This beach is not as busy with crowds as its neighboring beaches in Malibu and Santa Monica, but it does get its fair share in the summer. It’s nice and sandy, is perfect for sunbathing and swimming, and has over 3 miles of beach frontage and about 103 acres of beach.
The beach is great for families as well, since it is lined with plenty of volleyball courts and picnic tables. Surfing, surf fishing, sailing, and wind surfing are also popular activities at this beach. Beach wheelchairs are also available here.
This beach was named after Will Rogers, actor, philosopher, and cowboy. In the early 1930’s, Will Rogers was the most popular and highest paid actor in Hollywood. Despite the country’s economic hardships of the Great Depression, in 1930 Will Rogers was earning $300,000 a picture. He was also a radio star and his syndicated column was carried in more newspapers than that of any other writer. Will Rogers was killed in a plane crash in 1935. Ten thousand mourners filled the Hollywood Bowl to honor him, including virtually every movie star and studio executive in Hollywood. At the time of his death, he was still the number one star of 20th Century Fox Studios.

Jorge Michel: Great park for children party.
G & R De Visser: Loved this park! We were there for a National Brain Tumor Society 5K fundraiser and it was a beautiful day. Clean park, lots of tables, people setting up for Autism Awareness Day event, birthday parties, a wedding, and lots of runners and walkers of all ages on the trails. It’s nice to get out of the concrete jungle and into nature!

Steven Duarte: Came for the Halloween event. It was fun, although the wait time for the rides was long for the experience. Food and merchandise was available. No alcohol at the event. It was nice but unless you have kids I would say take a pass on coming. They did a good job with the decorations.

Bella Welch: This is the BEST canyon ever to grace the earth. This is the top attraction to see in LA. Great cacti. Weird building foundation at the front to add an element of mystique. I am proud to be a member of the Runyon Canyon Appreciation Society.

Skylar Scoles: I was in town for work, a group of us decided to visit as we were told it was a great place to get some drinks and see some exceptionally talented women here. it was a clean place great food and drinks for sure. I will say all the women were amazing, however Thalia and Jayda, Had taken the cake and made this trip one for the books. The staff was great as well, cant forget them. See yall in 2 weeks. Paulius Liutkus: I have been at this club in beginning of October, 2021. Of course, I came here to dine-in. That was my main priority, during my visit to this establishment. I wanted to try their steak. Thus, I did that, and I did not regret it. It was delicious. At the same time, the prices for beer, were quite fair. Of course, there is an entrance fee, to enter the establishment. I did not regret spending extra cash, to enter this establishment. Since there was ample of space to sit down, and relax. Of course, when I came, there were not many dancers around. This is due to the time, I came in, it was around 6:00 PM. So, to see more dancers, I would recommend to visit around 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM. Nevertheless, both, waitresses and dancers were beautiful. Therefore, when I have more disposable cash, I will come back again!

Student Time: you ALL NEED to go and see, read about this MYSTERIOUS, BREATHTAKING structure , it's interior, equipped w the most gorgeous entrance, winding staircase glorious chandelier, BALLROOM OMG! and the courtyard.
