Roger in the service department took my crashed Honda and worked with me very patiently over two months to get it up to brand new condition. He helped me save a ton of $$ by finding deals on parts when he could have easily charged me Honda’s ridiculous prices. I’ve bought two bikes from here and will definitely return when it’s time for my next one!

David Rukiza Ntashamaje: If you have any repair or customisation to do on your Ducati, make sure you stop by BH Ducati and ask for Fernando! Since I got my bike, Fernando has always been a great help and advices. And by experience, I took my bike elsewhere and paid two or three times in the row for the same issue that remained unsolved.. but after talking with Fernando for 5min, with his experience, he troubleshoot the issue in no time, was able to explain the cause and applied the fix. There is no better marketing than a great customer service!!

We recieved delivery Wednesday, mostly because I live 80 miles away and traffic was not suitable for same day delivery.The time frame alone is telling of how flawless this purchasing process was.Alan understood the competitive nature of other dealerships wanting our business as well as my budget being non-negotiable. I was able to close with the exact toy I wanted for the exact price I wanted it at and no extra fees or ADM's or surpirse numbers added on later. What was even more impressive, is that Alan was patient with us, he did not make us feel pressured, and he made it so easy to make this deal while I was at work. Being a Mom as well, which now our time has become literally limited these days, purchasing the way we did and the experience we had was VERY appreciated.Hope this review helps anyone who is interested in this dealership.
