Yamit Florentin: I snagged a fantastic Nespresso machine from Facebook Marketplace – a gem! Started with Nespresso pods from Amazon. I checked out the store on a Sunday to taste some flavors. Ivan kindly allowed me to try the daily pod, but remember you can only sample one specific flavor daily. I Bought a new flavor and got samples.The store's vibe is lovely, filled with espresso machines, merchandise, glasses, cups, and all the Nespresso pods you can imagine. Ivan even threw in samples and a bag for used pods – bonus!Overall, it was a great experience, though my primary mission was flavor sampling before the online order.You can also chill with your coffee there, but I didn't stick around.Parking- two hours of free parking. I'm not a big fan of Beverly Hills traffic and crowds, but hey, I'm from Santa Monica and work in Beverly Hills on Sundays, so that's how I ended up here. Happy sipping!
David Prouty: This store is one of the nicest locations I have been to. There is a small cafe in the front to have a cup of coffee with friends, or when purchasing items it is a very convenient location. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I asked a question on the care of my machine and he was very thorough in the detail on how to care for my machine.I mentioned that I was interested in one of the coffee flavors and he was able to provide me with a sample. This will now be the location I do my shopping at for supplies moving forward.

The sales clerk was the team member lead he was amazing and very knowledgeable about his coffee ☕️. The young lady working in the coffee shop was very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Sarah Michelson: Miles is a huge asset to Nespresso, not only did he know, and have a deep education for the coffee beans, but he also provide an specific attention to detail and passion towards the company was refreshing. Listening to him talk about the sustainability efforts and how they are offering jobs to women was so inspiring. He deserves to be acknowledged and recognized for his energy and bright spirit. He made my day brighter. So glad I met him and thank you for having employees like him leading the team. I’ll certainly be back!

He is very knowledgeable and introduced some new products to me that I was not familiar with. I love all the flavors that I purchased that day and most of all the customer service that I received. He is definitely one of the reasons that I will go back.

Donna Zadeh: Appreciate every single associate working at this store. The ambiance of the store is so warm and cozy not only due to the aroma of the coffee but also due to its amazing staff. Greg has always been an absolute sweetheart and a true gentleman. He listens to what I would like to purchase and he always goes above and beyond in his service. I’m always out of the store with a big grin on my face. I don’t drink coffee with additives and I’m particular with coffee choices and he always suggests the best. Greg Tomasyan: Was out of an espresso coffee so took a real quick trip to the Glendale Nespresso boutique. Greg help me out and was one of the nicest guys that was very educated on coffee. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and gave me an expresso shot for the trip home. Then when I got home I saw he put a extra box of a variety of Nespresso pods. I was delighted. So glad that Nespresso boutique is in Glendale.
Swanky Christy: I live in Americana and I just stopped by to pick some coffee capsules.The shop looks nice and give me a coffee boutique vibe. They have many coffee machines displayed and I believe you can try some coffee too. The capsule menu is big and sometimes confusing. They have so many flavors and each cup size has it's own. I just wanted simple capsules with coffee with no added flavors. You can purchase minimum of 10 flavors each. Service was very quick on the weekdays I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Sandy Montes: We had finally made the decision to get an espresso machine, and I’m so happy we did. We were able to go an hour before closing, and we were helped by someone by the name of Liz. She was super helpful and knowledgeable of each machine, and cautious that we have a two year old . So she recommended a machine that would be more safer around kids in case they touch it! She is very sweet, and even stayed a little bit after closing to make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t be more grateful for an employee like her ! Thanks again Liz!
