Very family friendly, a real family place. Met most of my life long friends there. Beautiful building! There is a living room with tvs and vintage photos. Huge kids play room with wii and toys. Grand piano. Best club in LA.

Ryan Williams: Best tennis club in LA. It is the most beautiful place to exercise, with an elegant building tucked against the mountain. And yet it defies the stuffy stereotypes of tennis club. It is a really warm & diverse community, with great members and staff led by owner operators Marie & Randy and tennis director Ben. Even if you don’t play tennis — an incredible, boutique fitness experience. Not sure why anyone wastes their time with the major gyms that offer poor service when there is TLTC.

Almer Imamovic: This is a beautiful tennis club! Carla, Melina and Tess at the front desk are super nice and helpful. Easy to book the court. The facility is very clean and nicely maintained. The courts are clean and the whole place has a such great vibe. Very relaxing place to play tennis. The pro shop has all the newest gear and they have stringer available. Lastly, their coaches-specially Martin are super knowledgeable and supportive. We enjoy being the members. Please give them a try!

Michael Folino: This is a great place to play tennis and swim. This is also a family friendly place. The staff is excellent and attentive. They have mens and womens locker rooms and showers. The memberships aren't cheap But you get what you pay for! There also some free parking in back of the club for members.

Tanik Tabassum: The Westside Tennis coaches are fantastic and pay attention to your level and goals. I started as a beginner and in time was able to move up to an intermediate player. You will find a very friendly and welcoming community where everyone is eager to learn here as well. So don’t feel intimidated if you are a beginner. It’s been a great experience and is probably the best tennis coaching service out there!

I used to play competitively in Europe but lost some of my form and touch over the years. It’s been great to get back out on the court and work with the coaches at Westside. I started playing at Westside in 2020 and my game has improved drastically. Ed Rhodes: I am a big fan of Westside Tennis. The coaches are great and provide just enough instruction/tips to help you improve your playing skills while still keeping the clinic moving and fun for all participants. As I take the Intermediate clinics 3-5 times per week, I've played with most all of the instructors and each has their own special qualities that make it enjoyable and competitive. I've been with Westside coming up on a year and have seen my game improve greatly.
Dean Layton: The pros were great and knowledgeable providing excellent coaching. I would definitely utilize Westside Tennis next time I am in the area.
Chris Fletcher: If you are looking for tennis lessons in Santa Monica there is no better place to go! Mike is great, very knowledgeable and an overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Velma Wells: Best tennis courts! Best instructors! The best! Doesn't get any better. There is free parking available. They have a proshop with drinks, snacks, food, rackets, tennis wear, etc. Courts are amazing, really well kept. I take the adult group classes- I take a few each semester. My favorite instructors are Drew, Sean and Josh. This place is my second home! Love!

TLG 1407: I was looking for a good welcoming place for tennis in LA and was able to get into the group lessons for a week, while visiting the city. Wendy at the front desk, made registering online for guests easy and I got some very good play for the days I was visiting the city. Make sure you pre-plan but they are welcoming to out of town players, and I made some good connections here. This is non-intimidating and a great find in the city. The courts are very well kept and lit.

Jorge Caicedo: I I used to play tennis in college and high school. Joined this center due to closeness to my home and now it is one of my favorites. The live ball class is great fun! The location is very nice and classes are well organized. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My son also takes JD3 classes here, and we are seeing his gradual improvement!

Frank Howardson: The instructors genuinely care about teaching and the sport and the individual. The owner and management are flexible and friendly. They redid the club house in 2018 and it looks great with the new renovations And I think it's the best deal for tennis on the westside. Highly recommended.
Eric Arnold: Great place to play tennis. Live Ball is a great workout with tons of great players. And the pros are top notch - especially considering this is a public facility.The only reason I knocked it down a star is because of the service at the pro shop. I used to get my racquets strung there. But they're not consistent about getting it done when they say they will. It happened several times. But then on one occasion, I dropped a racquet off and came back five days later to see it still hanging on the wall untouched. They apologized and said they'd have it done the next day. So I came back three days later and it was still there. In the same spot. Unstrung. So I just asked for it back and took it somewhere else.So yes. There are some negatives. But for a public tennis facility, it doesn't get any better. Anywhere.
