew the car part. He called me back and told me he had both parts. I sent him a photo of the mirror on the drivers side. He asked me for the last six digits of my Vin number to make sure the part and color was correct. He again called me back and said "yes" we have it and gave me the price over the phone. I drove to Sun Valley and Harouts is in a very busy street with tons of trucks coming and going with lots of dust. I was thinking "what am I getting myself into". I thought maybe I was going to pick my own part. I found Harouts with pkg. in front. Once in there to my surprise the office was very clean and air conditioned. All the men wkg. I believe wore black shirts. Charlie had the part ready for me. We went outside to see if it match the color and it did. A worker by the name of Sam was listening to the conversation when I asked to see if they had the screws. Charlie did not have them but lovely Sam, said "I have the screws," he went to the back and returned with the screws and placed the cover on the mirror. I am very grateful for their assistance and highly recomment this shop. That's what I call "TEAM" work. Thank you very much. Ladies, please use auto parts, they don't bite and are very nice and you can save a ton of money. My car is now whole again. Muchas Gracias.

Absolute credit to Harouts for employing somebody with so much integrity. Was extremely patient with us over the course of a couple of weeks while we decided which of their cars we wanted to purchase. Allowed us to have two of the vehicles we were considering inspected by our mechanic. Both were in excellent condition they were able to offer us financing which was convenient and easy. David Crosson: If you have a Benz, you should come to George’s shop and nowhere else. I cannot emphasize enough how great this man and his team are. He is the only person I’ve been taking my car to for over 10 years.Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, he’s a straight shooter who is looking out for your best interest and will never sell you anything overpriced or unneeded. I write this today because I came in this morning and he quickly diagnosed the issues, told me what was important to fix immediately, openly admitted for one part that “this will look aesthetically nice but you don’t actually need it and it won’t impact the safety or structure of the vehicle” and for another part advised “we can sell you the OEM part but you can also get something just as good online for much less and we’ll install it.”The best vendor I’ve ever worked with ever

They were able to find the part for me, and get my window fixed the same day for significantly less than what I was quoted! A few hours after I picked up my truck, George called me and told me that they accidentally overcharged me for the repair, and was so apologetic and asked me to come back so they could refund the difference.
