Gianmarco Pow-Sang: , I came across this spot. These are top-tier folks that truly care that you are enjoying the experience they provide: hobbies! Not to mention their prices tend to be lower than other spots. I saw a kit that was $15 less here than other places! The fact that they are not close but I’ll still go there is a testament to how much I appreciate their quality customer service. I get excited when I get an email notification when something I’m eyeing is back in stock!

Steve Ziomek: The selection of paints and tools here is amazing. Almost anything the dedicated modeler could want. The kit selection is very nice as well. BHH is great!

Bert Macdonald: What a gem of a toy store! I came in looking for a specific toy, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding it. Their dedication to customer service is unmatched. The toys are of the highest quality, ensuring that they'll last for years, and the reasonable prices make this store a true value for any parent or gift shopper.

Lea Cook: I recently visited this hobby shop to purchase a model kit for my son. The service was outstanding; the staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect kit. The quality of the products they offer is top-notch. My son had a blast assembling it, and the finished model looked incredible. Plus, the price was very reasonable for the quality we received. We'll definitely be back for more hobby supplies!

Junior Funkool: GREAT COLLECTIBLES SHOP...TOM IS AWESOME!!

Nathan McKee: These guys are amazing. I recently purchased an order from Walmart that was shipped through Toms Model, so I was curious. Looked them up and realized they were local here in LA. I stopped in as I passed by one day, and was amazed. Diamond in the rough I tell you. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Amazed at the variety of pops they have. Once I received my package I purchased online, the POP was mint and packaged with extreme care. Thank you very much from this OCD Funko Pop Box collector. Will definitely be back, again and again.

pool 'pool: Huge amount of pops, really reasonably priced and there are even some exclusive pops. The guys are cool, both in the welcome and the dialogue, for a French person with school English, it's really pleasant.2015, first visit,2022, 4th visit,The guys are always so welcoming, kind,It's really pleasant.

Marcus Borjon: There's something about being a "collector" of anything... but... as a collector of funko pops this place is a mecca to me. From the actual pops for sale to the staffs customer service and down home friendly feeling this place is wonderful. My girl and i were expecting this day and they were so overjoyed to have us there and took time to talk with us... I even returned a second time later that same day and iI in alone... they asked if I had left my girl at the hospital?! Of course i did not but it was so nice of them to ask and that's the kind of people they ate here at Tom's model!!! And it's located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. There's No Place Like Home! #StopeSupports no big changes

Cynthia Preciado: Coming here is the best since I know they have rows of Funko Pops and other items like Lego Kits or Model Kits. Even checking or more like stalking their Instagram page to see if they have something I want or just need for the heck of it. Even learned that they have their own exclusive funko pop line with funko pop and being able to pick up any online orders I make instead of waiting for shipping was an extra plus

Conor Buckley: Thank you Train Shack! Mindy, Todd, and Noah were so helpful to my wife and I get an O scale Bump 'n Go Trolley. They are super knowledgable and friendly - Highly recommended!

Phil Christie: Best train shop in the valley!

Roberto Rivera: Very knowledgeable workers. Great advice for what you plan to build. Great services for locomotive repair jobs. Good model train options of many scales. Clear examples of layouts you could construct of multiple scales such as N, HO, and O. They have a lot of basic supplies to begin your railroad or make additions. They also sell books and magazines.

Dan Michel: Mindy helped my grandson and me pick out the perfect starter set. A friend fourth generation is hooked on model railroading.

Leann: What a great little find...it has now become a family tradition to come and get 1 new piece for our set in between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have been doing it for around 6 years now. Entertainment Hobby Shop Jungle (Anime Jungle): what do users think?

Marlon Barrios: .

Alejandro Gonzalez: Friendly employees and a good selection of YuGiOh and Pokemon singles. They sell booster packs and boxes. Packs for $5 and the boxes for $80. Not a bad price, compared to other shops in the area. I love shopping here for cards!

Ryan Ortiz: Entertainment Hobby Shop is a convenient store for all of your hobby needs. From Paper mache to toy trains and much much more. Thank you guys for your business and I will be back soon!!

Luis Miguel: Staff is very friendly, and always happy to help. There's also a good chance you might be able to find what your looking for, but if not, it's still nice to see what other merch they have.

Alexander “Kimesato” Sanjur: My gettogo place whenever I am in LA, Gabriel aka Ichiro is the person you wana chat with to get all their latest info and items. All their employees always have that good vibe going on with them. Best spot in LA.

Samchecar: Prices are kinda whatever. However, the entire lot has tons of cool stuff to see and buy. Check it out for yourself, the surrounding shops make this place a sweet hangout/date spot.

Empress_0f Dreams: I freaking love it!

Erin Joseph: I not only found exactly the collectible I was looking for, but it arrived in an expertly packed box with a little hand written post-it note thanking me for the order. If that's not 5 star customer service, I don't know what is.

Ed Leonard: I'm an avid board gamer, and I can't say enough good things about this hobby shop. The service is fantastic, and the staff is always ready to recommend the latest and greatest board games. The quality of their board game selection is top-notch, with a wide variety to choose from. What's even more impressive is the value; their prices are competitive, and I always leave with a new game that brings hours of fun. This shop is a board gamer's paradise!

Robin's Hobby Services: what do users think?

Jack Gevorgyan: Robins hobby is the best place I can ever think of

steve newquist: Robin and Chris are the most helpful for the hobby

Carlos Rodas: Variety of top brands as Traxxas, Losi, Arrma, axial etc… Was looking for the New Arrma 4s Mojave was lucky enough to get the last one at this shop !

Michael J Herman: This place is a step back in time to my childhood of the 1970s.Nice people who know modeling and hobbying.I went into get sonething I can't find anywhere else and the owner took my name and #s to phone me whrn it arrives. No one does that any more!Prices are high. I haven't bought anything hobby in 40 years+. So the prices stunned me, but model airplaning is a man's thing now whereas then it was a kid thing. No average kid can afford $1G+ for a remote control airplane?Still, walking in here, I'm taken back to a time of remote control model rockets, electric trains, glue, patience, and inagination.Seems so long ago, but really it's just a visit toRobin's Hobby Shop.

Jacob rogers: Extremely nice people helped me out too they were very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of options of what I was looking for.

john wayne: Love this place, I rode my motorcycle over there to take a look and I was not disappointed, they were fast, knowledgeable, and very friendly, picked up some batteries and 3-1 fpv micro cam, also bought a $300 DX6e controller from them, it ended up having some issues, because a part inside of it broke, they were more then happy to give me a full refund, and not just store credit like other hobby shops do, would highly recommend them to anyone who loves rc stuff, thank you guys again for everything, your my one stop shop for all things rc now.

Arthur K: Bring your wallet and spend some money! Been coming here for 27 years, Robin is like my dad! Biy a slash 4x4, or a drone, or a kyosho blizzard, or anything. Keep this hobby going. Thanks for everything Robin!

Greg Martirossian: Love Robin's Hobby. I'm a long time customer. They're good people and very helpful. Thank you!

Rudy Garcia: Great service and very helpful

Michael Hamilton: In the big town of Lost Angeles Ca. Robin's RC shop has always ben there for us RC guys

Marvin Gonzalez: They're very honest and give the best result they can find if you tell them what you need!

José gonzalez: My experience with Robin's hobby shop was great! They attanded me real quick and when I went rhere to get a check up on my car they gave me a free charge since it was my first time. They checked every single thing on my car to mate sure it is ready for bashing and told me what I neede to do!Nice friendly workers that are somehow funny.

RailMaster Hobbies: what do users think?

Jacob: I love going here

Vincent Ito: . The salesperson was really helpful and friendly. I ended up purchasing some model building supplies as they had a great inventory of items I needed. Will be going there again to buy my supplies in the future. First rate!

mario abrego: Small shop but huge selection of trains and accessories.

Sindy Canter7o: Very nice people. One man fixed my son's train. So nice, thanks.

Jason Miller: Super friendly and helpful staff.

Kevin Woo: I went in not knowing what to expect. I am building a diorama of endor and was looking for woodland scenics stuff. Their selection was huge. I hadn't built a diorama before and the person working there was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me his dioramas and recommended how to do things and what would work for what I was trying to do. Very pleasant experience and very helpful. This is exactly what I was looking for in a specialty shop. He didn't make me feel like a complete newbie and was very patient and knowledgeable.

Imelda Gonzalez: Got a lot of stuff including a ATSF steamer, a UP sd40-2 and 4 unit iron ore train. Loved the special bag I got. Hope to come back soon

Luis Oscar Gutiérrez: I came here attracted because this house was founded by my friend John Agnew from New Zealand, manufacturing metal trains, in pewter, in Sn3 scale, but this new owner does not have that material and sells the common things of the North American market. There is a selection of very interesting old brass at an affordable price, but everything is not possible and this time I did not buy anything here, except for a blade with spare parts that I needed and very tiny speakers, which these people manufacture or import exclusively.I passed by an old Pacific Electric station and took what photos I could from the car. It is a disused station, now without tracks, but beautifully restored and the pride of the neighborhood. I compared it to locally abandoned stations in Argentina, which end up being desecrated and destroyed over time, even though they are in the city. Villa Real station comes to mind.

Forrest Skinner: Excellent service! Waited on rightway.

Curtis Barnett: Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful ,great selection of products, fair pricing

Gerardo Arroyo: It is very nice and has many different models of locomotives.

The Original Whistle Stop: what do users think?

Carlos Celis: Sheldon advised they'd gotten too big for their britches. I think he's wrong. They're very nice and helpful. 😂

Roberto Rivera: They are very welcoming and can provide good advice on repairs/ work on your model trains. They have a great selection of books and dvds to assist you on your model railroad adventure. They don't have a lot of N scale rolling stock or buildings. Despite the minimal N scale, if that is a scale you are working with, they do provide some basic things like couplers and track to assist you on your journey. For other scale they have a lot of things to get your started or help you continue modeling.

Robert Koo: This is one of few model train stores business left in the southland. Bring up my childhood memories about the hobby story, and I used to put small model cars, trains and planes together. Luckily it locates around the corner and the owner is talking very friendly. They have plenty of train sets and accessories in the selection. Highly recommend to train hobby lovers.

Luciano Sperandio: Good service and variety of products

Luke Forsyth: All you will ever need

Kristen Cunningham: Does not sell donuts, but extremely kind and knowledgeable staff!

Matthew-Ryan Benzinger: This is a super chill gym. Love the atmosphere and the outdoor machine area. Early morning here is the best time

Luis Oscar Gutiérrez: locomotive I saw. It is a narrow gauge K28 made in Japan in the 60s. All made of welded brass, precisely Japanese work. Today they are not made like that, but with many cast pieces and they are much more expensive. I left happy and so did the owner.

Its a model railroader'S dream store. Jim the wonderful shop keep is so nice , quirky, yes but a amazing person with a heart of gold. You can just tell by his demeanor that even though I asked about rc cars his reaction , you can come in and look. The door was locked , he opened for me and allowed me to browse while he went back to his pc behind the counter,I left saying i don't have my wallet on me which was true as I walked toward my car, I reached into my pocket felt can and went right back to the door and purched a model I was eyeing for my wife. 10 stars Jim, for you and for a store thats is truly og. Ramonii Gonzales: Lots of P bandai.

Millie Khou: and there are so many great options to choose from. They don't have an online store, but they do have an Instagram where they mention their new shipments! That's another thing that makes this place special. It's a brick and mortar that you have to go see, especially if you're in need to make your inner child happy again.

Sam Choo: Great selection

Julian Dennis: It's like gundam heaven, Looks like a gunpla shop from the anime. Cheap prices, nice casing housing already built Gundams. Looks awesome. Friendly lady that works there. Also a lot of kits based on one piece and DragonBall z if you're a fan.

Keri Athanas: So glad we stumbled by here. It's in an otherwise abandoned shopping center so it's easy to miss! Not familiar with Gundam models but we totally got one. Lost our mind at the selection of Loz blocks sets as well, at great prices. Got a couple of those too. There were other people browsing in the store so we had no idea it was closing time, but she very kindly let us know and didn't rush us out even though it was 15 minutes after close.

Benjamin Ferraioli: They really don’t make places like this anymore. Great location, competitive pricing and a nice staff. If you’re in the market for model kits in LA this is THE place to go!

Andy Zhang: Very good Gunpla price, highly recommend

XC Kevin: Great shop, great experience!
